Our Villa! Is our pride ! Traditional Villa Nasia is a peace of art. The house has been bulid from my father Kleovoulos from stone and wood , like the traditional housing in Kalathos village! All items have been carefully been choosen and fixed from hand. The view is Spectaculare! From the balcony we overlook the Sea! The villa is fully equipped with A/C, Free Wifi,a full equipped kitchen with espresso machine,all neccessities for cooking, bbq oven, everything you need for easy going holidays.

Pano's House is situated in an area with beautiful view, with the mountain by side and the sea at the front. It is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the center of 'Stegna'. If you you would to stay and live in a peaceful Greek village where you can have a piece of mind close to the nature then Mileon Old House is suitable for you.

Sophias house

Our house has been charmingly refurbished and has a bright mezzanine. With its approx. 65 m2 it is well suited for one to two couples (1 bed is slightly smaller) or a family with 2 children, there is a baby cot. Malona is a quiet village loved by Birdwatchers and surrounded by citrus and olive groves 3km from the nearest beach. Since 2025 the government requires an environmental tax, which is paid directly to us(€8 per day from April to October, otherwise €2).

Makariospiti - Villa Vera

This traditional 1873 home has always been family-owned and was our 2nd project lovingly renovated, rebuilt and refurbished. This is a 1-room house with over 70 square meters, almost a loft, with 3 beds, living and dining area. The bathroom and kitchen have been newly built, many old structures have been preserved. Far from mass tourism, the village invites you to relax and unwind. The central location is the ideal starting point to explore the island.

A romantic courtyard, hidden inside a variety of aromatic plants leads us to the interior. “Villa il Vecchio Cortile, bouganville” is fully equipped to meet all your needs (Wi-Fi, satellite TV, kitchen, laundry, hairdryer, etc.) while the welcoming reception of the owners will make your stay an unforgettable experience. It is ideally located, very close to the Medieval Town, the "new marina", the port, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Casa Quindici in the Old Town

Casa Quindici is the rhodian retreat of an athenian family of three. Located at two hundred meters from Porta Rossa Gate, it provides easy access to all transportation means. A different approach of living in an original 15th century old house!

Villa Amalia

Magnificent view with a large courtyard in front of the house, the sea is about 5 meters away. The indoor space is 90 sq.m and the local area is quiet. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.
