Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

Full of beautiful and quirky design details, this little house is a joy to be in. Up the gold painted stairs is a bedroom with double bed, desk, hooks and hangers and a bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.

Cheerful, comfortable and centrally located home.

Our much loved former family home is within a 10 minute walk of both Hereford hospital and the town centre. The house is stylishly decorated with an open plan kitchen/diner, desk space, cosy sitting room and gorgeous private garden to relax in on sunny days. Upstairs there is a king, double and bunk bedroom and a bathroom with bath. Amenities include wifi, board games/puzzles, tv with netflix and a well stocked bookshelf to help yourself to. Permit for 1 car included.

The Stables is a single storey stone property converted 12 years ago, it is part of‘Cotts Farm’ and is situated at the end of a private tree lined drive, and nestled in the heart of Lugwardine. It is a 10 min stroll to a beautiful country pub, with beer garden. Hereford city centre is a mere 2.5 miles. Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!

A charming ,vintage inspired annex. Bedsitting room with tiny dining/work area.Sunny terrace, really brilliant wet room and small but equipt new kitchen inc washing machine/microwave . Own access 15 mins walk from county hospital. , 5 mins walk from central Hereford. On steet parking ( will need to borrow a pass so please mention if your driving) So, small kitchen, small wet room , small bedsitting room and your own terrace.

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
