Whilst staying at Banksia there is little need to have a vehicle as you can walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants & supermarkets. The bus stop is just at the end of the laneway on Griffin Rd. You might like to take a short bus ride into Manly where you can hop on a ferry to take you across to the City & Bondi - if you are so inclined to venture to the 'dark side'. Try a walk around Dee Why lagoon to check out the bird life, or a cliff walk from Dee Why to Curl Curl with stunning views. Walk to Long Reef Marnie Reserve or take a bike ride around Narrabeen Lake.
