Carefully renovated house anno 1930, 45 square in large and lush garden with central location in Lerum. Cozy and beautiful indoor with room for both relaxation and socializing. One bedroom with flexible sleeping solutions. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Kitchen and dining/living room with open fireplace up to roofnock. In the garden there is small patio with barbecues. The location is central and Lerums station is a 4 minute walk away with commuter trains towards Gothenburg (19 minute journey). Welcome!

Fully equipped and completely newly built apartment in separate cottage by the lake Mjörn, just 3 miles from Gothenburg. The lake view from your own patio is amazing and the surroundings as well. The space is about 30 square meters and can accommodate four people. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the property easily accessible. 200m to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!
