The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The recently renovated apartment retains all the atmosphere of the past. It is in a quiet location, offering maximum privacy. It has a large private parking lot and a beautiful garden with a centuries-old plane tree. You can reach the town center, various restaurants, bars and the beach on foot in 15 minutes. A beautifully restored house with three balconies and a barbeque area, all with a fantastic view over the lake. It is quiet in a small traditional village with no cars, only small passages between the houses. It is a great location for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, or just playing around on the beach. The house has an inflatable pool for kids. Dogs are welcome. Large public parks and beaches are at the waterfront, with a large activity center.
