Less than 30 min. to PHX Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix, including MLB spring training baseball fields. Driveway parking, private entrance, private kitchenette, bathroom, and walk in closet. Space has a Queen Bed in the Bedroom and an optional Queen Air Mattress and pack and play provided. Wifi, TV and Roku included for streaming. Personal AC and heater.

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
