We will be happy to host you in Kerguen! The proposed gîte is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 2 **" by the OT 29 organization. It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

Green gîte – Watermill – Moulin de Tremadur

The sound of the river in the middle of 6 ha of forest, no road nearby! Hammock, trampoline, swings, sheep, goat... 10 minutes from Concarneau and the beach. No smoking, quiet after 11pm desired. Little network on site Sheets & towels €10 pers / cleaning €60 (80 if + 4 days) Cleaning is done but will not be suitable for "perfectionist" people who look at everything in detail. Come to disconnect and enjoy this unique place ;) 3 other cottages if needed: 20 people in total

Le Studio 29

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.
