Shopping right next door. The apartment has its own entrance (resident). The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

The apartment was renovated in 2018 and has two rooms (35 m² in total). It is ideal for two people, but can also be used by three or four people. The path to the bathroom leads through the bedroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette.
