Places to stay in Eugene
Airborne-filtered Executive suite w/ private entrance, full private bathroom, vigilantly sanitized private private kitchen, private hot tub, private business-class Wifi & SmartTV w/ over 500 channels in a discreet residential area. King and queen beds w/ clean crisp linens, blankets & towels that have been fully sterilized with hospital-grade germicidal bleach, colloidial silver, and viruscidal disinfectant. Full compliance with government-mandated restrictions since 1/31/2020.
Centrally located and no more than 10 minutes from most local destinations, a great amount of work went into perfecting the minute details of our space, making it absolutely adorable, cozy (as in comfortable) and modern, but yet classic. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable. Based on repeat feedback and stellar reviews, the king bed is exceptionally popular. We offer Netflix, Prime, Youtube, Pandora, etc. on a private, dedicated wifi network featured on a brand new 55 inch 4k Visio M-Class Smart TV w/ Alexa & Google Voice integration. The TV has access to all local HDTV channels plus an additional 700+ online stations that are far more entertaining than any cable or satellite line-up you've likely ever seen. While the second bedroom is really pretty basic and is best utilized primarily for sleeping, but in the unusual event that you somehow grow bored of the vast multitude of board games made available for your use and enjoyment during your stay, we are happy to provide you with an additional smaller-sized Smart TV upon your request. We also offer full access to your own dedicated private business Wifi. The private kitchen has a full-size fridge, cooktop range, toaster, blender, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee grinder, coffee maker, fresh organic coffee beans, and an array of teas to choose from. The private hot tub is located directly outside within a few mere footsteps from the private entrance. The soaking area is very secluded and provides a relaxing soaking experience beneath the stars anytime of year. The private bathroom has a simplistic neo-angle shower and is well-equipped with fresh white towels and a various toiletries to choose from. Any solo traveler, couple, or family will enjoy staying at this hidden gem of a vacation rental that will make you wish your never had to leave upon check-out. CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 UPDATE: Please be aware that we have what is quite possibly the most sanitary airbnb in the county, and maybe even the state. Since January 2020, we have been running a brand new negative pressure ionizing antiviral air filter in our guest suite that is certified to kill 99.99% of viruses down to .3 microns in size. We have also invested in the best water filtration system money can buy (coming soon!), which is the only wayer filter on the market that is NSF-certified to remove over 2000 contaminates, in addition to bacteria and viruses larger than .001 nanometers. Rest assured (at least in the very near future) that the air and water in our guest suite is absolutely pristine at all times. Additionally, between stays, we replace our tinfoil hats with full-hooded Hazmat suits, sterile shoe coverings, latex gloves, airtight goggles, and industrial-grade P100 respirators. We then proceed to drench every single surface (walls, floors, doorknobs, faucets, light switches, etc.) with Clorox Hospital-grade Germicidal bleach solution. After about 5 minutes, we top everything off with high-potency pharmaceutical-grade colloidial silver prior to applying a finish of hospital-grade viruscidal/microbial/germicidal/tuberculosicidal disinfectant, which air dries for another 5 minutes. Hospital-grade bleach and disinfectant is also used in our guest laundry when we steamwash our linens, blankets, and sheets. We also change our hot tub water weekly, keep it at 106 degrees, and treat it with extra chlorine as well as colloidial silver. Guests are also required to shower prior to using the hot tub. There is very little opportunity for cross-contamination between our home and the guest suite, or between stays. Additionally, we rarely leave the house and all of our household goods, food, and supplies are delivered, at which point we obsessively santize every single item outside, prior to things even entering our home. Our child has not attended a public school since February 11th, (as he is now homeschooled) and we haven't attended any large public events for at least 3 months. Regardless, there are no shared spaces between our home and the guest suite anyway. We have not hesitated to implement these new policies. Not only for our own protection, but as well as for our guests'. We did so months prior to Oregon's announcment of a public health emergency. We ensure pretty high standards as far as safety, cleanliness, and sanitization are concerned. Rest assured you have basically nothing to worry about during your stay.
The space is located in a quiet Bethel neighborhood away from busy streets, but close enough to the Beltline highway that commuting to the city is not a hassle. We are 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from campus. We are located very close to the wetlands area and there are several bike paths that span through the wilderness. We are also located close to, I-5, Beltline Hwy, W. 11th, and Winco for extremely easy access.
  • Very nice place in a slightly sketchy part of town. Host is incredibly hospitable and even more communicative. Goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is just what you envisioned. Will stay again!

  • Shayla is a great host. The place is really clean and I had no issues with my stay. The hot tub is easily accessible but we did not used it on our stay.

Serenity, privacy, and convenience in the exclusive Eugene South Hills. Nestled in the treetops yet minutes to the U of Oregon/downtown/I-5, this 3 level 900+ sq ft dedicated guest suite has a private entrance, walls of windows, a woodburning fireplace, an outdoor hot tub, a king size bed, wi-fi, cable/Netflix, self check-in/check-out, keyless entry, new ductless HVAC, and a masseuse available. This is the #1 Airbnb in Eugene (per Google) used for honeymoons, getaways, and a music video.
The 900+ square foot guest suite is a split level converted library on the bottom floor of the main house with a bedroom/living area below and a dining/bathroom/kitchenette area above. It offers a separate private entrance, amazing views of the valley from tree top views from the deck, a comfortable couch and a king size bed. Deer, wild turkeys and other wildlife wander by in the 1/2 acre wooded backyard which you are welcomed to walk through. Take a nap in the hammock as you listen to the birds chirp around you. Relax in the outdoor hot tub as you gaze at the city lights at night or enjoy the romantic twinkling deck lights (and thanks to a new water resistant cantilever umbrella that covers the hottub, you can sit in it even when it's raining). Chat with Alexa and let her play some tunes, set your alarm, give you the weather forecast or the news, or recommend restaurants in the area. Or get cozy in front of the wood burning fireplace and LED candles as you binge watch HBO on Demand/Netflix on the HD TV. There's even a PS3 with some games and blue ray movies for ya. Some even use the air mattresses to sleep outside on the deck under the stars (and the twinkly balcony lights). Either way, many find themselves staying in simply to relax and enjoy the place. This suite is only used for guests so you won't feel like you are living in someone else's space or intruding on someone else's privacy. Plus with the new ductless HVAC you can set the temperature you want in the place. The house (and suite) is located on a quite cul de sac so parking/traffic is never a problem and the street is large enough for moving trucks. You can also use two comfortable queen size air mattress to add more beds to the place. And while the kitchen does not have a full oven or stove top, it does have a new gas grille, portable gas burner, microwave oven, small electric grill, and keurig coffee/tea maker. Plus the hot tub is on year around with a canopy umbrella that covers if if needed so that you can use it even when it rains. Also, be aware that the place is generally not available for pets as some folks in our family are allergic to pet dander. If you have a pet during your stay, the cleaning fee will be $100 due to the extensive cleaning required. And please keep all pets off furniture as that is hardest to clean. We've had wonderful guests leave us some nice comments. Here are just a few: - "This was my second time staying here and it will continue to be my go-to Airbnb any time I’m in Eugene." - "This place is so much more than any pictures could explain. We felt so safe, secure, and at one with nature. Thank you so much for letting us into your life." - "This place is the best AirBnB I have ever stayed at. Exceeded expectations and the hosts went above and beyond to make this place an amazing experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!" - "We were absolutely blown away by their place! Never have we had an experience like this one, being surrounded by the law books, novels, and not to mention the area itself ..." - "Wow, what a gorgeous spot in Eugene ... This has to be the best Airbnb in Eugene." - "If I could give Joseph and his place 10 stars, I would! This place is AMAZING!!" - "Our family came into Eugene and all had separate Airbnb spaces. We had the best and everyone hung out with us." - "Staying here was the icing on the cake for our Oregon trip! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was definitely a highlight of the trip." - "This was a perfect airbnb, and by far my favorite." - "I was tremendously pleased at how unique and fun this was, especially for the price. Beats the heck out of a hotel." - "All I can say is: do not pass up the chance to stay at this place. Every minute of our stay was just wonderful. " - "Joseph’s place was incredible. Period. If you can stay here, do it." We've been fortunate to host kind and appreciative guests and would be happy to welcome you as well. Pricing is based on Airbnb's automated smartpricing which determines a low price based on demand, etc. for similar rentals in Eugene. So the earlier you book, the better your price (usually). Of course, discounts for longer bookings are available. Plus, as an Airbnb user myself, I don't believe you should pay for extra people when the same space is used and will try to accommodate late check-outs or early check-ins without charge when possible but please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with other guests and housekeeping.
This is one of the most respected and exclusive neighborhoods in Eugene. Everyone is very friendly and you will absolutely get the serenity, privacy, and rest you are looking for so allow you to enjoy and make the most of your time in this wonderful small city.
  • Fun place to stay - amazing view, hot tub, and cozy.

  • This place is exactly what we were going for - very funky home with such great touches. We were traveling from the east coast and were looking for an authentic, cozy, clean get away. We love this place and the views at night from the hot tub are awesome! Great neighborhood - excellent for fresh morning walks! Joseph and Radmila were great hosts and VERY quick to respond! Highly recommend!

    Hayley2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Joseph and Radmilas place was amazing, and they were great hosts. We loved feeling comfortable and like we were at home. Their house was so beautiful, and their backyard was full of all wildlife. We enjoyed being there so much, 10/10 recommend!

  • Lovely private space! Feels like you are in the forest. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the back patio!

    Caroline2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place to escape from every day life. Stayed overnight for our first baby free night. Amazing spot, perfectly tucked away on a hill top within the trees - far enough from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet, but close enough to adventure. Great amenities, comfortable bed and couch. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, especially at night in the crisp air, the city lights shining in the distance - the lights wrapping around the porch is a great touch. Intend to return very soon!

  • Barbara went above and beyond to help us have a great trip to Eugene. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone traveling to Eugene.

    Summer2020-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • This cute little house is fully functional with a great kitchen and bath area. I shopped for food an incredible market just a few blocks away. Cooked and enjoyed a feeling of home while traveling on business. I was unaware that the queen bed was a sofa bed. Barbara made it up for me and it was super comfy with an added soft mattress she had especially for visitors like me who like a soft bed. I slept well and was warm and safe. Parking is just outside and safe as well. I appreciated all the special touches and although I’m not a TV watcher usually I did enjoy the Netflix for guests to enjoy. Thank you Barbara and family. I really enjoyed my stay. Andrea

    Andrea2020-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Don’t let the exterior fool you, there’s a little cottage in the back that is perfect for a short stay. I’m sure their yard is beautiful in the spring too, as the bulbs are just starting to pop up. we only stayed one night, but we’d stay again!

    Kyla2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • I was in town for a conference downtown and needed a simple place to stay for a night. Barbara’s place was perfect! Very clean, in a quiet location that felt safe, and Barbara was helpful and quick with communication. It’s a studio so it’s not very spacious, but there’s a full kitchen if you need and they left a wealth of resources if you have time to explore Eugene. It’s perfect for a safe place to sleep and keep your things if you’re going to be out all day. It’s super close to an amazing bakery called Hideaway Bakery as well.

    Lennie2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • The place so was quaint and private. I was able to relax and enjoy my time alone working. There was a bathtub and shower which I was not expecting in a little cottage. That was a nice added bonus. Loved that there was silverware and extra items in the cottage. It was a great place to stay with no issues. I would definitely recommend this place.

Available 2/24 instant book/self-check-in. Welcome to "Eugenia Jones and the Treasure of the Purple Palace!" Located near the heart of Eugene's trendiest urban-residential neighborhood, this luxuriously appointed apartment is minutes' walking distance from restaurants, tasting rooms, entertainment & other attractions. Whiteaker Neighborhood, long known for its Bohemian vibe & now as "The Fermentation District," is ideally located for exploring Eugene, 2 miles or less from all major features.
Safari Base Camp (the kitchen/sitting area) is bright and open, but step through the beaded curtains and enter The Sultan's Palace (bed/bath areas) and you will be lured into the mysteries of the seraglio with its sumptuous hues and objets d'art. Luxe appointments like natural stone tub surround, double shower heads, "vintage" fixtures, crystal chandeliers and a golden temple door will delight the eye and make you feel like royalty. THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. We do not accept guests who smoke cigarettes (on or off site). NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind, of ANYTHING, is permitted on or near the property. Full-time tenants of the building sign strict "No Smoking" leases and expect a smoke-free environment. Our goal is to create a smoke and odor-free oasis for our guests and tenants. NOTE: The Bed Nook, a queen bed enclosed on three sides, may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges.
Located in Eugene's most popular residential neighborhood, Eugenia's Safari Base Camp and The Sultan's Palace are just two blocks from the heart of "The Whit" (Whiteaker Neighborhood), more recently gaining fame nationwide as The Fermentation District. Ninkasi, Oakshire, Hop Valley and a number of other microbreweries, spirits/wine-tasting rooms, dozens of one-of-a-kind eateries, food carts, bakeries, art galleries, live-music venues, and an ice-cream parlor can all be reached on foot in well under five minutes. En route, you might pass a stand of giant timber bamboo, a small flock of front-yard chickens, or one of Eugene's many fine murals, as well as lovely Craftsman and Victorian homes or an art car (veteran of many Burning Man events). Even a brightly painted, live-in school bus with a chicken coop on the roof! There's always something new to discover, right around the corner in The Whit. We even have a vintage arcade! (Blair Alley) Longing for some fresh air? Eugene's Rose Garden (featuring an historic, 100+ year old cherry tree) and the Willamette River with its miles of bike and pedestrian paths, where you will likely see an osprey or catch a rare glimpse of a kingfisher, is a mere half mile away. Skinner's Butte, offering a panoramic view of the city is even closer. A five-minute walk will take you to the base of this ancient volcanic plug, where you might enjoy watching rock climbers among the basalt columns of the Climbing Park. Along the way, you might stop to enjoy the exuberant artistry of skateboarders in one of the country's first and finest, free, public skateboard parks. Hike to the top of Skinner's to familiarize yourself with the city's layout or watch the sunset. You might even spot one of our breeding pair of Bald Eagles, or their young! During the summer, you might catch a performance of Shakespeare up there, or the Roving Park Players free performances at another nearby park. As noted above, this unit is located in Eugene's most popular URBAN-residential neighborhood. Like all cities of any size, these days, Eugene has a visible and growing homeless population. Most individuals in this population are harmless, but many are mentally ill and subject to outbursts of loud or bizarre behavior. I have owned this property for 12 years and none of my tenants have had a break-in, a bike stolen, a car vandalized, nor experienced an physical assault-- however, people who are not used to this environment and/or have significant needs for security may not find this area to their liking. It's worth noting, however, that as soon as one leaves the lobby of even the most posh hotel in downtown, one is likely to observe the same types of people and behavior.
  • The place was adorable. Everything was just as we expected. Communication was easy.

  • A very unique and stylish space! Exactly as advertised and in a great part of Eugene.

A shared household with friendly housemates. Wi-fi available. Use the kitchen for making meals. Stores and restaurants nearby. 10 min from the UO, downtown, 2 blocks from fairgrounds. Room has a king size bed and couch, curtains for privacy, and a shared bathroom. A perfect spot for folks needing a place to rest while in town for events and shows, or just passing through. Not for temporary housing. Smoking OK outside. No alcohol/hard drugs. Guests using hard drugs will be asked to leave.
Our living room has two sections. This space is a large room with king size bed, couch, desk, shelves. It is technically common space but you can pull curtains to create privacy, and we respect privacy of guests. While you are here it is your space. It is ideal for those visiting town for events and recreation. We occasionally get inquiries from folks looking for temporary housing. Due to the nature of the space, however, it's not a good fit for that.
The neighborhood is full of families and retirees. We are across the street from a Catholic school, two blocks from the Lane County Fair Grounds, and about 10 minutes from downtown and the University of Oregon.

We live in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood in north Eugene, just a block from miles of walking and bicycling trails along the Willamette River and a five minute walk to the Cider Station, with regional craft hard cider and craft beers on tap as well as several food carts. We have lived in our home for 35 years and love the variety of homes, friendly neighbors and 100+ year old trees in our neighborhood. We’re away from the bustle of the city, but just minutes away from beautiful parks, duck ponds, movie theaters, restaurants and downtown. You can also rent a bicycle just down the street (five minute’s walk) to explore the city along the beautiful river paths. We love our location!
  • This place is amazing! Thank you Bruce & Jennifer for your hospitality. Comfy bed, super clean, great kitchen, amazing shower, quiet and relaxing- We loved being so close to the bike path, great food, and enjoyed the back patio. Hope to stay there again!

Enjoy our private guest suite - aka the entire first floor of our beautiful West Eugene home! Separate entrance with key-code allows you to come and go as you please. Nice neighbors. Close to parks, running/bike trails, shops & restaurants. 10 minute drive (~3 miles) to downtown. 10 minute drive to UO. Off-street parking available. Includes new Queen size bed, private bath, gas fireplace, ample closet space, breakfast nook, coffee maker, fridge, toaster oven, laundry & WiFi.
We love our house in the trees and we think you will too! It is close enough to downtown (10 minute drive) to be able to easily access anything and everything Eugene has to offer - but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to give you that peaceful, woodsy treehouse feel. All areas in the private guest suite (kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room) are yours and yours alone for the duration of your stay...full privacy!
Cozy, quiet neighborhood in West Eugene. Our house, though located next to a few others, is nestled up in the trees to give it a wonderfully peaceful, cabin-y feel.
  • Katherine and Ben have a beautiful home nestled literally in the trees with a wonderful bridge over a rippling little brook.... It was quiet, cozy and inviting. It was perfect for our get-a-way weekend for our wedding anniversary! I usually have troubles with my back when staying away from home but the bed was very comfortable and the electric fireplace the perfect touch. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

    Stephe2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Just WOW, we really liked it, loved the Bridge from the carport to the porch, cute little stream below. The Hosts are fantastic as well, very clean and timely responses to our questions. Highly recommend.

  • Katherine and Ben’s place was excellent. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for our overnight trip to Eugene. The bed was very comfortable and the treehouse vibe was a whimsical treat. It was within close driving distance to everything we did! I recommend it and would stay here again.

    Tyler2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • very nice place - nestled in some woods, we entered the guest suite, greeted by a couple of deer munching on some undergrowth right next to the house. there isn't a tv, which is fine, but be prepared for that if you don't like coziness and quiet. the space is on the small side, but perfectly sized for a couple or single person and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    Aaron2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • 10/10 recommend staying here - lovely fireplace -cozy atmosphere -wonderful amenities

    Alec2020-03-04T00:00:00Z

If you've never slept in the round before, you owe yourself! We all want to "think outside the box," but how about sleeping outside the box? — well, inside, but not in a box! Windows above & all around, 59,206 pennies beneath. ★ ★ Magic! Our goal is to give you something in addition to a pleasant visit and peaceful rest. We want to give you a lasting memory — a story you can tell others when you get back home. Or many stories. (They pack easily and weigh nothing.)
We love to design spaces that are not in a box. We want to give our guests an experience that is meaningful and memorable. We've tried to anticipate your questions, so scroll down and read our description here before inquiring about details. We use a dynamic pricing model based on four years of bookings, so the dates you ask for will give you an accurate cost, which may differ from the generic listing price. Summer, weekends, track meets — we allow demand to influence rates. We have another space listed here: Our loft apartment: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/3115540 (slightly more expensive, but with a private bath) For an extra $10/night, we have what we call the "loftier apartment" -- it includes a dining area directly beneath the apartment's living room. Here's a link to that listing: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/13332837 ***************** "Enchanting, magical, uplifting" -- those are words used recently by our guests, describing this wonderful space. Twelve sides, windows all around, surrounded by nature, yet close to town. ***************** Picture a cabin made of cedar and glass. It has wi-fi, heated or cooled to your comfort, a super-comfortable queen-sized bed with memory foam, a chair for reading, a fold-out desk, and a table and a coffee pot. All the bare essentials, in one place. (Not in all the the photos — we've added lush, room-darkening curtains all around for privacy and to aid those who prefer sleeping later.) It's situated to be rustic and inspirational, nestled into the back corner of a deep lot. There are fruit trees all around and a seasonal pond that attracts ducks in the spring and early summer. Depending on the season, you can listen to birds and frogs from inside the roundhouse, or cross the footbridge to the south-facing deck behind the workshop -- another private space for your "get away from the bustle" contemplations. Or enjoy the firepit. Follow the wending path to the front fence and everything is nearby. The bathroom (with tub and shower) is at the rear of the main house, right near the back door (about 30 yards from the roundhouse). It's private and only barely shared. (We have another bath-and-a-half elsewhere in the house.) We have a clever curtaining and folding wall system that can give you extra privacy if you want it. You'll be left as alone as you choose to be during your visit. With a little bit of planning, we're happy to share our full kitchen with you during daylight hours. Same with the laundry room. We're sharing our home with you, so we ask you to be respectful of that. We love to brag about Eugene and Oregon, and we're happy to share what we have and what we know. We cannot guarantee that your visit with us will be enchanted and uplifting, but that's what we hope it will be. We'll do what we can to make it so. Our listings include a 9.5% room tax assessed by the city of Eugene. Those added funds are used to promote tourism and other good things around Lane County.
A good friend calls this location "the center of the universe" and she's sort of right. University of Oregon is about a dozen blocks away. Downtown Eugene is about a mile, straight north. Amazon Park and its running trails are a block away. Two bus lines pass within two blocks. Four pizza places. Two Thai restaurants. Three Mexican choices. Two vegetarian restaurants. Two gourmet restaurants. All within an easy 10-minute walk. After all that good eatin', you'll be glad to know that three health clubs and the YMCA also are nearby. If you'd rather cook or reheat leftovers, we have a toaster oven, microwave, two burners and full fridge under cover on the back porch. I have a tie-dye umbrella for you if it rains, and a bike you can borrow if you want to explore the town.
  • Don greeted us as we arrived at sunset. He showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed and more. A perfect rest stop in our epic move from LA to Seattle. Accommodated our 2 cats. We are very thankful to find a place like this.

Enjoy this cute and cozy tiny home, equipped to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants and easy access to I5. Spanish, French and English are spoken. All are welcome here!
Our tiny home has a brand new very comfortable queen size bed. There is not a kitchen, but there´s a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. You will find a table with 2 chairs for your laptop or to enjoy a meal. There´s a pop down television with Netflix and Acorn TV services and WiFi available. Coffee, tea, honey and sugar are provided. You will notice from the pictures, there´s a loft, but this space is not available to guests. The house is located in a panhandle and you will be able to park in our driveway. Please be aware that this is a tiny home with a small bathroom. It is very comfortable and cozy, but if you need a larger space, it may not be suitable for you.
We live in a mellow neighbourhood close to a wooded area, a very nice park and the University of Oregon. We are lucky to get visited by wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife often.
  • We absolutely loved our stay. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but it was beyond expectations. Great little touches everywhere (including good coffee), the bed was awesome and the use of space incredible. I love how clean it was and frankly it was perfect for our stay. The bathroom was great too! And for someone who is 6 foot 4 inches tall, a tall shower head is just the best. Communication was outstanding. Fast and clear and great. This was an over-the-top stay for us!

  • Paulina and Paul's place is perfectly peaceful and pleasant. The indoor decor is so charming and the whole place smells like cedar from the wood walls. My friend and I utilized the diffuser for relaxing and lounged comfortably on a cloud-like mattress. The shower was hot and cleansing and the bathroom has plenty of room! We enjoyed complimentary tea and delicious coffee. The garden surroundingthe tiny house is so lovely as well. Ahhh, I just loved this spot!

    Ava2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Paulina's place is awesome. It has everything you could ask for. It is very quiet, extremely clean and a very well made place. There is a Hummingbird feeder right outside of your window that is frequented often by miniature feathered friends. It has a nice garden area outside, as well as a great bed and soft towels and linens. I would definitely return in the future.

My studio with kitchenette is nestled in the heart of the Whiteaker neighborhood. A bustling and eccentric urban area in Eugene that is packed with breweries and restaurants . It's also close to downtown, Autzen stadium, Sweet Life and the river.
My 320 sq. ft. cottage is an efficient studio. Two fit comfortably in a queen bed with an additional sofa twin bed for a child. It's situated in Eugene's oldest neighborhood. Esquire magazine calls it "one of the weirdest neighborhoods in America". It's a mix of bohemian vibe, urban funk and hippy love. Within a 5 minute walk, you'll find Ninkasi (local beer brewery), Territorial (a local winery), Sam Bond's garage (a bar/venue for amazing shows), PRI (the most unusual pizza you'll ever try), Meiji (japanese pub), a host of traditional mexican and thai restaurants, and of course, my bakery, Sweet Life Patisserie. The river is a short jaunt, as well as most places in Eugene as it is centrally located. On street parking and bus stops right out front. Keep in mind, this cottage is located in the center of a busy neighborhood. You'll often hear music from the local venues at night and an occasional rowdy bunch in the park next door. The energy of the neighborhood is festive and unique. There is also no AC. The cottage has a bathroom with shower, a fully stocked kitchenette with fridge and hotplate, and a queen sized memory foam mattress. There is also a 4 person hot tub with access to a beautiful deck. Locally roasted organic coffee and assorted teas provided. I live in the big house, so don't hesitate to call me with questions or concerns. Thanks, Catherine
Quirky, walkable, lots of fun neighborhood bars and restaurants.
  • Catherine's place is awesome no matter what brings you to Eugene. Would definitely stay again!

I love Whiteaker neighborhood. It has such mix of things to do. You can go to a choice of two different wineries territorial or the eugene wine cellars, both have very nice tasting rooms with love music often. There are many restaurants and pubs- with live music and great food. There is an bar arcade, where you can go and play old pinball and pacman. There is an great coffee shop that has local and vegan options- also live music. There is one of the best desert bakeries in all of oregon- Sweet life. And our local artist open up there studios for a Friday art walk, where many artist serve wine, cheese and crackers. If you want to go on a walk or a hike the path along the river has about 12 miles of path. With a butte to walk up and see a view of eugene. There are rock columns for rock climbing. The river for kayaking, canoeing, tube floating or swimming. And if you need to pick up something at the valley river center mall, it is a short 15 minute walk on the river path. There really is something for every one.

You are in walking/biking distance to University of Oregon and downtown Eugene. Less than one block south from Lane County Fairgrounds which is the Park and Ride for U of O games and the bike path that can take you to family friendly pubs. Enjoy what outdoor/cultural activities that Eugene has to offer while staying in a cozy studio. You have off street parking and your own entrance. Sorry no pets allowed.
Guests can enjoy a lazy morning snuggled under a down comforter while waiting for the coffee to brew. Everything is at your fingertips to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable including an A/C unit which I installed June 15, 2019. I am always available to answer any questions you may have.
Friendly neighborhood grocery stores, cider/beer trucks all in walking distance that are dog/kid friendly. Our street is the main arterial connecting south Eugene to downtown.

Nancy’s place is in a great neighborhood and allowing us to use the drive way each day was something I had never had another AirBNB do which was great. Her place was very homey and super clean, check in was super easy and she’s a great communicator for any questions you have. We really appreciated the local places list she had inside, it made it really easy to find great places near our stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Eugene area and want a place close to everything. Definitely staying here again in the future if were in Eugene again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!:) We have a very comfortable and fully furnished 4 bedroom house with another Airbnb listing downstairs. We have two cats and a very fun and loving BIG dopey dog named Dalí that would love to meet you :) Private room on main floor with your own bathroom with a shower/ bathtub. Shared living room and kitchen are available also. 420 friendly (we all smoke, so if you are not comfortable with that, this place will not be a good fit for you)
The house is located in the Southwest hills of eugene, close to the Waldorf school, and in a quiet area nestled in the trees. We have a beautiful view of the city off the front deck, and the house is very warm and comfy. Newly remodeled kitchen, living room, and hardwood floors will make you feel very at home away from home.
Quiet area in the southwest hills, great for walks, close to the city and U of O. We have a lovely view of the city and neighboring hills and trees.
  • Nice, cozy and quiet. Location especially convenient if you're traveling West anyways, after your visit, over the mountains towards the Coast. I'd highly recommend Casey's place -- and the nearby Plant Coffee cafe for morning time breakfast espressos and pastries -- including some great gluten-free options! Enjoy!

  • Good value for price. Clean and stylish place.

    Peter2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • A very clean and tranquil place to stay. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless, and there was a really entertaining piece of art to look at while on the toilet. Host respects your privacy very well and is quick to respond to any questions The siamese kit is a curious one and loves pets!

    Haille2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • This room is incredibly cozy. The bed is comfortable and the room has its own personal heating implement. Playstation with netflix, games and an array of movies to choose from while you relax. The animals are so sweet especially the two kitties, they will snuggle and purr as long as you invite them in. Casey turned on the sauna for us as well which was delightful. Lots of amenities for here at a great price

    Cheyenne2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Comfy bed, small mini fridge, very clean (even tho they have 3 animals), the floors were very clean. Friendly, didn't chat much, just when I had a couple questions. Very responsive on email messages too. Cool Art everywhere, loved looking at it all! Cute curious kitten that cuddled with me for an hour when I got there (but easily could not have by closing the bedroom door, I let him come in and sniff around). Big kitchen to use! I loved that!

A clean basic bedroom in a roomy ranch style home. Easy going atmosphere, cannabis friendly. Guests are welcome to use my kitchen, living room, sun room, and dining room. An older Eugene neighborhood, quiet street both day and night. Room has been cleaned thoroughly to Airbnb/ CDC standards.
End of the street house, very quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place for relaxing and gathering your thoughts. Ten minutes from both the airport and downtown. Shops are close by. Late or very late check in is perfectly okay with me. I have three separate bedrooms available.
this is a very quiet street with almost no traffic.
  • Edward is a very nice guy. He helped me with my bags and showed me how to adjust the temperature in my room. Anything that I needed or asked about he was quick to respond or show me where things were. It was nice to be able to chat with him. I had to end my stay early, but Edward was very understanding and wished me well.

You'll discover markets offering fine organic produce and products and regional wines from the vineyards of Oregon; locally-owned bookstore where you will be greeted by the owner; cafes and bistros, and farmers markets, to name just a few. Residents of the Friendly Area Neighborhood love to garden and this common thread of love and pride is visible on every street. Street trees abound, planted in part through the efforts of the Friendly Area Neighbors Association.

  • I loved staying in this cute tiny home! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and located close to everything you will want. Amy is very responsive and completely non intrusive. I spent much of my time exploring Eugene, as I am considering a move to this area and really appreciated having a safe and peaceful place to come back to. • Amy's cottage is so quaint and adorable, and I will recommend it for friends and family visiting Eugene in the future. The loft bed and outside shower are quirky but ultimately added to the experience of the trip. It was very clean and actually had quite a bit of space for just two people. I hope you all enjoy your experience there as much as we did!

Come stay at the kastle cottage! We are nestled between Hendricks park and Laurelwood golf course in the south hills of Eugene just a mile south from U of O campus. You will have the entire cottage townhouse to yourself, including kitchen, living, dining, and bathroom downstairs, and full master bedroom upstairs.
This listing is for the 600 sqft cottage townhouse which includes a small kitchen for basic meal prep with a gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher as well as kettle for making drip coffee or tea, bathroom with shower, master bedroom upstairs with queen size memory foam bed and a variety of pillow options, smart TV with internet and HD antenna, desk space and wifi, as well as access to shared laundry space. The kastle and cottage are a 100% hand-built unique space. Originally constructed in the mid 70's, each brick was hand made from local willamette valley mud by the original owner, with windows and doorways made from hand-welded iron to match the unique shape of each and every archway. The building features large craftsman style beams, hardwood interior and spanish tile throughout. As the building exchanged hands, it continued to evolve and grow as each new owner made their own additions and further refined the space inside and out. It is an ever-evolving artistic architectural project now 4 owners deep and still very much growing. The property is divided into 3 living spaces, the main house upstairs and two airbnb rentals, one downstairs and one detached cottage. The property is at the end of a secluded road and surrounded by trees, making it fairly private. We have deer that sometimes come on the property, as well as a neighborhood cat that likes to hang around. If you would like to see our other listing for the downstairs studio space at the kastle, you can find it here: www.airbnb.com/h/kastlestudio
The kastle and cottage are located at the end of a secluded road, with one property between us and the golf course, and a short walk to hendricks park. Tucked around a corner one mile from U of O campus, and less than a mile from a cluster of cafes, bistros, tea and ice cream shops and other college nightlife.
  • This is a real gem down in the beautiful south hills of Eugene. It's nestled way back in on some residential dead-end streets so you will feel like you are away from it all. The space is really cool and the fireplace is most welcome on chilly nights and mornings. Very cozy bed. Everything worked well, the way it was supposed to, and the basics were all there for what you would need.

    Libby2020-03-19T00:00:00Z

    Jasper2020-03-13T00:00:00Z

    Anisa2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • This is definitely one of the most unique spaces we’ve ever stayed at, and we loved it! Definitely plan to snuggle up by the fire, enjoy the gorgeous views on the property and sleep in an insanely comfortable bed (those Ugg sheets 😍) this Airbnb was one of the highlights of our trip forsure! The space is a little bare bones, so be sure to bring pantry items if you want to cook or have coffee in the morning. It’s also tucked away in a gorgeous neighborhood, so enjoy the drive in!

We welcome you to the SW hills of Eugene, quiet neighborhoods nestled in the trees. Come in and go down the stairs to the colorful, artsy lower half of the house. You will have your own living room with spare bed, fireplace, tv, and couch to relax or have friends stay. The room is sub-level and very cozy. Carpet hall brings you to your own bathroom with large shower. Private entrance around the side yard allows you to come and go at your leisure. Full kitchen upstairs!:)
Short driving to all Eugene has to offer, while being in the quiet residential hills:) Only 3 miles from U of O for all events and ceremonies. Only 3 miles from the Whitaker neighborhoods where all breweries and foodies love to eat. Only 3 miles from downtown and all the stores.
Quiet, nice, family neighborhood near a school and park. Up in the hills a bit, but less than 3 miles from every major attraction in town.
  • Overall great place. The art adds to the beauty of the place. The dog and cat very super sweet. Casey answered all of my questions in a reasonable time. He also recommended local places to eat at and visit. This place has everything you need from a washer and dryer to a tv with movie options. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. For my first trip to Oregon I couldn’t have picked a better place or host. If you’re visiting/moving to Eugene, this is the place to start your journey at!

The private garden side Suite room is OFF of the second garage. Lots of natural light and a very comfortable queen bed. Private entrance through the garage, and just outside your room is a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and a bathroom stocked with toiletries. Our Suite is very close to I5 (great for travelers passing through), near Autzen and minutes to downtown. Coffee and tea are yours to use. Cold water in the refrigerator and a snack awaiting your arrival! NO smoking please!
The Suite was built off the second garage originally as a hot tub/green room for my grandparents to relax and enjoy some indoor gardening. My husband and I saw a lot of potential in a great Airbnb space when they were no longer using the room! The room is separate from the rest of the home and is connected to the back of her second garage so it is nice and private with lots of natural light and you'll have access to your own private bathroom and refrigerator/microwave and sink in the garage, separate from you room. Bedroom and bathroom have heat the walk through the kitchen area is not heated.
This is a very nice quiet neighborhood. It is just about a block from, sweet little Willakenzie park with a playground and paved path that is absolutely wonderful for morning walks with your furry friend and a warm cup of coffee! You'll also be close to Interstate 5, Sacred Heart and not far from Autzen stadium. GO DUCKS!

  • The space worked well, our doggie was comfortable with us and it's a fabulous temperate weather location. I'd read the reviews so I knew to bring slippers and we were quite comfortable.

Nature lovers feel at home in my cozy cabin but are a mile from the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, & adjacent to Hendricks Park - world famous Rhoddy garden with wild trails for running, walking and manicured gardens for strolling and picnics. My space is peaceful (no tv), comfy and practical - comfy bed with cotton sheets, coffee and tea on the kitchen shelf, outfitted for simple meal prep. Enjoy an outdoor deck and glider as wild turkeys & birds visit. You are welcomed here!
A queen size bed makes the studio ideal for a couple and an ottoman slides out and converts to a single bed (upon request) making the studio ideal for a couple and a child or 3 close friends... or a quiet retreat for one. I've also added some original art by local artist Robert J. Mason. A small library in the nightstand features Oregon poets, stories and lore sharing shelf space with well loved short novels. A deck of cards is in the nightstand or connect to free WIFI to provide your own entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 burner stove top for preparing simple meals and there are a variety of restaurants and a market with a full take out deli nearby. You will find a dining guide in the nightstand and I'm happy to make recommendations. An apartment sized refrigerator will hold all you need for a longer stay. Coffee, tea, honey, sugar and yogurt are all provided for you. Everything about the space says "Make yourself at home".
My home is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood close to Hendricks Park but only one mile from the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena and several excellent restaurants. Easy walking distance to Pre's Rock, and about a 10 minute drive to downtown. I5 is about a mile away - if you are driving.
  • This is a lovely place in the wooded east side of Hendricks Park. Amenities as stated and if you're a runner, you'll love the access to multiple trail runs.

  • Bobbie is an incredibly helpful, accommodative, and welcoming host! She was always willing to assist us whenever we needed it. The studio is amazing. It's located in an area full of nature. It's clean, comfortable, and inviting. It also gives off indie vibes that are charmingly whimsical. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in Eugene.

A full apartment in a convenient neighborhood, offering unusual design elements designed to make your visit to Eugene memorable, magical, and meaningful. It's a complete apartment, with a Murphy bed, bathroom, kitchenette, sitting and study spaces.
We love to design spaces that are not in a box. We want to give our guests an experience that is meaningful and memorable. We have one other space listed here: Our private roundhouse: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/434618 (slightly less expensive, but with a shared bath) Let's start with the turret. 14 feet tall in the center, the eight-sided cedar-lined space has windows all around and a large skylight in the center. This opens out to the upstairs deck to catch the summer breeze (or smell the flowers or help yourself to the fresh herbs). Beneath is a covered deck, where we have our "spare" kitchen and full-size fridge. From the turret, you pass through the triclinium, where the glass balusters give you unimpeded view of the trees and view to the south of the house. (We don't offer TV, but you won't miss it.) Then there's the kitchenette, which has a few surprises of its own. (Don't make us tell you in advance.) All the basics you need are here: oven, microwave, stovetop, sink. The kitchenette includes a dorm-sized refrigerator. We keep it outside on your deck, behind a sliding copper door. (We don't like listening to refrigerators cycle and hum, so that's why we keep them outside. Weird, right?) From there we move to the "bedroom" -- a full-size Murphy Bed that tucks into a windowed corner or folds up into a wall. That doubles as a partition from the rest of the space. Beside that is the bath, with a shower.
Friends refer to our house as "the center of the universe" for good reason. Everything is nearby, yet it's quiet and secluded. The best of everything.
  • I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! The house is such a beautiful, originally, exquisitely crafted creation, full of surprises and remarkable details. The turret is beautiful and flooded with light on sunny days. The backyard chirps with tree frogs at night, making you feel far from city life. But it's so close to so many conveniences. The tiny but utterly functional kitchen was amazingly well equipped with tools and a hidden cupboard with small bottles of essentials (from olive oil to soy sauce). Little baked treats awaited me upon arrival, and a cup ready for hot tea. The apartment has everything you could possibly want. I stayed for a week and was very comfortable. And it's a great deal for what you're getting. Check-in was effortless, despite the fact that I showed up LATE in the night. Don was a generous and easy-going host, even granting me permission (in advance) to sing/practice while I was stayed there. Not everyone would allow this! Some guests may want to know that the apartment bleeds into the common areas somewhat. You get the upstairs space, including turret and a partitioned bedroom area. The bedroom is quite private, but the spiral stair from living area leads down to a ground floor area which is accessible to guests and the homeowner. The glass doors to his home are often left ajar, and have space under them, so there's some bleed-through of sound – meaning, your words/actions as a guest may be audible to residents of the house. And vice versa. For me, none of this was an issue... just something to know if you plan to stay here.

    Angelica2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • The most original Airbnb I've stayed in, a light-filled mixture of cozy- and openness that blends perfectly with its wooded setting. Tower Loft's whimsy, ranging from half-moon windows and coined backsplashes to a giraffe sculpture TP holder, encourages you to gear down and enjoy the herbal tea provided. Feline greeter Maceo, like his namesake saxman, knows how to play it cool, and Don himself is amiably well-informed about local and state culture. Kitchen counter space is limited but well-equipped, and some may be frustrated by the small bathroom sink area, but if you like your spaces meditative, prepare for enlightenment.

  • Cute and unique little spot. Enjoyed my stay.

    Katie2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Very beautiful place. Super relaxing and cozy. Its private but not extremely private. You have your own space but it is attached to the main house. I had no issues with that though. I work round the clock and it was just a really warm and relaxing place to return home too. Bonus they have a kitty who loves to come say hi and cuddle. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for just some relaxing alone time

  • Definitely book here! The space is light filled and clean, with so many small special touches throughout. It’s the perfect place to hide out and catch up on some reading. Communication from Don was prompt and thorough. We enjoyed our stay and we will miss Maceo, the sweetest cat! Thanks again Don!

Roomy ranch style house on quiet residential street. I consider myself easy going and enjoying meeting people. I'm ten minutes from downtown and the airport. A great neighborhood, driveway parking. Close to grocery stores, big box stores, local shops. I have two bedrooms available. Late or very late check in is always okay with me. Room has been cleaned thoroughly to Airbnb/ CDC standards.
This house is cannabis friendly. Whole bean coffee and cheesecake paradise!
Old West Eugene neighborhood, huge trees everywhere, dark and silent at night. Very safe and clean.
  • This place was so peaceful and relaxing. Edward is one of the sweetest and humble person I've ever met. He answered my msgs quickly, allowed me to help myself to things I needed in the house. He taught me a little about gardening and a few type of flowers that he has in his den. His backyard is beautiful, we got to watch a humming bird feed off one of his bird feeders. The bedroom had a nice comfortable queen bed that I stayed in most of the time when I wasn't at work lol. He really makes you feel like family and the area is really quite. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

  • We had a wonderful stay while we were in town visiting family for Christmas. The hosts were so sweet! They always responded to messages quickly and were very thoughtful. Even though the space was close to the hosts’ home, it still was very private and was separated by a cement walkway and had its own entrance. We could see that a lot of work has gone into making the room a great little apartment-like space. We would definitely stay here again!

  • Love this little place! Very well done and quite comfortable. Stayed with my sister for a Ducks Women’s b-ball game and to visit my Duck. Super close and easy drive to campus. I loved the loft— it brought out the kid in me—while my sister was quite comfortable on the main floor. Very clean with all the things you need. Quiet neighborhood. Beautifully designed. Will for sure be back!

She's incredibly talented and it makes the place so lively, inviting and unique. Aside from this though, the place itself is cozy, clean and comfortable. I will definitely plan on staying here again when I'm in the area!

If you are in need of a resting spot on your road trip then we have you covered! Our home is very convenient for those just passing through with the Interstate being less than a mile way. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of restaurants, fast food, coffee and grocery stores. My husband and I love meeting new people but we also know how tiring travel can be so if you just want some down time thats perfect.
Your room is newly remodeled and ready for some guests! We have just put in a new bed , mattress, and foam toper to help you relax. Netflix is yours to use as well. the coffee station is in the room for your connivence as well as the water, le-crox, and creamer in the mini refrigerator. Your bathroom is just outside your room in the hall way.
We live in a nice quite cul-de-sac. However one of my neighbors has a couple of outdoor cats that roam and don't get a lot of attention. the little 14 year old kitty has taken to me and I'm a sucker. As much as i would like to, we do not let her come in the house because I am allergic. I do have a bed for her outside by the front door just to get her out of the weather but please don't let her in. AND please be VERY carful driving into the cup-de-sac as she wants to greet everyone.

All the comforts of home plus everything you need to conduct business efficiently: High-speed WiFi, desk & chair, office supplies, color printer, peace & quiet, Netflix, & more. Every surface of the apartment is meticulously cleaned with an antimicrobial/antiviral bleach solution between guests to ensure your maximum health and safety.
Original Listing: This freshly updated, sunlit upstairs apartment is perfect for a business trip or a vacation getaway! Less than 1 mile from the U of O campus and just a few blocks from downtown, you're in the best location to enjoy all that Eugene has to offer. Occupying the entire upstairs half of this 1930’s bungalow-turned-duplex, you will enjoy privacy with a separate entrance as well as all the amenities a traditional home offers. The space is perfect for couples, business travelers, small families, and close friends because the living area and the sleeping area are in the same spacious room. Kinda like an extended stay hotel suite. A comfortable queen size bed accommodates two adults and the futon a third. We also have a pillow-top queen size inflatable mattress that can be set up to accommodate a maximum of five guests. When the inflatable is set up right next to the bed, there is still plenty of room in the living area to relax. Two closets offer lots of storage. Brought a little one along on the trip? There's a Pack 'N Play in the closet that you are welcome to use. Looking to unwind after a long day of outdoor adventure? Your living area is equipped with a flatscreen TV that is set up with an Amazon Firestick. You can select from hundreds of movies, Netflix, and other apps to watch TV shows. Or if you're going old school, bring your DVD's for the Bluray player! The apartment has a small but well-equipped kitchen that includes a small stove, oven, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils (check above the fridge!) are available for your use. You'll find other amenities (hair dryer, iron, etc.) in the storage space off the hallway. Finally, our tiny but efficient bathroom has a shower and an eco-friendly toilet/sink combo. When you flush the toilet, the faucet runs for 10-15 seconds for you to wash your hands, while at the same time filling up the tank. Let's save water together!
You will be a short walk from the Safeway grocery store, and just a couple blocks from a number of restaurants in the area. Some of our nearby favorites include Cocina 1960 (authentic Mexican food), Hong Kong (surprisingly good Chinese!), Cafe Yumm (tasty bowls), the Pint Pot (cozy Irish pub), and the Bier Stein (every beer you can imagine AND delicious food). Brail's is right down the street for a top-notch brunch with mimosas and coffee. Head south on foot ~10min along Willamette Ave to find the hip new brewpub Viking Braggot, or north ~15 min and you're Downtown with tons of options for food and drink, We are just a block away from the Amazon trail, a great place to stretch your legs or take the kiddos to the playground at Amazon Park. Washington park is 3 blocks straight West, another playground with water fountains, tennis and bball courts, and lots of green grass. Ask us for more ideas if you're looking to get out and explore!

  • Great place to stay. Close to freeway, restaurants, Fred Meyer, etc. Space is comfortable and accommodating, and clean as well. Octavious was quick and responsive to questions and communicated well. He was on site and showed me his other space available downstairs which was a two bedroom house that was very nicely done. I would recommend both spaces. Great value!

  • The cute place is just as advertised. I had a very nice stay there. I was working, so I didn’t get a chance to interact with my host but it was a lovely retreat to return to in the evenings.

  • There’s no ego in this listing that’s for sure. It’s the nicest thing I’ve stayed in at this price point in years. This is a light, bright apartment that feels like country but is close to everything you’ll want, even without a vehicle. Octavious’s place feels like home as soon as you walk in. It has its own private entrance & is located 450 feet from River Road in Eugene, which is just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The bus stops within a block or 2 from the property which connects to everything for next to nothing. Within a half mile you can grab a snack at Dari-Mart, shop at Walgreens or Goodwill, eat at Shari’s or have the best Prime Rib west of the Mississippi while watching the game at Shooters Bar & Grill. Communication was literally instant even tho he is currently out of state & he also gave us pointers only the locals would know. There’s no oven but who wants to cook when you’re away from home? There’s a microwave, fridge, cups, plates, coffee pot, blowdryer, shampoo/conditioner & all the essentials you’d expect from an upscale hotel. The bed is literally unbelievable. It’s like sleeping on feathers, not too soft but not hard. I was just hoping for descent. Walking around you don’t feel the floor creaking or worry you are disturbing anyone because the space is very solid. Don’t be afraid of the slopes ceilings, it doesn’t make you feel closed in at all and there’s more than enough area of walking around & headspace. I don’t even notice them whatsoever. Its great being able to watch ESPN from bed or the little couch & for me that was a necessity. Not sure how I lucked out at getting this place but will no doubt stay here again & would obviously recommend it to anyone.
