This studio is a perfect spot to stay in Saintes! Just a few minutes walk from the train station, and within an easy walk of the city center and the beautiful Abbaye aux Dames which has excellent concerts throughout the year! Chloé was a charming host, who I really enjoyed meeting! If I am back in Saintes, I would love to stay here again!

A small studio where you quickly feel at home, close to all amenities. Little more for the connected TV which gives us the impression of being even more bundled up in our bed especially during the winter break. Hosts very pleasant and concerned about the well being of their hosts! I recommend ++++

Very clean and modern accommodation. The hosts are easily reachable and accommodating. They thought of the smallest details (bottle of water, tea, coffee, pepper, salt ...). The accommodation is quite well located, you can easily park near the accommodation. I recommend ! Only downside: the doors are difficult to open but this is a detail.

We stayed for a weekend at Isabelle's. The accommodation is completely faithful to the description and in impeccable condition. It is very well located, close to the expressway and the city center of Saintes. Sleeping is comfortable for a short stay. The accommodation is in a quiet area and no noise pollution to note. Fluid exchanges, whether with Isabelle or with her husband, to hand over the keys. Very nice home. I highly recommend !

I spent a vary pleasant weekend at the studio. It was very comfortable with all we could wish for. Laetitia provided help & advice recommending restaurants & bakeries. The property was quiet but only a short walk from the centre of town. I would be very happy to stay again.

We had a great stay in the house which is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The setting is very nice and very relaxing. There is a very nice outdoor area and small hikes to start from home well arrow. There are also pretty things to discover in the area (castle, churches, bathing in Charente, boat). A nice place for a relaxing holiday.

Good communication stylish and spotlessly clean accomodation. Frederick accommodated our late check in after issues with the ferry . Tea and coffee supplied so don't forget your milk. It's a lovely location it's just a shame we only stayed one day so was unable to take advantage of the pool.

The cottage conforms to the description. a clean cottage located in a quiet dead end with private access to the pool which is well maintained. Well located accommodation with access to bike paths for bike rides on the banks of the Charente.

I booked a week in this cottage with my 6 year old boy for a quiet mother-son retreat in the countryside. What a surprise to discover a place extremely well maintained and equipped with everything necessary for cooking. I feared that my little boy is bored in so much calm but there is so much to do: already the very large swimming pool impeccable cleanliness, then many activities offered within 30 min drive. The host is very approachable and listens when needed. I highly recommend this place to be alone or two in a return to basics but in comfort!

'Arriving at Danielle and Dominique was like arriving home to a place you miss and want to return to. Our daughter and their dog became instant friends and played in their wonderful garden. They are so warm and hospitable and the mattress in their gite is one of the best we ever slept on! They are very detail oriented and their place sparkles. We were sad to leave and can only hope to be back one day soon!

It was a fly in visit on our drive back from Spain to the UK so we were sad we didn't get a real chance to appreciate the accommodation more. We were greeted with enthusiasm and warm smiles after a long journey. The accomodation had everything we needed and is clearly kept very well. We especially loved the wonderful breakfast with amazing home made marmalade.

My husband and I had a great stay here at Laetitia’s apartment. It’s located very well right next to the cathedral and near all the nice restaurants, shops, and bars in Saintes. The apartment is cozy, clean, and even had a washing machine which was a very nice amenity. (Note for other American’s there is no dryer, but we just hung our laundry to dry) Pro-tip: check out Procopio across the street for the best pizza in town!
