We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stefania’s place. Great location for wine farm visits, we were able to walk to a little grocery store within the little town. The apartment has amazing views and interiors. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed during our stay plus an amazing central heating system which kept the whole apartment warm. We were given great recommendations by Francesco, (Stefania’s son). Great escape from the busy cities, very serene. We would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family.

Beautiful spot in the Montalcino area. Quiet, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the local Montalcino wines, food, history, and other nearby towns. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommend this home to those seeking a stay outside the bigger Tuscan cities.

Our stay was perfect!! The town of Castelnuovo del’Abate is magical, relaxing and welcoming. The apartment is warm and full of charm. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy! Can’t recommend staying here highly enough!

We had such a great time during our stay! The town was lovely and fairly close drive to wineries and good restaurants. The space was clean and everything was as described. Stefania was a fantastic host and made great suggestions! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.

Awesome place

We stayed in this fascinating medieval tower on New Year's Eve; Silvia was extremely available (through the legendary Tina, lady of the handyman cleaning). Beautiful house and village, highly recommended especially for those looking for a relaxing break out of time!

We stayed two nights in the tower and it was a lot of fun. Everything ok for heating. For breakfast we found only rusks and tea bags.

This was an amazing experience. It's nothing like we have done before. It's big, beautiful and the view is quite something. Seggiano was fun exploring Wish we could have stayed longer.

This should be your home in Tuscany. First the city is magic, have dinner at the local restaurant near the chapels, it has an old well inside the restaurant, just magic. Second the tower is just magic. The shower and bathroom are small but standard for europe and the beds were ok, but the location and the structure are magic. There is a local supermarket 10 min walk downhill and the kitchen is fully stacked. Stay here at least 2 nights if not a full week.

Beautiful views at every turn. A huge choice of historical/cultural places to visit, but all still lived in and fully thriving, which makes them extra special. We visited, Pienza, Siena, Ptigiliano and Montalcino (wine here delicious). Also cycled in the Maremma Nature Park and watched the annual palio in Castel del Castiglione. Seggiano's Cafe60 was very friendly, provided tasty local dishes and seemed to be open all hours - great as we didn't arrive till after 11.30 pm on the first night! If you're hiring a car choose a small one with a good handbrake as some of the hills and narrow winding streets are a little scary.

Our stay at Silvia’ s medieval tower is unforgettable: the tower has a unique atmosphere with the beautiful old furniture and the astonishing view. It is also very clean and well organized. The village and the whole area is very pretty. There is a cafe-restaurant (cooking nice picci) and a pizzeria with the best pizza we’ve ever tasted! Thanks to Silvia for the experience!

Amazing stay in a mediaval tower. Moreover beautiful location in the Countryside of Tuscany. The Locals are totally friendly and the surrounding nature is overwelming beautiful. Worth it to have Been there!

The house we stayed at was beautiful! With great views and nicely located near the orca valley. We very much enjoyed our stay at Stefania’s! The house was lovely and very clean. The walk to the house and the stairs are tough with bags but the view from the balcony is wonderful. If traveling in the off season be aware that you will need to drive in order to find food or coffee. I think I would enjoy the house more when there is more activity in the village itself. We visited quite a few wineries and it was very central to the region. Would certainly recommend staying here in the future.

This was truly a Tuscan experience. A beautiful hilltop village and an even cuter hilltop house. Whilst the house has a small living area, all the furnishings and fittings make the most of the space and the bedrooms are great. Really though the view and the experience of being in such a village is what makes this a great stay. And Francesco was super easy to deal with. Thank you!

Antonio’s apartment was a fantastic location for our trip through Tuscany. When we arrived his mother met us with the keys to let us in and show us around. She ever baked us a cake as a welcome! Each night she was provide fire wood and started a fire for us, which was a very warming and comforting touch. She even did our laundry for us! The apartment is spacious, with two bathrooms, a large living room, and the kitchen has all the amenities necessary. I would highly recommend booking Antonio’s place as your home base for a trip through Tuscany!

We loved our stay at Antonio's. While Antonio himself was not physically present, he was always a WhatsApp message away. His mom was an excellent host - served us cheese and pie for breakfast, helped us light the fire in the fireplace, and also did our laundry! The house is located along a 10k walk/cycle trail through the Tuscan hills - simply gorgeous!

Enchanting location where you can spend wonderful moments of relaxation and intimacy; the fireplace creates a special atmosphere and the furnishings complete the work, very accurate and accurate in every detail. The house is located in a beautiful corner of the village, with a beautiful view near the park walls. The interior is spacious and perfect for organizing dinners with friends and relaxing in the living room in front of the fireplace. We have been there on particularly cold days, but above all the bedroom is always warm and welcoming. During the summer months it must be very airy, having views and large windows on several sides. Recently furnished, it is a beautiful environment, elegant but classically Tuscan. Montenero is a small but splendid town for its view and position. Definitely recommended.

The apartment is a nice and calm area but close to everything,there is a mini market and fine restaurant just some steps. The apartment is big and clean and you find everything for a perfect holiday.Parking is easy. Franco and Cecília are wonderful hosts they are very helpful and respectful. I advise them for future guests!

Beautiful apartment set in a quiet and relaxing environment ... suitable for those with children, in the square outside can play as quietly as they used to. Very recommended for those who want to "switch off" even for a single weekend.

The apartment is super charming, with beautiful view to old, small village. Andrea’s suggestions helped us to find trattoria with delicious food where local people go (not tourists :)). Cecilia brought us a basket with delicious fruits from her garden (thank you a lot). It’s definately a place I’d like to stay again in the future.

If you travel in Val d'Orcia Montenero is a small gem not to be missed, a wonderful raised balcony over the whole valley, in a village stopped in time.

Cecilia has been very kind with us during our 3 night stay at their cool place. She welcomed us warmly with a smiling face, and was always available for our questions whenever we needed to ask something. The house is actually much bigger than it seems in the pics, and it was very clean, perfectly organised and comfortable. You'd definitely need a car to reach there for which there is a free parking spot right in front of the place. Inside, you have all the kitchen amenities, a washing machine, a spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds and quite enough common space. There is a supermarket just in front of the place where you can find pretty much everything you may need. From Montenero, you are at most 1 hour driving distance from all the attractions, i.e. Nearby cities, seaside, etc.. This has been the main reason we chose to stay at this place, it was quite comfortable to move for a day and then to come back to relax in this small village. And lastly, the view from the park of the village (2 mins by walk from home) is just breathtaking!! All in all, we stayed there as a family, 4 people for 3 nights, and could have not expected a better experience than this. Thank you for your hospitality Cecilia.

We were in Montenero d'Orcia and we were thrilled with these magnificent postcard landscapes. A visit to their winery is recommended, a holiday to be redone surely.

A quiet place outside the city, a large private area, a nice swimming pool.

We stayed with Francesca on 30 and 31 December, already from the telephone contacts we immediately perceive that we are dealing with a very kind and polite person. But it is when you know her personally that you immediately understand that you will be dealing with someone who immediately knows how to give you the impression of being at home and so it is. The typical Tuscan farmhouse is very beautiful, ancient and furnished according to the taste of the owners, everything seems to give you peace of mind. The room is cozy, warm and clean like the rest of the farmhouse which Francesca shares with her guests. In the morning she offered us a delicious breakfast with jams made by her with fruits from their trees, in a typical Tuscan farmhouse cuisine, a dip back in time. To conclude, I am very happy to have met Francesca, part of her family and her dogs and cats, among whom there is Oliv a cocker of an incredible sympathy. If we return to the amiata, we will certainly return to Francesca if she has availability.

Francesca and her family are the perfect hosts. Available, solar, make you feel at home, they also gave us excellent advice on places to visit in the surrounding area. The house is very cozy and clean, the breakfast is excellent. We absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful house.

If you love the nature, animals, rustic atmosphere and if you would like to chill and relax this is the perfect place for you. There is quite close to Val d'Orcia valley, Monte Amiata, Bagni San Filippo hot springs and many other gorgeous places worth to see. However, the most of the time we spent here in the gardnen in the company of animals, enjoying nature, roasting chestnuts on an open fire, looking on sky full of stars, listening crickets and hoot of an owl. Hosts Luisa and Andrea are great, kind and inspiring people full of positive energy. Wonderful experience. Thank you!

Luisa was so kind and welcoming and the residence is charming and has everything you need. Definitely check out the hot springs and say hello to the friendliest cats ever. The house is situated among olive groves and chestnut trees, where we also saw some deer. We ate apples and figs grown in the garden and it was a pleasure to relax in the hammock between the trees and read in the sun while the chickens scratching around us and the dog and the cats were to be pampered. The whole house is well cared for, the rooms are cozy, the bed super comfy and from every window the view is lovely. The village is 10-15 minutes by car and you have to do to get a country road a bit 'challenging but we are not weighed and we enjoyed the quiet and isolation. The area is very beautiful and we made several day trips but it was always a pleasure to return to a home so magical! Unfortunately we have not met Luisa but his colleague Sabrina did not make us miss anything.

Luisa made our stay absolutely unique :) Mesmerising views on the valley, tasteful decoration in the cottage, the most comfortable bed ever, friendly pets and glimpses of fawns along with the surrounding chestnut, olive and cherry trees are indeed the very strengths of this awesome place. Not to mention Luisa herself :) she made us feel at home away from home :) We loved it so much that we are already planning on going back there in autumn to enjoy the chestnuts season!

Staying at a home farm was such a pleasure after a few days in Florence and Chianti. Luisa's home is a special and unique place and although a little more challenging to find than some places, well worth the effort. The wild rugged beauty of the Val d'orcia is a unique experience. Great villa in a cozy region of Tuscany. 5 minutes by car to the center of the town and the store. Stephanie - a responsive hostess, quickly answered, helped to get firewood for the fireplace. The house is warm, cozy, beautiful furniture, there is everything you need in the kitchen, clean. It is very nice to sit at a table by the panoramic window in the kitchen. Available fireplace, large and comfortable beds, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms are very practical. The only small thing: the driveway is a little complicated and in poor condition. Perfectly equipped and super clean country house! Stefania's accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. This was partly due to the great location just below the beautiful village of Castel del Piano in the middle of nature with short distances to Monte Amiata, to various wineries, to Siena, to the beach (Marina di Grosseto is completely empty in the off-season) and to numerous small villages with a nice atmosphere; and on the other hand, the equipment of the house with its 3 bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds, a single bed) and 2 bathrooms upstairs and the huge living and dining area with large picture window, large dining table and comfortable seating area on the ground floor. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so that it can be ventilated without any problems. The kitchen is well equipped with great attention to detail. The whole house is very clean and Stefania was always available for us with minor issues (garbage, Wi-Fi, key). We felt very welcome and very comfortable and recommend this accommodation without restrictions.

Stefani's house is located among neighboring small farms. From the windows there is a beautiful view has nearby towns. Access to the main road takes only 3 minutes. The house is equipped with all necessary home accessories. All rooms were clean and decorated in accordance with the Tuscan climate. We are happy to come back to this place. There you can really feel like in a typical Tuscan estate.

Ms. Stefania was a very welcoming and scrupulous person. The house accommodates up to 5 people although we have only used one bedroom and a bathroom with shower attached to the bedroom. Presence of a second bathroom. Location of the house 5 minutes from the town of Castel del Piano very well served (private pool, tennis courts, supermarket, hospital ...). With the car you can reach very beautiful villages nearby in the Val d'Orcia. The farm is a well finished structure even if being in the middle of the hill it is possible to bump into the house with some bugs. For us it was not a problem but maybe someone who fears them could get "scared". For the rest, we also recommend the structure for the position in which it is located.

Stefania's house is beautifully situated at the foot of Castel del Piano, in a quiet, rural area. The views and sunsets are really amazing here. The house is comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you need and even more. You won't find here furniture from Ikea or discount tableware, but each item is unique and creates the mood of the house. The house is ideal for holidays with children and gives the opportunity to explore the entire area (Siena, Montepulciano, Pitigliano, Soprano - 1 hour, Pienza, Grosetto, Termy di Petriolo, San Filippo - 45 min.). We were positively surprised by the change of bed linen and towels after a week's stay. We spent 12 days here and really didn't want to leave :) Thank you for a great holiday, great contact and hospitality. We strongly recommend to all those in love in Italy and Tuscany.

A fairytale place. The house is beautiful, it is on two floors, very clean, well equipped, it is isolated, there is maximum tranquility and privacy. The lush forest in which it is immersed is fairytale. The distance from the town of Castel del Piano is less than 5 minutes by car, so for every need it is possible to reach all the services immediately. I have no problems with insects, but whoever had, should not be frightened by the location because the house is protected by mosquito nets everywhere and insects do not enter. In short, everything really perfect, I just hope to come back soon !!!

What a Gem! We booked our stay with Sophie last minute and only stayed one night. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Her house and land is absolutely beautiful and in a great location! Just put the Coordinates into your GPS and it takes you right there! She made us an incredible breakfast and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do and see in the area. Ask her to show you pictures of when they bought their house and tell you about the repair process. Quite a story!

The room in Sophie's house is very neat, clean and welcoming. A few km from the thermal baths of Saturnia, Bagni San Filippo, Bagni Vignone, Petriolo is ideal as a support. The area is beautiful, with breathtaking views, with fruit trees, far from the bustle of the city, in the open countryside. In the room there are also herbal teas of various types and everything you need to prepare them. The bathroom, very clean and tidy, is in the room so privacy is guaranteed. If you are used to using the bidet you will not find it here but you have a shower in the room so the problem does not arise. The very kind, punctual, friendly and very friendly host provides very useful information for your stay and prepares rich and delicious breakfasts based on pies and fruit compotes produced with natural ingredients. Highly recommended!

The B&B is all in stone immersed in a field of olive trees with only crickets and moon to accompany the evenings. We only stayed one night, and we loved it! Stone outside and large wooden beams inside with the bricks that make up the ceiling of a small closet where, in a rather funny way, there is a shower outside the bathroom because it just didn't fit there. At the entrance we are welcomed by Sophie's husband who advises us to have dinner at the chestnut festival in nearby Abbadia San Salvatore, a very beautiful medieval village where we ate excellent mushrooms and chestnuts! Thanks also to Sophie, good and plentiful breakfast; very nice and useful in the evening especially the thought of putting tea and herbal tea in the room with the kettle. What you can expect from that place is way beyond that what you get . The house is perfectly prepared it has everything what you need , even more . It's in a remote location , your neighbor's on the next hillside , so you can get all the beauty and nature for yourself to soak in . Within 10 minutes drive you'll get to the town where you'll find good restaurants . Do not miss the river and the waterfall just down the road after the house ! And definitely take a visit to Inge for organic products .

Perfect – is the word that comes to mind when describing this house. It truly is a hidden gem. We’ve stayed there for a week, but wished we could have stayed much longer. The house is comfortable and nice. Moreover, its location is great. The views are great, and there is enough of space to find either sun or shadow during the whole day. There are comfortable sunloungers available. At night the sky is amazing- you can even see the milky way. Obviously there are plenty possibilities to enjoy nature- hiking, or relaxing at the most romantic nearby small river (bring an aquashoe, if you have any). In the near surrounding there are several pretty medieval villages undiscovered by tourists. More touristic ‘must sees’ like Siena and Pienza are reasonably close. The house is fully equipped (e.g. there’s even a toaster, hair dryer and washing machine.) and has everything you need. Make sure you try Boris’ shampoo, it’s the best ;-) The bedroom is partly underground because the house is built on a slope- with a huge window on the other wall. This makes the bedroom agreeably cool even on hot days. We’ve found that Boris is very kind and responsive, willing to give you any advice on the area and share his favorite restaurants. Inge- the neighbor and local host, is available to answer day to day questions, if you would have any. We’d love to go back! If you want to discover Tuscany off the beaten track, or if you just want to sense a taste of paradise: this house is your place to go.

We stayed for 11 nights in the wonderful house of Boris. The house is very well equiped and was perfectly maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful tuscan landscape - sitting on the terrace sipping nice organic wine from the neighboor Inge - an awesome setting! The house has a nice, clean and yet warm athmosphere that invited us to spend a lot of time there. Cooking in the perfectly equiped kitchen was fun. The neigboorhood is calm, the street to the house was a little adventurous and the fresh & clean river nearby was a perfect little walk - all in a perfect setting if someone is looking for a high quality get away. Boris’s place is a gem. It is in a peaceful and beautiful spot, and is a very pleasant and well-equipped space to be in. We appreciated the screens on some of the windows, which seem to be quite rare in Italy. Although Boris doesn’t live there, he was very communicative and responsive. His neighbor Inge was helpful and a delight to meet. The surrounding area is interesting and attractive, and we would love to return one day to spend a bit more time.

Cozy accommodation in a really lovely village, perched on the hill. On stone houses and alleys

Very kind and very helpful hosts, the house is equipped with everything you need and is warm and welcoming. Montelaterone is charming and very suggestive, silent and at the same time vital. The surrounding area offers various possibilities not far by car, from visits to the historic centers of the villages close to nature excursions. Perfect for retiring for a relaxing break.

Federica was so kind to wait for us till late evening, altough our group was delayed a lot.. and she very kindly showed us the way to the place. The place is quite tiny for four people bud very cosy and the experience of staying in such a beautiful historical place was magic.

We have never seen such a beautiful little house and we loved the cozy atmosphere of the village. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The printed list of recommendations was very useful in terms of both shopping, restaurants and excursions. We would definitely recommend this to others!

Cute little apartment for 1 or 2 people. I stayed with my boyfriend for 2 nights while we explored the surrounding area. All the great vineyards are nearby within 30 minutes drive. A nice shared pool. We cooked dinner at home in the cottage both nights which was fun. Overall, charming Tuscan cottage.

Our host has always been helpful and kind. Our vacation was smooth, and we really relaxed.

We booked this small getaway cabin for two nights on our way through Tuscany. The remote location gives you peace and quiet along with a cosy outside space and shared pool. We loved having the privacy and peace in the farm instead of staying in the town and the picutresque towns, valleys, and wineries were all easy to get to with a short drive. The amenities and room were all as depicted and easy to use. I would highly recommend and I would love to return for a longer stay!

Shed nestled among olive trees, ideal for lovers of the countryside! In absolute calm with a superb swimming pool. We had a great time with our baby!

A beautiful week. The accommodation is located in a perfect position, in fact you can quickly reach several places and, in general, call it an oasis of peace. You have your own privacy, you are immersed in nature and when you want you can use the beautiful saltwater pool. The owners are very helpful and kind. I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in the countryside, ideal for relaxing and getting away from the chaos of the city. The place is quiet and is close to villages and places of interest. The salt water pool is very well maintained and we were able to enjoy it despite the cool climate of September. The only comment I make concerns the mattress, which - in my opinion - should be changed. Experience to be repeated!

If you are looking for the quintessential Tuscan landscape, this is it! Gorgeous vineyards on rolling hillsides to view with morning coffee. We weren’t at the right season to enjoy the pools, but it was centrally locates to check out the numerous hilltop towns, each with their own personality. Be sure to do your research or bring it with you and as mentioned, restaurants aren’t nearby.

Marta was quick to respond to questions and helpful with suggestions for local wine tasting. We booked two tours she recommended and were beyond pleased. We visited the wineries Ciacci Piccolomini and Tenuta Franti. The property has absolutely gorgeous views. I will always remember both the sunrise and sunsets there and the way the vineyards turned gold. It was such a peaceful reprieve from our previous days in busy Rome. We enjoyed the thermal pools in the evening. We also were able to do laundry and Roberta on site was helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend.

BREATHTAKING views. Worth the price just for that alone. Clean, spacious for two and very charming. If you want quiet and secluded, this is the place. 5 mins from Castellanuovo Dell'abate and 12 mins from Montalcino

Wow! What a place! The view, the pool, the apartment! Make sure you take food or can make the winding road into Montalcino for dinner as the only place open for dinner nearby is really bad and was the ONLY place in all of Tuscany, that I visited , that was downright inhospitable!☹️ ( Osterio Bassomondo) Roberta is wonderful!!!

Amazing spot wonderful pools. Clean and well appointed. Bring food as you are off the grid a bit and nothing very close to eat out.

Le 7 Camicie is just a dream place! Definitely inside Brunello’s vineyards, you are surrounded by vineyards, castles and wine! The hot tub with thermal water was also incredible! You shouldn’t miss it! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Beautiful setting, amazing views, surrounded by wineries, and very quiet...the pool and thermal spa were a big bonus.

Carlo's apartment is rather a gem with a lovely terrace and view. Carlo was very hospitable and helpful and I really enjoyed my stay.

Lucia and her husband are lovely hosts. I truly recommend staying in their beautiful house if you are looking for an unique experience. Be prepared it might be cold inside during winter season.

Although for just one night, I and my wife and our 3 daughters found ourselves well in the characteristic apartment of Lucia, typical of the town of Montelaterone. We enjoyed climbing the maze of narrow streets up to the Roccaccia and the visit to the Pieve di S. Maria a Lamula and to the chief town Arcidosso was also nice.

Very nice place, the host very nice. There were five of us and great satisfaction.

We found that we arrived very late and it was raining and they welcomed us in their private house because the one we rented was a little far away to go with the children sleeping. It is highly recommended to meet this couple.

The house is incredible! Beautiful place, full of stuff and everything has a story, for sure. Lucia is very kind and helpful person. We could not chat too much (we do not speak italian) but anyway we were able to communicate. I recomend this place for people who are looking for extraordinary chalet on high hill.

Really out of the ordinary place. Filled with details of every kind but together they create a wonderful dream almost in apnea. I highly recommend this experience if you love nature, silence and maybe even fairies.

We were in this wonderful place, we had booked the room but since the other room was free we had the whole house at our disposal. The accommodation is in a beautiful place, isolated and surrounded by nature, the house is very welcoming and well kept we found the stove already lit. We hope to return soon, maybe in the spring. Luisa is a really helpful host, very fast in communications, she gave us many useful tips on things to do and places to eat. Really recommended.

What to say .. all absolutely perfect !! We arrived in the evening and Luisa and Andrea welcomed us as friends, the directions were precise, they gave us a lot of advice (which we did well to follow!). The house was spotless, warm, with all the comforts and even more, including a baby bed, and is located in a magical place. Experience that we hope to have the chance to repeat, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We spend one week in Luisa's little house. 100 weeks too little, we noticed at our way back. We searched for a calm place in order to enjoy the nature. We found the most beautiful landscape where we have ever been, lovely hosts which were reliable and supportive (Thanks for welcome us so nicely) and a cosy place where we felt like at home immediately. We will come back soon with more time, promised ;)

The place where the house is located is absolutely magical and surprising ... surrounded by nature, with only around trees, lawns, animals and a large rock that seems to protect the house; inside and everything is taken care of down to the smallest details..the floor in stone slabs, the beamed ceiling and the window with a view of the grove just above the headboard of the bed! Luisa and very kind as well as being an interesting person ... in a special way for her agronomist culture;)

We spent two wonderful and relaxing days in the cosy (!!!!) apartement of Luisa. During this days we became best friends with her cats Giuletta and Romeo, ate the best Pizza of our life (and we are very experienced! :P), took a bath in the hot springs of St. Filipo and were happy and satisfied. The only problem was that we had to leave after 2 nights, because we had to fly back to Germany :( Luisa was very helpful, she organised reservations and planned for us a perfect day in the surrounding area! Our stay at Luisa went perfectly. Very welcoming, Luisa provided us with all the information on the surrounding countryside. The accommodation has a lot of charm, is very well furnished and located in an idyllic place!

Luisa's home was a magical escape in the middle of Tuscany. The property terms with life and was a peaceful escape from more hectic destinations on our trip to Italy. Despite others staying on the property while we were there, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The house was equipped with everything that you need to make your stay as homely as possible, perfect for cooking in and enjoying meals in Tuscan evenings in the calm of the valley. As a host Luisa was consummate, friendly and thoughtful. She communicated well with us and gave an exhaustive list of activities in the area - although the property proves hard to leave. Could not reccomend more highly.

One of the most beautiful locations you could possibly stay at. Me, my two sisters and our mother stayed at the house during a recent mother-daughter trip to Italy in January. Thanks to Google Maps and Luisa's direction it was easy to find the house, even though it is in a rural setting and far off the beaten track. We loved everything about the house and the location, and were very sad that we couldn't stay a bit longer. The house is cozy, comfortable and well-equipped. Since it was middle of winter it was quite cold in this part of Italy, but Luisa made fires in the upstairs and downstairs fireplaces for us every night which warmed the cottage up nicely. Luisa is the perfect host, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Can definitely recommend this place, and we cannot wait to go back.

Luisa's place is great, for children and adults at the same time. We spent 2 weeks in the house with 3 children. The kids enjoyed the climbing rocks and trees and the lovely cats and dogs. We loved the quietness, the nature and the great view into the landscape. Luisa lives next door but still you don't see her a lot. But if you meet her she is just spreading happiness and satisfaction. If you are her guest you feel welcome, warm and home right from the start. The house has everything you need, it is cosy, clean and spacious. We did a lot activities from there: We went to some beaches, visited some towns and villages, were hiking in different landscapes and enjoyed some hot springs. This variety is all possible from Luisa's house. We had great holidays, thank you Luisa!

A beautiful, quiet place in the middle of a bright chestnut forest. Luisa and Andrea are very warm and unobtrusive hosters and we felt very comfortable in their house. The friendly animals (3 dogs, 3 cats) were a great enrichment for us. We have discovered great places in the area, including hot springs, pretty towns, the wonderful Monte Amiata and of course many great restaurants. Also, the sea can be reached in just over 1 hour and was very clean and pleasant. I and my family can warmly recommend Terra delle Sidhe - many thanks to Luisa and Andrea!

It is a magical, silent space, a home. You feel at home, surrounded by nature and in an area not very touristy close to going to know villages, walking to the river, or simply staying to enjoy this special house. Plan an extra day just to enjoy the house

This place is a must stay. Perfect hosts, magical house the real authentic country experience. Kids had a ball checking out the river, the farm and playing fetch with dogs. We recommend just booking it!

We already envy anyone who is lucky enough to find this offer on Airbnb and get to the magical house of Luisa. This is a spectacular place. All the house and the garden are just for you, you will not be able to explore it all, so big it is. The house is furnished with a great taste, since the owner is a true artist. You will feel her love for nature, which you will find in each detail in the house, like pieces of chestnut wood decorating rooms. You will have a nice terazza outside where you can eat meals surrounded by the flowers. The kitchen is so well equipped that you will enjoy making dinner for 10 people. I don't remember any plastics - all is made out of wood or other natural materials. You feel really taken care of - Luisa even thought about colour pencils for drawing. There is plenty of books, leaflets and albums about Tuscany. And the dogs and the cats, kind and friendly, coming to see you every morning - we miss them already. The view of the window in the morning - outstanding. And you are in the middle of the countryside, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley, of medieval towns with towers on the hills on the other side. Don't miss little foxes when you are driving in the evening! Luisa's hospitality is a great gift you will be able to enjoy. The benchmark has been set very very high...

A truly magical house in Tuscany! All rooms were tasteful decorated and very well equipped. Francesco & Stefania made sure that we felt very welcome and were readily available to answer any questions and provide us with helpful tips. The village in which the house is situated is very charming and worth exploring.

Nice apartment located in a relaxing and quiet town. Beautiful view off the back terrace (bring bug spray as the mosquitos are bad). Beds were all comfortable. One of the bathrooms was out of service but I believe this was a temporary issue.

We loved our stay at Casa Maria. The house was lovely, the views were extraordinary, the tiny hilltop village was very quaint and authentic. Francesco provided amazing support, always available...late at night, to find a place to park, or helping to find our way when we were lost on a white road. He was always there for us with grace and patience. This is definitely the place we’ll stay next time we are in Tuscany. But don’t tell anyone… We don’t want it to be spoiled :-).

I absolutely loved this airbnb. We had an amazing experience from the very start. I'd come back! The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, the views were incredible, and there was plenty if space. So happy we chose this house. The only thing I'd say is that montalcino had most of the restaurants and shops so you would need a rental car.

Big house, comfortable, clean and charming. It is in a very beautiful area at the top and has a beautiful view. It is just minutes from the center of Montalcino and the Fattoria dei Barbi winery.

Great place to stay in Maremma

I have been two nights in this house which is located in a quiet place in the countryside a half hour from Grosseto, but not very far oldai services. Eunica is a very friendly and helpful host whenever you need something. Recommended!

If you like the countryside you´re right at Eunicas house. The rooms and the kitchen are well equipped and everything is clean and tidy. Monte Amiata and several thermal springs are within short distance. Siena is a one hour drive away and the landscape is fantastic. I had nothing to complain about.
