Beautiful farmhouse in old Skanör

In Skanör's beautiful oldest neighborhood you live almost next door to Skanör's guesthouse and have ten minutes walk to the beach. You are welcomed to combined kitchen with living room. In connection with this there is a bedroom with a double bed. From the bedroom you reach the house bathroom. A cozy staircase leads up to sleeping loft with two single beds. You have private outside space for lovely meals. Safe and quiet accommodation with entrance to the farmhouse via the homeowners' street house/passage. Easy to get from Copenhagen AirPort.

Cozy cottage near the forest and ocean - newly renovated 2023

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a blend of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air/air pump, hob and fridge/freezer. Freshly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor with Skanörs Stadspark. To Skanör harbor it is 1,8km and there are several cozy restaurants. ICA store open 07-23, 700m. Flommens Golf Club is about 3.7 km away. In Falsterbo there are also a few restaurants, café and a small Ica shop.
