It is conveniently close to Hilton Village, with its shops, excellent restaurants and many coffee shops. The Afro-Scandi decor complements the original art on the walls. The comfy lounge with a fireplace, and luxury beds with crisp cotton linen, will ensure cozy evenings followed by a good sleep. The large patio and outside dining area enjoy spacious farmland views, and bask in the afternoon sun.

We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowwoods. The benefits of farm life, yet easy access to cafes, restaurants, bicycles trails, farmers markets, Boschhoek+Gowrie golf courses, Clifton Notties Prep school and Michaelhouse. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a little farm, so expect a bit of ‘farm noise’ and general day-to-day goings on! The Sheep Shed has outside table/chairs and braai facilities. WiFi and DSTV included.

Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

THE HAYLOFT - A Spacious, Stylish, Unique Cottage

The Hayloft is a self catering cottage set in the spectacular village of central Hilton. It is located close to upmarket schools, restaurants,shopping centres, hospitals, many major sporting events and The Midlands Meander. Just 10 minutes drive to Pietermaritzburg and an hour and a half to King Shaka Airport. We also have the Crofters Loft, The Shepherds Loft and The Farriers. We are on a solar system so load shedding does not affect us.
