You can quickly reach the ski slopes.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

The house is reachable by a path and parking is a 100m away, but this really allows you to enjoy the quiet surroundings. Just walk out your door to discover the nearby trails and paths that meander through the area then come home to sit outside and enjoy a bbq.
