Just 5 mins from medieval Guemene, with shops, bars and restaurants, and the lovely South Brittany coast an easy day trip.

There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Whether it's 2 days for work or a week for vacation, come and discover our beautiful region and relax in the quiet of the Ty Coz gîte. You will be spoilt for choice of visits between Vallée des Saints, Gorges du Corong, Lac de Guerlédan, Monts d'Arrée and the sea, 1 hour away by car.
