Very bright 2-room apartment at the foot of the Achalm overlooking the garden and the Schönberg. The bedroom with a queen size box spring bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed, TV, WiFi and a game cabinet. If necessary, an office chair for working. In the small kitchen you will find everything you need. The house is in a quiet location with a very large garden. A parking space for the car is available. It is about 1.5 km to the city center, 200 m to the nearest bus stop & supermarket.

Stuttgart (airport, exhibition center, SI center) is a 30-minute walk. Reutlingen (former free imperial city with numerous attractions and lively pedestrian zone) about 7 km away. Metzingen (outlet center) 7 about km. Tübingen (university city) can be reached in about 20 minutes.

It is located on the 3rd floor (but without elevator), where you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Reutlingen. The famous Outlet City Metzingen is 10 km away.
