Good location a short walk away from the train station and Nakasu island. I was very happy with the location and the friendliness of the host, who was happy to communicate in easy Japanese or English with me.

A must book! Way better than I expected

Location is very good. You can walk to the center in about 15 minutes. The cleanliness is also perfect. We used by three people, but area is enough to return and sleep.

It was very good

While this place is about a 20 minute walk from Hakata Station, it is totally worth it. It was about 1000 yen to take a taxi, and they were kind enough to arrange a taxi for us on our departure date. Yes, the traffic noise can be a little noisy at times but for us it was only a minor nuisance.

A great place at a great location

A cosy, compact apartment in a great location really close to Hakata station and Canal City. coco left some lovely touches and was very quick to reply and offer advice and answer questions. Easy check in and easy to find the building and everything within the house is easily explained. Not a lot of room for big suitcases but this is standard in this style of japanese apartment.

Very cozy little apartment with all the kitchen equipment and appliances, and the bed is comfortable to sleep. 2 minutes from the subway station to the airport downtown. The only suggestion is to hope that the bathroom can have a door lock, friends will be more afraid of shyness. It's a stay that I want to visit again!

The landlord is very good and does not provide Chinese services. The house is located near the Hakata Station. There are 2 subway stations from the airport to Hakata Station. It is very convenient to go through the guide provided by the landlord and 5 minutes walk from the Hakata Station. The stay is very smooth. There is no photo in the house. Because the house is close to the train, the quality of sleep is not good. The surrounding shopping and dining are complete. You can save some transportation expenses by walking here, or you can walk to Tianshen for shopping. The overall feeling is good.

Great location near jr hakata city which is a bustling part of Fukuoka. Everything was easily accessible due to the proximity of the train station. Bed was very comfortable and all in all, the unit was very comfortable and I would recommend it for travelers wanting to explore all parts of Fukuoka.

The location of the house is great, you can walk from the city, the living function is good, the house is neat and nice, and the landlord can reply to the message quickly!

The place is very accurately displayed in the picture! The kitchen was great with bowls, cutting board, pots, etc! In the bathroom, there’s an option to do your laundry! Then, a panel near the light switch — in Japanese though, allows you to convert the bathroom into a drying room to that help dry your clothes! What an amazing option!

I stayed at the last trip! We had a staff member who responded in Korean, so we were informed about the stay and were able to use it well. The location is not too far from the surrounding tourist sites, and the location is registered on Google Maps, so you can easily search by route search. Bed linen and towels are very clean and good. Cleanliness and willingness to visit again.

Quiet and clean for one person

It was a very nice room with very good amenities.

As expected, the hostel was very clean and comfortable. It was only 1.5km away from Tenjin city so we had a good day walking and enjoying the way to the hostel. I had no difficulty communicating in Korean and I used it comfortably because I borrowed scissors. If I come again to Fukuoka I would like to visit again. Cleanliness was good, and air conditioning was good, too, and heating was good, too. Above all, I was quiet and relaxed. Bed was wide and was fluffy, and was comfortable in two together.

I HIGHLY recommend this place! You get more than what you pay for. 1. Super clean and neat in a new building 2. Close to subway. The day that I went, it was pouring and I didn't have an umbrella. OOPS... Luckily, the hostel was easy to find and close to the subway station, so I wasn't drenched with rain. 3. Safe: I accidentslly booked the mixed dorm but I felt safe. The dorm doors lock automatically and the other guests are respectful. No creepers. 4. The hostel provide one big towel, slippers, and ear plugs. 5. Plush blankets/pillow and pressed sheets like the ones at a hotel. My bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. 6. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face/hand soap, and hair dryer. 7. Staff is amazing! Their friendly demeanor made me feel safe and comfortable. 8. Beautiful and cozy interior design of library/dining area. 9. Did I mention sparkling clean? Thank you to the staff for keeping this place sparkling clean and your professionalism. (clapping my hands)

About the apartment: - The beds are big and very comfortable. - It's very well insulated from cold. - Note that you may not use the kitchen. We already knew it, but just remind it. About Izumi: - Izumi was a great host for us. She replied inmediately any message and helped a lot. For sure, we recommed her place. :)

Only hard part was that checkin place is not Airbnb place (owner company hotel) which is 15min walk from Hakata station. It will be difficult for ppl who has heavy luggage. Apart from that, highly recommended for Hakata travel!

Lovely and cozy place! We stayed for three nights and walked to Tenjin and Hakata every day. The location is very good. There are also many izakayas in this neighbourhood. There is also a sunny market nearby. The rooms are very comfortable and the decoration is beautiful, I would like to stay here next time I come to Fukuoka! We would like to stay here again when we come to Fukuoka!

If you go to exit 24 of Hakata Station, it is easy to find It was within 5 minutes walk of straight distance across the traffic light in front of Seven-Eleven. The entrance of the hotel looked like a restaurant entrance, but I could not see the elevator, but I found it. I think I'll need more guidance. Otherwise it is good not to hear the train very late. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The host was incredibly nice and the hostel was very clean. The beds were also so soft.

The owner was very polite and reassured, as he taught me the easy way to the station and provided a welcome drink service. The rooms were caring for women to be able to reach itchy places, so they were able to spend comfortably without inconvenience. They had blankets in addition to the thin comforters, so they were warm and could sleep.

If you are a distance away, it is okay to walk about 15 minutes from Hakata Station. Because multiple people share a room, everyone's schedules are different. Mari and Shin’s place is a perfect hideaway in a busy city. There is a delicious tomato ramen restaurant right across the street and the apartment is clean and generously apportioned with modern amenities. Stay here!

Really fantastic cute apartment in Fukuoka. Amazing amenities, comfy bed, lovely host. Everything you could need or want for a stay of any length, we only stayed 3 night but didn't want to leave. The only slight issue I would mention is that it's pretty far from stations, but that seems to be the case with lots of Fukuoka, so be prepared to walk. All in all I can't recommend enough and is probably one of the best, most stylish Airbnb apartments I've stayed in.

Small but light apartment on 10th floor equipped with everything you need. It was perfect for my needs I and enjoyed the stay. Check in went smoothly even that I didn‘t meet my host. Everything was well organised and communication was perfect.

Very convenient location, right in the middle of Hakata and Tenjin. It is about 500m away from Canal City. It is very convenient and the space is as warm and clean as photos.
