Hello and welcome to my listing! I would love to share a bit of Perth with you for a quiet vacay away! You'll be located close to Swan River where you can enjoy peaceful walks/runs/bike rides along the foreshore With a 6 min drive (or 10 min bike ride) to Maylands cafe hub and if your a golfer, then your only a 3 min drive away from the Maylands Peninsula Golf Course (or a 16 min walk along the river) I'd like to add that people of all backgrounds are welcome to stay. :)
Situated on the 5th floor, this apartment has an open plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The apartment also has a washing machine for your convenience. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with all linens and towels provided for
  • It is a nice appartment close to the river. We went for a walk along the river and different lakes and had a great time there. The place is good to start an exploration of Perth it is near enough to be there in a few minutes but far enough away to avoid to trouble and stress in the city.

  • Great place for a family, especially if you have a car. Great area, has a swimming pool downstairs, we went 3x and had the entire pool just for us. By the pool there’s also BBQ facilities & 2x covered areas w tables & chairs. Looking from the outside, the building is dated and the corridors look like a prison, however, nothing to worry about, Neighbours are not prisoners though :), many families reside here and everyone was polite. Surprisingly, at night is extremely quiet. Inside the apartment, everything is tidy, clean and the beds are comfortable, I guarantee you you won’t find a better place in Perth. Great value for money, the host was always prompt to respond, to our questions the place has a varanda, washing machine, shower works well. Be quick Lock it in

  • Quiet, well-equipped and uncomplicated check-in. In an hour you can walk to the city or the free cat buses. Supermarkets unfortunately over a kilometer away. Nice walking area. Check-in was possible very early in the morning! Air conditioning in the living room and well equipped kitchen.

    Separate Studio with spacious ensuite, walk to train & shops, cafes & hotel, close to city, character house. There is a pool on the premises but not always available (due to my work commitments I am sometimes not able to keep it vacuumed daily) On main road. Own entrance and driveway. 10 minute drive to airport, 15 minute drive to the Swan Valley, fridge is stocked for you to make your own tea, coffee & continental breakfast.
    Private studio not connected to main house. Individual soaps provided Check in may not be available until 4.30pm sometimes as I work full time.
    Surrounded by character houses, train 2 mins walk, 3 stops to East Perth then 2 more stops to City Centre. Historic Guildford is along the line in the opposite direction to Perth City. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Pork's American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.

It is about 1 hour to walk into Perth but close to the train which will take you straight into Perth and is around 10-15 minutes. I would happily stay at Anna's again in the future.

    The unit is 3 minute's walk to Meltham train station, and once on the train within 10 minutes you are in Perth CBD. 15 minute walk to Bayswater car hire. Grocery store + 24hr convenience 12 minute walk away. Character home/apartment with cooking and laundry facilities. Self check in. Between guests, humid air is flushed through unit via vented evaporative air-conditioner before cleaning/disinfecting. Parking space for two cars.

Being only a 1 bedroom unit, it was actually very spacious and had a very functional kitchen. only took a few minutes to walk to the train station, and is one train stop away from with nice cafes and IGA.     Welcome to Maylands ! This cosy unit with a nice balcony is my home and I open it for you when I'm travelling for work. I'm a circus performer and a musician, and there is a piano and a guitar that you're welcome to use. There is free parking onsite and 24hr self check-in and you're a walking distance to the shops and the Maylands coffee strip as well as the river. The apartment is very close to public transport to the city, and about a 10min drive to Northbridge and 15min to the CBD.
    The living room is big and filled with light, you can relax and listen to some vinyls, play some music on the piano or go to the balcony and enjoy the fresh air. The bedroom has a big king size bed, a few drawers and hanging space for guests belongings and a little working corner with a printer that you're welcome to use. The bathroom has just been renovated (May 2019) with a beautiful walk-in shower.
    Next to shops and fast foods, about 10min walk to Maylands' coffee strip 10min walk to the river

  • The home decors are awesome! To be honest, self check in is a little bit complicated but the instructions are very clear and helpful. Supermarket, restaurants and gas station nearby. Free parking. Room is clean and comfort. Worth the money! If you're having road trip with a car. The house of the owner is very beautiful, the decoration is very attentive, and the feeling of home. Self-staying is a bit more complicated, but it is not a big problem if you follow the guidelines. Parking is free. There are many restaurants around, supermarket gas stations, there is a wing bo Chinese restaurant at the intersection is very good, cheap and large!

For example, we arrived at 2.00am and Anita had provided ingredients for our breakfast for the next morning. We enjoyed the unit immensely. We walked into a home sweet home that had every thing we needed - kitchen well equipped with appliances, pantry well stocked and catered for children with toys. The location was fantastic - on the river, playgrounds, parks, jetty, and Coles supermarket and train not to far away. We had a great trip made even better by Anita and Richard's hospitality. Greg

Anita’s appartment was value for money,centrally located to transport,shopping centre,cafes,parks,Optus stadium/Casino,close to the city/airport and an easy drive to some wonderful beaches.We based ourselves here for 10 days,visiting many of Perth’s highlights and also north to Cervantes and south to Margaret River.It was always great to come “home”after a long day out to a very comfortable and quiet unit with all the facilities you would ever want.The pantry was well stocked and took advantage of it to whip up a few meals and the washer/dryer was also put to good use.Would definitely recommend Anita’s place to anyone considering a trip to Perth.

  • It was a great apartment. I stayed there for 50days and I just felt it was my second house. I enjoyed working out in the park every morning with beautiful swan river view. My kids really liked two playgrounds and we enjoyed barbecue. Location was great too. city, main tourist area, library, sport center, beach, swimming pool and etc. are within 30 minutes. Most of all, Anita and Richard cared about us. Whenever I had a difficulty they helped me and worried for me. I am planning to visit Perth again in a few years and I will stay my second house, too.

  • It is a very good homestay place in an apartment. It is enjoyable as there are two supermarkets beside, around half a kilometre away, Coles and IGA. There is also restaurants near the supermarkets, and you can BBQ at the pits in Bardon Park downstairs and at the back door. There is also a Bus Stop near there by walking to Guildford Road. It is also near the Maylands and Mount Lawley stations on Midlands Line. It is very accessible so if you like to travel to Swan Valley and Elizabeth Quay, etc., I guess you will like it a lot.

  • We are so thankful to found this place for our 3nights stay with a toddler. Everything we need was provided, which includes baby cot, toys and books and even a stroller. Pantry has got some food, condiments and pots and pans which makes cooking convenient. We love that there is a free parking lot available for the unit, which makes parking convenient. This place is near to many places, and we love Bradon park, we truly enjoyed our stay here and we'll recommend this place!

    I am often out, so you have full access to the villa for your leisure. You have the option to share my home and lifestyle, insight to the city - or the privacy you wish. The bedroom is a double, so comfortably sleeps 2. A discounted rate applies if you want to use the double sofa bed.
    As an inner city suburb, Maylands is one of Perth's most culturally diverse and socially dynamic areas. Just minutes from downtown Perth and the beautiful Swan River, Maylands is home to award winning cafes & bars - all within walking distance.

  • I loved my stay at Kathleens place. She is such a nice person and it felt more like staying at a friends house than at a Airbnb accommodation. She helped me with some personal issues and also invited me to go sailing or other activities. The place is also very nice if you don’t have a car during your stay. It’s very close to the airport (you can easily take an Uber) and the train station is just a five minute walk away. It takes only 10 minutes to get downtown by train. Additionally there are some nice cafes close to Kathleens place where you can have breakfast. I definately enjoyed my stay and would come back any time! :-)

  • The location is very nice, close to town and many market. There is private parking for the unit. The unit is spacious and full with amenities like washing machine, kitchen, fridge and so on. I am happy with their listing and would be recommend to my friends if they are going to Perth next time. Only once, our parking are taken by someone, and we parking at visitor parking. Maybe after this, the owner can find suitable way to block the parking from taken by someone else. This unit suitable for 4 people and it very spacious. The unit at level 2 from parking unit, so expect to climb stair, but it is not so high hence you just only have few step before reaching their unit, which is very close to stair.

Although we didn't meet them during our stay, it was always quick and efficient to get in contact. The apartment itself is very convenient as it's located very close by to the train station, as well as to local shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Krystal & Isaac's to others.

    The studio unit is positioned in the back corner of garden. It’s completely separate from the house and surrounded by lush garden.
    The studio unit is situated very close to the suburbs of Maylands, Inglewood and Mount Lawley. Each of these are within walking distance. These suburbs each have numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and shops and are lively throughout the week as well as the weekend. Lots of great places to try! It is also really easy to reach the center of Perth city by train or bus or even a (longish) walk.

    A private area although it is connected to our home and shared outside area. You will have your own bathroom and a private entry from the side of our house. We have a cat and a very friendly small dog so expect to be loved. Able to sleep 5. Price is for 2 people in one bed, additional fee for more beds/people. You will never share outside of your own group. We do have 5 steps into the space. We have recently cancelled late checkin (after 10 pm) due to the need for us to be available.
    A large family home where the kids have moved out so an empty nest available for upto 5 people traveling together- 3 rooms available although these are then converted from living spaces. If you are a couple you have a small sitting room and a breakfast room with microwave and small fridge along with light breakfast facilities. Each of these rooms can be a bedroom and can sleep upto 5 people - 2 double beds and single, if you are travelling as a group - please note living space is then limited. Private bathroom is situated within the home's laundry.
    We are located 10 mins from the CBD and 10 minutes to the airport although we are not in the flight path. We are very close to the Swan river for walking and enjoying this lovely area. Close to the Swan Valley for winery tours and the famous Margaret River Chocolate Factory. Our local cafe sells the best home made cakes and great coffee.

  • My stay at Anton’s beautiful mansion was just 3 nights but It was amazing. The photos shown will not disappoint you, in fact they exceeded may expectations. Anton’s home is a castle with an absolutely stunning view. My room was spacious with air/con (important in summer) and spotless with lovely clean white sheets like in a 5star hotel. My private bathroom was also very clean. I was greeted with a Mango smoothie and offered a magnificent breakfast each and every morning morning. As an excellent cook Anton would offer homemade bread and crepes whenever he made some. His caring manner makes you feel like you’re visiting family, not strangers. Hyohee, Anton’s partner is just lovely. They are both passionate Backgammon players and eager to play with you. I was thrilled to be able to recollect my Backgammon skills and have a game with Hyohee. Unfortunately my stay was way too short but I will definitely look up Anton and Hyohee next time I’m in Perth. I highly recommend staying at this warm, friendly and stunning home with a bus stop just outside the front door taking you directly into the city.

  • Anton was one of the best host ever. He and Huihee (sorry if I spell it wrong) made me feel like home. I really my trip to Perth this time, all the things on the list was ticked. I couldn't ask for more. If you're lucky, you can experience Anton's cooking. The bus stop is right at your door step. Just a 15-20 minute bus to the CBD. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.     Wing Bo Chinese Restaurant, Num Tong Thai Restaurant, Post Office, Library, Coles all a short walk away.
    Some great shops in this neighborhood. Rifo's, Chapels, Wing Bo Restaurant and more recently the Little Shop of Plenty and Dome next to the Peninsular Tavern on Railway Parade.

  • We absolutely love Amanda’s apartment. Its very new , clean & well equipped. Location is great too. the best part we love the most is the bedroom! The bed is extremely comfortable, and we really felt at home in her place. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we need, and the common condiments area have some basic stuffs that we can use for basic cooking which is a plus cos at least we dont need to specially buy to cook just 1-2 simple meals.. thankyou for the great stay Amanda & Rebecca.     You won’t find a better location as this may be one of the ONLY apartment buildings on either Barrack or Murray Street - the ❤️ of CBD. Right across the street from main Perth train station. The apartment is on a top floor - you can tell by the photo off your balcony. Northbridge is THE BEST of Perth! There is no TV or radio in this apartment because we like to be out and about enjoying the culture of what is the best of Australia, especially the gay and lesbian scene as this household is!
    The place is nearly brand new. You can use everything in the common areas. Just please return the electronic key we give you or you forfeit the deposit (that’s really how much that dang key costs!) The apartment itself is surprisingly twice as large as a normal CBD apartment so you will be pleased. It is in a hotel building. The first 9 floors are hotel rooms and then floors 10-15 above that in the same hotel building are classy, Art Deco apartments. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

  • The location of the apartment is amazing. It is a couple of minutes to the bus stop that takes you straight to Perth city centre or just over a 5 minute walk to the train station. With the local supermarkets only a couple of minutes walk away, it’s not worth driving unless you are buying something really heavy. There are also several coffee shops, good restaurants and great bars (including the local brewing company), all just a couple of minutes stroll away. The apartment was immaculate and was equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. We were fortunate enough to stay for several weeks and only needed to contact Ross a couple of times during that time. Each time he responded promptly. We really enjoyed our time there and would have no hesitation in booking again.

There is parking for two to three cars right beside the entrance to the villa and unlike most other 1 or 2 bed units in Maylands you have your own private entrance to a single storey, funky place wtih a great feel, you're not stuck in a high rise with 50 neighbors and a tiny balcony! Come and check it out, you won't be dissapointed.
    Maylands is a funky evolving, redeveloped suburb on both the river and the train line, and only about 10 minutes drive from Perth City Centre. It has a fantastic cafe/restaurant strip and is surrounded by beautiful parkland.

  • We enjoyed our time at the cottage in Marylands very much. The home has a lot of character and it was much bigger than I expected. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The outdoor area was lovely, the kitchen had everything you could need and more! We were also very impressed with the location. Everything is so accessible, with the Maryland shops within walking distance and the train station too. Definitely a hidden gem. Would most happily stay here again!

  • Absolutely lovely place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen. There were enough appliances and utensils to make cooking easy. There was a very comprehensive booklet for ideas of all your local needs and wants including the distance and walking times to each venue! Such lovely little touches! The cottage was spotless inside. The 2 main bedrooms were bigger than expected. The lounge room was small and intimate which was great for a couple, but maybe not so great for a larger group. The dining room however was large enough for 8 people. The location worked great for us, very close to train so we could go anywhere. We would definitely stay there again if we were in town!

  • If you're coming to Perth and want to get away from the city and stay in a secluded place, it's really recommended here! The hosts are very friendly. I wanted to take a rest anywhere because it was a dawn flight, but you rented a cart for coles market and told me that you would organize it as soon as possible, so I could check in earlier and relax. And important cleanliness! All of us were sensitive to cleanliness, but it was very clean except for the burned kitchen utensils. The bathroom was clean and impressed with no mold or hair .. There were various board games under the TV. The living room and the room were much wider than the pictures so there was no shortage of food and clothes. I also used the pool for a day, and it was at the front door because it was an apartment shared pool. I went in the morning and the water was clean and no one was playing. The laundry room was a bit poor, but I used coin laundry around. To sum up, this is a good value for money hotel and is really recommended !!

  • This is a very economical stay. The reason we chose this house is that we can use the kitchen. The kitchen was very modern and clean, we used the kitchen every day. We were able to experience a new way of life through Airbnb. There were five cats in the house, the smell of which was difficult to endure at first, but got used to it a few days later. We respected Debs, who cares for cats in temporary care, and Debs has been patient with our 5 year old child. In fact, there are many toys for children at home. For guests who work late at night, this house may not be suitable. After sunset, you need to be very careful with the noise. The house is on the right side of the alley, in a very quiet residential area. The supermarket is a 15-minute walk away.

    *Please note I have 2 Blue Staffies, they are both very people friendly house dogs, quiet and clean, this is there home as much as mine. That being said, the house and dogs are constantly cleaned and if you are a guest the dogs can be isolated is parts of the house and will not bother or get in your way. 1950's character house, wooden floor boards thru out. Bedroom has light simple décor. Guest have access to private bedroom and lounge. Work desk can be arranged for bedroom.
    House is a smart home ie speakers/plugs/lights/security cameras (all in common areas) if you have any privacy concerns, all devices will be pointed out on arrival and can be turned off if necessary.

    Kirkham Hill Terrace in Maylands is a clean and elegant street in a trendy suburb in the metro area of Perth. It is convenient, safe and quiet (unless there are fireworks, in which case you will have a front row view, from the home, as they erupt over the river!) Maylands itself is a little urban gem with many restaurants and bars/cafes. Whether you feel like Thai, Japanese, Italian or a kebab! It's all there and more. There's also fantastic boutique shopping to explore on Eighth Avenue and Whatley Crescent. If you are into antiques, Guildford is a 7 minute drive and features an entire street of antique shops.

  • The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The standard of facilities, shower and kitchen corresponds to a higher average standard for Australia. Everything worked, including the sanitary facilities such as the shower (unfortunately always a problem in Australia .... :-() A fantastic view of the skyline of Perth! Very good location. We can also offer this accommodation for long-term stays recommend.

  • We spent four nights at Emma & Shaun's place. We had a great time there. The place was very well designed with all the necessary amenities for comfort and relaxation. It was very clean and stylish, with a cosmopolitan vibe. The kitchen was well equipped for most general cooking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The backyard faces the Swan River with very beautiful view at night. We would certainly wish to stay here again should we visit Perth in future. A point to note though that the unit has to be accessed via a flight of stairs hence is not suitable for the frail aged folks.

The location was great, it was easy to get into the city and there was a lovely park by the river just a few minutes walk away. Emma and Shaun were very good hosts, they provided a lovely welcome pack and lots of information about the apartment and the area.

Fantastic access to Optus Stadium for sports & events - 2 min train trip! Almost brand new, this space welcomes you to a new level of comfort. Dressed by an interior designer - hotel quality crisp linens and luxury bedding pair with 2 bathrooms for privacy. The CBD is 10 minutes by car, the airport 15.
    Bedroom 2 can be a king bed or 2 king single beds. Like to cook? The kitchen is fully equipped and quality produce is a short walk away. Try Smouts deli for gorgeous cheeses, meats and picnic treats.
    The apartment is 200 metres to the Eighth Street shopping precinct which has everything you could need. Loads of cafes, boutiques and high street shops. A train station is here. RISE Bayswater is very close by offering a health club (casual rates), social sport, a creche, function and room hire. One block away are supermarkets, takeaway food outlets, liquor store, bakery and other shopping. There is a small childrens playground across the road, and Maylands Water playground is a short drive (Seasonal) Nearby Barden park has 2 playgrounds, flying fox, nature based play, water play feature, toilets, walk/cycle paths, bbqs, and access to the river.

  • Considering its location, the apartment and the complex are very quiet. The voucher and recommendation for Rifos up the road was very much appreciated. So much so we had dinner three nights in a row there. Its very close to the train station, and just a short 10 minute ride to the city, which was very convenient. The two bathrooms was also handy with three people staying. The area is a bit grungy, and personally I wouldn't feel safe walking around alone at night on my own. On this occasion I was travelling with my parents so it was fine. But there seems to be an eclectic mix of people in the area. Having said that, the more I got to see of Perth, that just seems to be typical of the city. I would happily stay here again.

The house is in a perfect area, only few seconds from the bus stop (which can get you to the city centre in 10 minutes) and to Beauford st, which has a lot of facilities, shops and restaurants!
