This was an outbuilding that was renovated into a small guest house. The property is next to our main residence and serves as extra space for our small farm animals. The listing has a loft area for extra sleeping. This space was design for the Airbnb community as we had a great experience with our other listing. The Main house on the property is home to year-round renter and the tenants will not be able to provide any help. All contact shall be made via the airbnb site for any assistance.

Close to the marina, Tabor Academy, and the beach, the Tiny House is a small but stylish, well-equipped getaway. It is located on a quiet residential street in the heart of quaint Marion Village (lots of New England charm!), and has its own private yard with a flagstone patio, outdoor seating and a pet-proof privacy fence. In the summer, enjoy beach access to our local sandy beach. Four-legged guests are welcome! We don´t expect our guests to do chores, and our cleaning fee is very reasonable.
