This is a lovely place to stay in central London, a stylish and comfortable flat in an outstanding location. Hugh is an exceptional host: I was able to check in early and check out late, which I really appreciated.

We absolutely loved our time in this home. It's in a great location, a quiet little street with shops, pubs and cafes just around the corner. I have been to Airbnb and rented apartments in many places. I found Hugh the best host I dealt with so far. Very responsive and caring and attentive to GE guest needs.

Hugh's place is an absolute gem! The flat is very comfortable and had everything we could have needed available, the garden was cute and secluded! The area is very convenient and the square opposite the flat is very nice for walks in the morning. Definitely recommend you stay here !

The Coach House was the most beautiful AirBnB we have stayed in. The finishing touches to the property and the extras on arrival really made our trip special! Joy and her lovely daughter popped down to show us the hot tub which was lovely, and the arrival instructions were above and beyond anything we have experienced before. The place is amazing. Hot tub works perfectly and you can connect your phone to the build in speakers to make a lovely atmosphere. Everything you need for romantic stay or relaxing time with you friends (hot tab has 4 seats over all). The apartment is great as well: warm, cosy, clean and comfy. Highly recommended.

The Coach House is a perfect retreat for two people. Tom and Joy are friendly and welcoming. The whole house was very clean and they provided a few extras that we didn’t expect, like milk butter and bread, so we didn’t have to rush off to the shop before making a cup of tea! I would deffo recommend this place if you wanted a romantic few nights away. The hot tub was amazing! We have returned home very relaxed! Thank you both.

Perfect valentines surprise! We had a wonderful stay, we spent two days in due to Storm Dennis, but the Coach House had everything we needed for well needed break. The hot tub is amazing, and the little touches throughout the Airbnb are so thoughtful. The hosts really have thought of everything! I’m usually sceptical when Airbnb’s are reviewed so well, but I’d give this more than 5 stars if I could. We will definitely be returning!

We had a really amazing stay at the windmill. It’s such a unique building and really nicely done inside. We really enjoyed sitting out on the staging to watch the sunrise, despite the single figure temperatures. Claire is an excellent host! She was really helpful - lending us some bits to clean up our walking boots after encountering a huge bog on our afternoon walk. Highly recommend a visit and we’d definitely be keen to stay again.

What an amazing Windmill and what an amazing location! Clare was also so kind - and even gave us some fresh rhubarb from her garden. She was incredibly helpful and gave us lots of tips for the area. Would recommend this place 150 percent!

Perfect location along a quintessential small park square in London. The flat has a surprising amount of room, very thoughtful touches, and a host that was nothing short of extremely helpful. Highly highly recommend!

Loved this space. Stayed for a few weeks — perfect location for transport. As a foreigner, was a little unsure about the area, but proved to be absolutely charming and never wanted to leave. Beautiful apt, felt right at home! Hugh was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

Hugh and his team are clearly why airbnb has superhosts. His responses were super fast, and we were able to book the airbnb in the morning of our stay. He also let us check-in early, which was an absolute life saver. The apartment itself is well sized, and quite close to the Angel tube/station. It has all the comforts you'd want in an airbnb/apartment, including washer/dryer/clothes line, sound system, plenty of living room space.

Fantastic cottage just off the high street in the middle of Bourton-on-the-Water. The cottage is very charming but should warn about the steep stairs! The bedrooms were cosy and the location can’t be matched. We had no problems checking in our out and communications with the host were very clear. Would definitely recommend if you don’t have mobility issues or giant suitcases.

We’ve just returned home after a fabulous long weekend at Chapel Cottage. The house is beautiful, cosy and a perfect base for exploring The Cotswolds. Little touches like the chocolates were a welcome surprise with out first cuppa! Thank you to Carol & Nick for all the information provided and for letting us stay in this beautiful home. Precious memories made and we are already planning a return trip.

Chapel cottage is in a wonderful location. Stylish, decor throughout, all the amenities you could need and the beds have the most comfortable mattresses and soft linen.Cosy, comfortable. In the heart of the village if you want to explore, but once inside it feels so secluded. A really wonderful cottage.

Nick and Carol were so helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions during our stay. The cottage was so great, just as pretty as the pictures, and the cake on arrival was such a sweet touch. The notes that were sent beforehand were so helpful as well. Would definitely highly recommend. Bourton-on-the-Water was just slightly more touristy than we were hoping for.

This is a fantastic cottage in an idyllic setting, literally 2 minutes from the high street- This is a warm and cosy place and thoughtful touches make a stay here extra special.

My husband and I along with our spaniel Henry spent 4 nights in this cosy barn. Unfortunately the weather was quite bad and we were unable to use the Hot Tub but we made good use of the wood burner in the evening. Highly recommended! The views were amazing and was a great central location for travelling around Cornwall.

This is a lovely space in a lovely location! The hot tub has a fantastic view and for days when it was wet and cold the fire was perfect. The scones on arrival and tips about the local area were great fully accepted. Everything was clean and tidy and there was everything needed for us to cook as well. Can't fault this place!

Fantastic weekend away in Cornwall. The Shippon was spotless when we arrived and Rita was very welcoming offering the traditional cream tea. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to the house and we spent nights relaxing under the stars. Would highly recommend The Shippon for a stay away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Shippon and the location was fantastic just what we were looking for. The hot tub was amazing and used most evenings even though the weather wasn’t the best. The one clear night was amazing with all the stars out. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely go back again.

Stayed at this beautiful lodge for a weekend to celebrate my partners birthday. Absolutely perfect if wanting to take a step back from day to day life and enjoy a countryside break. The hosts were so helpful from the get go and happy to answer any questions. We were greeted on arrival and Hadyn brought the humour, had us laughing and feeling right at ease from the start. Showed us around and reassured us that we could approach them at any point during our stay. The lodge was warm and they had a candle lit when we arrived so it instantly just felt so cosy. The hot tub was just as described and had been pre heated for when we got there. Everything you need is provided so we didn’t find ourselves worrying at any point. Huge thank you to Jude and Hadyn, would highly recommend!x

What a beautiful little escape from the real world! Cosy, quaint and well equipped for a cosy weekend in or the perfect base to see some of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and other surrounding areas. Couldn't recommend the Waggon and Horses in Newtown enough for a delicious dinner and had the most relaxing evening in the hot tub with a bottle of wine and to completely detach from emails/work/etc. Thank you Jude and Hadyn xx

Jude's cottage is lovely, homely, clean and has all the amenities you could need. Parking is great. The host offers a warm welcome and was always easy to contact before the visit. Perfect retreat for couples.

Daniel and Anna's place is a perfect place for a base to explore Bath. Daniel met us upon check-in and showed us round the beautiful stylish house. Breakfast Infront of those massive windows was a great start to each day. Would stay again :)

If you're lucky enough to find it available, book it! Communication was perfect, Daniel is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The flat is simply perfect and spotless. Shower is great, bed is comfortable, living room incredible. We had parking and they even let us park after our booking was over. We were late to free up the parking space but Daniel being a great dude was understanding. The flat is close to everything (15 min walk to center) and there are great pubs around. The view is amazing. Possibly the best Airbnb experience we had so far and we've been using it for 4 years. Book it now!

Daniel and Anna's apartment is a stunning space! It's in a great location well tucked away from the crowdedness of the town centre, situated in a lovely local neighbourhood with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and also the more secluded areas. We enjoyed walking everywhere from here and waking up to the spectacular view over the fields everyday. The apartment has wonderful period features, natural light throughout and is spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It has all the amenities you could need and is decorated with many thoughtful touches. The hospitality was exceptional - we felt so welcomed and enjoyed having great chats with Daniel. All the local tips made our stay even more memorable! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and special getaway to Bath.

The apartment was just as lovely as the pictures suggested and Daniel and Anna provided much appreciated additional details including reserving a parking spot, and that amazing bread - thanks!! It's a brilliant starting point to explore all Bath has to offer and we thoroughly enjoyed the walk to the city centre each morning and afternoon, getting to know the area. It's a beautiful city, even in the stormy rain(!), and we are really looking forward to staying here again in the future and perhaps walking into the countryside as Daniel suggested. We would heartily recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay, definitely easier to get around with a car but fairly easy if you rely on public transport too! The outdoor shower is such a great addition to the cabin, it’s also been so great to wake up to the sight of the woods every single day - I’ll definitely be back in summer!

We stayed in the bothy in the February snow. Despite this, once the log burner was going it was toasty warm inside and we had a fabulous, relaxing stay.

The Bothy is a beautiful, quiet place to get away and relax! Even in February, with the stove it’s warm in the evenings ! The hosts were welcoming and had prepared instructions and handy tips for every event making the stay very easy. The location is ideal for walking and exploring ! Will definitely be returning :)

My experience at the Bothy was truly a wonderful. Beautifully situated in woods surrounded by the sounds of nature. It was a perfect time to switch off. Merlin et al made for the perfect hosts - warm, informative and responsive. I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (exhilarating!!), burning the log fire, and the morning birds! I will certainly be returning, and highly recommend this experience!

Lovely Cabin, just perfect to get away from things for a couple of days

I booked this place because I wanted something different for my partners birthday. It did not disappoint the place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and a hot tub!

Once again we had a fantastic stay at the lodge. On our first night the sky was very clear and we could see many stars from the hot tub and the skylight. Definitely a stand out feature for us. We would highly recommend!

The lodge is absolutely beautiful in every way, especially the sky light to look at the stars at night, the hot tub and the decor. I definitely recommend booking this! Particularly with the lodge being near both countryside and seaside :)

We had a great weekend at The Lodge - Lovely location and The Lodge itself was very cosy and well laid out (we loved the underfloor heating in the cold weather!). Also enjoyed the hot tub !

This is such a special place. Beautifully crafted, well insulated, peaceful with a real sense of being hidden in the woods. Perfect for a cosy retreats reading, playing games and going for walks. Ideal for fulfilling dreams of living in a hobbit house or on Walden pond or in a fairy house. Very atmospheric and relaxing.

Fabulous setting , a real adventure . If your prepared and you know and have read what to expect.. fabulous . The bed was a little uncomfortable. We were there during storm Ciara .. and it wasnt too bad. The little house is lovely and quiet.

This was a perfect retreat in the wilderness. It was perfect for what we wanted which was a space away from the hustle and bustle. Jenny and Matt were perfect hosts and I’m recommending this place to everyone I speak to. It was incredible!

The lodge on the lake is ideal for a couples getaway. We had enough space to store our luggage, and the pull out bed was easy to use and a great use of space. The hot tub is fantastic and we spent most of the weekend bubbling away. Even when it was colder at night outside it was still worth the short dash to the hot tub! The wifi was excellent and meant we could use netflix with ease. There is a handbook which tells you how to use everything and includes some local activities. We would happily stay here again!

Owen's place was great - the hot tub was a particular highlight, even in the windy weather of Storm Ciara!

My partner and I had such a lovely long weekend here! Needed a relaxing break to escape the real world for a little bit and this was the perfect place. Hot tub was great and the cooking facilities were perfect, cooked some steak which we brought from the farm shop which is 2 minutes up the road! No oven but not an issue to us! Remote area which is ideal! We have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The cabin on the lake is wonderful setting, off the beaten track but not feeling remote. Excellent wi-fi, hot tub was amazing and my only negative was that there is no oven!

Lodge on the lake was very peaceful just what you need for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was very clean and to our expectations. It had all the cooking facilities you need to cook with. There is a small cooker/hob and a microwave. The shop is a little pricey so do a small shop before hand. Would definatley recommend staying here and I'm sure well be back.

Whatever you think to expect from this pod, it will impress you - great facilities, great location, and you'll have a great long weekend, whether you just want to stay cosy to read/write/indulge in beautiful quiet surroundings, or pootle into Caerphilly or Cardiff to explore the castles and other delights of this area of Wales. Genuinely couldn't have had a better weekend and would heartily recommend this place to anyone.

This is a ‘has to be seen to be believed’ holiday, cleaner than you’d expect, the hot tub was bubbling away invitingly on arrival and the scenery is breathtaking, without a doubt one of the most relaxing weekends we have had. Highly recommended

Jen is a an awesome host with a truly lovely home, clean, well thought out and so comfortable to be in. The location is amazing, close to transport links, restaurants and bars. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the apartment! Jennifer met us at the apartment on time, gave us a rundown of the house, and was very nice to introduce us the must-sees of London. She would also reply to our enquiries throughout our stay very quickly. The apartment was fully equipped and everything was working perfectly. Her house manuals was very helpful and thoughtful, especially for us who were visiting for the first time. We would definitely return if given the chance!

Jennifer is a wonderful host and was most responsive before and throughout our stay. She had put fresh flowers in all the windows, which was a lovely touch. The location is great (lots of pubs and restaurants around, a terrific little grocer right across the street and a Tesco and an M&S about 10 minute away. London Bridge Station is close by as well (10-12 minutes walking) and Borough Market only slightly further. All very, very convenient. I was a bit surprised upon arriving to see that the apartment is located in a former estate council. Even though the windows face Bermondsey St the entrance is through a courtyard and you need to climb to the second floor (which would be the third in the US) to access it. There is another flight of stairs inside the flat to access the bedroom and bathroom. That would be a drawback for people with limited mobility. We had no problem with it. Once you are there, everything is super comfortable. The kitchen is bright and cheerful, the LR features a very large L-shaped couch, a coffee-table, roomy shelves and a small dining table for two. Upstairs, the bathroom is squeaky clean and the bedroom (I saved the best part for last) features a wonderful bed with an excellent and large mattress and the coziest duvet and pillows you can wish for. The best bed and bedding we have ever had in an airbnb! I definitely recommend the apartment.

Our stay at Jen’s was phenomenal! Jen is possibly the sweetest person we met on our entire trip! She ran to the apartment to make sure we had the prettiest plants for our stay. It was such a cute touch. Jen provided us with plenty of information for check in. We were able to do a self check in and met with Jen later on. Although she provided very thorough information about the apartment and the neighborhood (she has a super cute map that doubles as artwork in the Airbnb that is very helpful), Jen still stopped by the apartment to make sure we didn’t have any questions and to make sure we had everything we needed. I had questions about dropping off luggage before check in because our flight to London arrived very early. Jen was incredibly helpful and very accommodating with this. Jen’s place is walking distance to London Bridge Tube stop where one can take the train to and from Gatwick Airport. This was helpful for us! The location of the airbnb is walking distance to many major sites/places to eat (Tower Bridge, Borough Market, etc.) but there is also a nearby tube stop that connects you easily to other sites (Westminster, London Eye, etc.). Upstairs there was 1 clean and spacious bedroom (easily sleep two people) and a very cute bathroom. Downstairs there is a pretty large, bright kitchen and a spacious living room that has this amazingly large couch (which pulls out) that could easily sleep three people. Although we didn’t get to use the kitchen because we ate outside for most of our meals, the kitchen seemed to be equipped with everything we would need to cook (we were so happy to find soy sauce in the kitchen for our late night Chinese food haha). There is a thermostat to control the heat in the apartment which was really nice. The neighborhood is a huge plus as we felt the tourist attractions were close but there was a local vibe to it as well (supermarkets. etc.). I HIGHLY recommend staying here and would DEFINITELY stay here again! Don’t regret missing out on this place! :)

Great location near the tube, restaurants and the Thames.

Jen’s flat was in the PERFECT location for us. Walking distance to Borough Market, Tower Bridge, Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe, London Bridge station. It’s the perfect street too: lots of amazing options for food and drinks, lively, but quiets down around 10pm or so on the weekends. Be mindful that the flat is on the 2nd floor (in America, we would call it the 3rd floor), and is it’s a split level. Kitchen and living room when you walk in, bedroom and bathroom up another flight of stairs. If you have mobility issues this might cause some problems as you will need to use the stairs multiple times a day and there’s no lift. There is a ton of natural light and fresh flowers in every room. Decent storage for your clothing, but not much counter space in the bathroom (dressing table in the bedroom though, and a medicine cabinet above the sink). She has an iron, fans in each room, multiple mirrors, a blow dryer, lots of lamps, a power strip, and USB adapters for the outlets. Pans and dishes in the kitchen and detergent for the dishwasher as well as the washing machine. Grocery options are close but make sure to bring your own bags or invest in a few to carry around with you. If you’re not from the UK you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the smaller grocery store options (like the M&S inside London Bridge station). Our favorite restaurants near the flat were Casse-Croûte, Chapter 72 coffee, Comptoir Gourmand, The Breakfast Club, and Tapas Brindisa. Would have loved to eat at more places (and visited Borough Market again!) but we were crazy busy being tourists. We highly recommend this flat and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A really special cabin, very clean and beautiful surroundings for adventuring.

The cabin is a unique and secluded find; perfect for couples after a cosy getaway. The cabin’s amenities are well thought out and the whole place was spotless. Checking in and out was super simple. The surrounding area has plenty to offer and guests who are new to the area are provided with plenty of useful info. We loved our stay here.

We will definitely be returning, and hopefully when the weather is better - the only thing that could have topped our stay is if the sun was shining!

Lilli’s oak cabin is beautiful. Privately situated next to a pretty woodland, it is warm, cosy peaceful and has a special quality of being both rustic and elegant. It has everything you’d need to feel at home, as well as some lovely additonal touches. The surrounding countryside, quaint old towns and villages are stunning. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful secluded getaway in the incredibly cosy and well thought out cabin. Everything from the great local reccomendations in the guide book, to the massive DVD collection and warm/cosy atmosphere made our stay here perfect. Thank you so much!

Very secure garden for pooches!

We had a fantastic stay in the cabin, the weather was beautiful. It was exactly what we needed and great that our dog could enjoy the space too. Really nice to come back and relax in the hot tub after a long walk!

I booked this for me and my boyfriend for his birthday. It was amazing, the farm animals..hot tub..jacuzzi bath...quiet farm area...small cabin just for two...nearby beach and local pub...all were brilliant. We went to The Bank in Bude for tapas, rosies for lunch and prestons for lunch. Highly recommend all places. We visited summerleaze beach, the nearby beach (a 25-30 minute walk from the cabin) and did cliff walks which again I would highly recommend. Debbie and her partner were very helpful. We didn't need to contact them but they both visited us (when we checked in and before check out) so any questions we thought of we just asked them then, but they leave their number and were easy to contact. We are already planning on returning when the sun comes to visit as my boyfriend loves to surf but due to the weather he wasn't able to do this AND the cabin has a BBQ which next time we would love to have. Thank you & if you are a couple and are debating booking court farm cabin … you won't be disappointed :)

I absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, it was so peaceful and definitely worth the money, already looking to go back in the summer.

A really cosy cabin with everything we needed for a few days away before the Christmas madness! We didn’t use the hot tub due to the weather.. but the jacuzzi bath was amazing! The local pub Preston Gate is really friendly and does an amazing roast! Andrew and Debbie are really friendly and helpful and full of good recommendations for places to go. We’d love to return with the whole family and stay in the farmhouse.. will hopefully be in touch! Xx

A beautiful cabin, with stunning views from the garden and the hot tub.. We had such a special time, enjoying walks on the beaches in Bude and spending time relaxing in the hot tub.. We took our dog, who loved it there! Our hosts were so friendly and very helpful! We will definitely be visiting again :)

Amazing cottage for a lovely couples getaway! Didn’t realise how close the river was behind, stunning walks right on your doorstep here. Local corner shop 50 yards away was convenient, and Carlisle restaurants aren’t far away at all. Can’t fault anything about this place.

Very beautiful place!

This is a stunning flat, amazing location and Hugh is a great host. All our needs were pre-empted and we had everything we could ask want. Just a couple of things to be aware of - it's up 2 flights of stairs so it's not ideal if you have mobility issues and there is only one bathroom so if you're going with a large group, that might be something to take into consideration. Otherwise, a great stay in a fantastic flat.

Hugh was extremely accommodating and a great host. The space is absolutely beautiful, I don’t even think you can appreciate it until you explore in person. Great for the group of 10 of us that came and had plenty of space.

It's hard to find the words to explain how amazing this place is. Tranquil, beautiful and a little bit of heaven tucked into a gorgeous bit of Yorkshire. It was lovely and cosy and very comfortable. Tony was an amazing host, I didn't get chance to meet Barbara but I will be back so hopefully will get the pleasure next time. The outdoor shower was just amazing. The weather was fairly mild but it was an exhilarating experience none the less. I can't wait to visit again.

The pictures and descriptions have literally made me feel excited ever since booking this trip and whilst they were incredibly accurate, nothing prepared me for the overwhelming beauty of the space, as we arrived. Tony was incredibly welcoming and supportive and explained everything to us with so much patience, although we had arrived quite late. The view from the bed in the mornings was probably my highlight, and I don't believe I could put into words how very calming, nourishing and relaxing the little cabin was. On the last day, we braved the elements and tried the alfresco shower and it was such a surreal experience. Despite the cold temperature outside, the water was hot enough to not even notice the cold, and the views were simply breathtaking. Both the main cabin and the smaller "bathroom" were decorated with so much love for details and provided us with everything we could have possibly dreamt of. We had no reception whatsoever, which was great to just be in the moment and take everything in. We went to Hebden Bridge twice for food and coffees and had lovely vegan food and stacked up on some snacks and water. The fairy lights outside the door, as well as the smaller lamps inside the cabin always invited us to stay in, read a lot of books or play chess. Overall this was one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever been on and we are more than excited to hopefully come back next year again.

Stunning place even in the rain. Beautiful surroundings truly at one with nature. On arrival Tony & Barbara shared information about the local area and walls. Then to the cabin which was very spacious and tranquil. 100% recommend this place. Would like to book again when I can find a date it’s free, that’s just how amazing this place is. We had a lovely stay in the cabin and really enjoyed our time there! Feels very secluded despite being close enough to the house in case we needed anything; the perfect balance! Tony and Barbara provided some very handy tips for walks around the area, as well as delicious flapjacks and great selection of hot drinks and breakfast options. Really accommodating of dairy free too, which was much appreciated! Good location, with Hebden Bridge only a short drive or bus journey away. Such wonderful accommodation. We stayed at the tree cabin for a little break away. It was absolutely beautiful, great location & the hosts were lovely adding thoughtful touches to the stay including Tony’s homemade delicious flapjacks 😃

You have to experience the cabin to understand it's charms. It was everything the details told us but Tony and Barbara's extra bits were great. Homemade flapjack on our arrival was delicious along with all the tea, coffee etc which was so helpful but on arriving the peace was something else. Absolutely no phone signal or WiFi in the unit helped us relax but you cannot stay in the cabin and not relax. We never touched the car until we left walking everywhere and wallowing in the views but the final joy was on the morning we left jumping into the outdoor shower was an experience that will stay with me for a very long time. Thank you for sharing you little bit of paradise.

Such lovely hosts, gave us a proper tour of the area when driving back from the station and invited us in to show us some local routes. A very relaxing stay and well worth the money.

If you’re looking for a hideaway this is the perfect place. A gorgeous log cabin with views over the woods, complete with a pizza oven, decking with outdoor seating and a separate outdoor toilet in the next log cabin. If you love cosy this is the place! We hope to come back again soon, although fear it may get booked up very quickly!!

This is the perfect place to stay if you just want to get away from everything. The log cabin is lovely and cosy and has heating if it gets a bit cold at night. I loved looking at all of the quirky items which were placed all around the cabin, they were a nice touch. The patio area is lovely too, I enjoyed relaxing by the fire in the evening and making pizza to cook in the pizza oven. If you want to get away from the stresses of every day life then this is the place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. A beautiful secluded spot to relax and a lovely cabin. The host was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our stay. There was information about places to eat which helped us find a lovely restaurant called the Farmers Boy Inn which had amazing pies. We would love to visit again!

Haven on the Hill is a fantastic getaway for people wanting a peaceful relaxing time. Andrew and Vicky were attentive to our needs and went above and beyond providing games for us to play. 9 lives the chicken was a fantastic wake up call. We will definitely be staying again!! There are lots of natural beauty spots locally to see but the view from the cabin takes some beating.

Lovely rustic getaway! The cabin was very comfortable and the views were beautiful. The pizza oven was fantastic for dinner and the Red Lion a short walk away was great for a drink. The Leaf cafe nearby has lovely food for breakfast/lunch too!

This is a must stay place for anyone. The attention to detail is exemplary, sympathetically restored to an extremely high standard. The circular tweed walk (around 5 miles) is certainly worth doing as it's on easy flat terrain. Roaring log fires in both the lounge and kitchen make for cosy evenings in. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Well, how to begin! Barns Tower is amazing! The history is well worth reading, as well. The place is exceptionally clean and tidy. What a wonderful experience to stay in such an old building with so much character. The personal touches - bread, milk, eggs, butter, cereal, and fruit were so nice to have. For us, the location was perfect as we hiked the Tweed Path and other areas in and around Peebles. A definite "must stay" when visiting the area. Even if you are not, it would be worth going out of your way to stay in this incredible place. Thank you, Lulu! We absolutely loved your place...

This is a wee treasure. We had a wonderful time and loved the environment with the river and abandonned railway. The castle was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect: a warm welcome with touches of attention, perfectly clean places, heated rooms, complete kitchen equipment, sufficient bathroom linen, etc. It was a magical stay in a tower steeped in history in the Scottish countryside. The walks in the surrounding countryside are superb: fields, woods and river ... and Lulu offered us a private tour of the Neidpath Castle: exceptional! One of our best AirBNB experiences

What an amazing find! A gorgeous ‘castle’ set on the grounds with other properties, we felt incredibly grand entering to stay. The gate and door were so much fun and the history of the castle was explained once inside. Impeccably clean and great cooking facilities, this cosy accommodation is a must stay and with the novelty of the spiral staircase, spacious rooms and considerate additions of food in the fridge, it was certainly hard to leave after our three nights.

We have just got back from Nia’s cosy cabin and what a wonderful little break we’ve had. Nia was a lovely host. Everything was very well thought out, from the information provided on arrival to bath robes and slippers for the hot tub. On arrival Nia even put together a lovely little warm welcome gift of jam and scones which I though was a very thoughtful touch. The hot tub was just amazing which we had to ourselves during our stay but had full usage day and night. Beautiful setting of fields and farm animals. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful enough away from touristy areas but only a short journey away from then also. It really was the perfect little stay. We stayed at Nia’s tiny house for 4 nights in March. It’s a lovely place on their farm in close proximity to the north wales coast and Snowdonia. The tiny house is lovely, clean and very well done! It has literally everything you need for a week away including a hot tub with wonderful views over the fields and sheep. Nia was very friendly and welcoming and we would be happy to come back and stay again. Thanks so much!

We had such an amazing time at Nia's tiny house. Nia was really friendly and helpful when showing us around. Everything is very well thought out in the space. The hot tub is always perfect temperature and the robes provided make the dash out in the cold a little easier. The location is great, a pub in the village with a few good began options (not really walking distance but easy to get to), and easy enough to get to Snowden too in about half an hour. We didnt want to leave as it was so relaxing. There really are no faults! Will hopefully be back soon!

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time away at Nia’s beautiful home under the stars. Every aspect has been thought about carefully and the scenery and surroundings simply stunning. Would highly recommend and we look forward to returning!

Great place in private location close to lovely seaside and countryside

The tiny cottage was absolutely perfect, tastefully decorated with meaningful touches which made the whole experience extremely special. Nia was absolutely brilliant and provided lots of interesting local recommendations which we took complete advantage of during our break. The cottage had everything we needed for the stay and the kitchen is a lovely space for cooking with an unspoiled view over the table whilst we enjoyed our food. We were close to the main house but it felt incredibly private and access to the hot tub and facilities felt quite secluded which was wonderful. During our stay, we got engaged, this will always be a special place for us. Thank you Nia.

The Den is a beautiful made space and holds the most relaxing atmosphere. Matt and Yassmine have thought of everything, providing guests with charcoal, WiFi, tea and coffee, etc. They are also such friendly and responsive hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the den and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quirky place (the bbq is an amazing feature). Thank you both!

Booked for Xmas present for my girlfriend and what a great choice I made. The hut was absolutely stunning from the moment we arrived. Location is also accessible from a number of viewpoints and amenities. The fire pit is a lovely touch where we made dinner. Shetland pony’s were a nice little surprise too. The hit was slightly cold, however to be expected in Feb. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful hut and we will be back!

This is a lot of fun, even in winter. Just be sure to bring enough coal if it's cold and rainy to use not only for the bbq but also to keep warm. The heated blanket is a great idea. The room was spotless and very well organised. Bbqing inside works amazing! We had some perfectly cooked steaks. The toilet (no shower) is outside of the cabin, in rainy/snowy weather it's less then ideal. But this is communicated in the ad so not a complaint, just a heads up for people checking this location out.

Amazing little den in a great location

I am at a loss of words! Tessa’s home is an artist’s sanctuary- so inspiring, so much to see, it was hard to leave and explore all that London has to offer. That being said, when we did leave, everything was so close! Camden is honestly one of the best neighborhoods in London, and the location of this Airbnb is perfect. Tessa provides a thorough list of the best eats, shoppes, and visits of the city giving an authentic and well rounded experience of London. I just wish I had more time to spend both in the Airbnb and the city itself, but I suppose that just means I will have to come back soon and stay at this very spot!👌🏼❤️

What you can expect from staying with Tessa is a beautiful, comfortable home with a easy walk from the Camden Road Tube station and a variety of fun things to do while you are there! The flat is decorated top to bottom with interesting art and books and faces a garden back lot with Georgian buildings. A nice sized kitchen to have tea in and you might see a few Magpies out the window in the morning!

Excellent location as apartment a 7 minute walk from Camden station so superbly placed to see all of London. A wonderfully quirky alice in wonderland style apartment with surprises in all the nooks and crannies - seashells, a dolls house, fabulous hats.. Also enjoyed browsing the eclectic book collection ranging from Dostoevsky to Alexander McQueen. Bed was comfortable and apartment was cosy despite me visiting in February cold. Kitchen very well equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need. Check in and communication with host extremely easy and efficient. Great value stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Sweet little cottage in the countryside. Rowena is a great hostess -- quick to reply to any messages and full of advice and suggestions for things to do. There are good pubs within walking distance. Having a car is definitely a plus if you want to do much exploring in the area beyond the immediate fields, though, we managed without one. While most of our walks were cut short by flooded fields, it was nice to explore the area and great to come back to the cottage to warm up with tea, brownies, and a good foot soak.

A delightful visit! The cottage was well appointed and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rowena was a very pleasant and helpful host. The local area is quiet and beautiful but not too far away from amenities. This was a perfect, quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay and is highly recommended for those wanting a ‘getaway’ from the big cities.

It was a lovely couple of nights stay that we had at Rowena’s place. The cottage was lovely and very cosy. Everyone on the estate was very friendly and we couldn’t ask for a better time!

We stayed there in December : The property was lovely and warm and I loved the fact that there was a bath with plenty of hot water: Great for after going on a hike across the fields. The homemade brownies were scrummy. The lodge is sparkling clean. As I have said, just perfect.

The first trip to London was better because of the accommodation. We were new to Airbnb. A spacious, cozy, windowed bedroom Clean toilet every day Bagels and cereals eaten every morning, I was so happy to have a cup of tea and play with cute cats in the backyard. I prepared cookies, water, and clean towels in the bedroom, and thanked me for being careful with the files that included information about London, nearby traffic, and restaurants. In the morning, I wake up pleasantly with the sound of birds To walk around the park and neighborhood It was fun. The bedding is also fluffy, crumbly and clean. Both my host and my husband have useful information about London, restaurants nearby, It was very helpful to be kind and warm. The price is great and not central London, but it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the subway and the London Bridge is just a couple of stops away. It is recommended to stay in a place like this slightly out of expensive London city. Thank you for your gift of postcards and magnets. If you come to Korea, please come to the morning of Mt. thanked :) This place was really perfect to stay. It was my first time to stay in the private room, but her family was super kind and I could feel that her family try to make us to enjoy our trip. They tell us every information about London and village !! If i come back to London, I will stay here again !!

Great place, clean, organized, and all around. Location is a distance from the city, but the train Station is close and train fares are fairly inexpensive. Would recommend this place to anyone who has a lower budget but needs a 4 star stay. I wish most Airbnb’s were like this one.

Great location for exploring lots of interesting places... Longleat, Bath, Salisbury for instance. We loved the nice surprise touch of sausages, bacon & eggs waiting for us. Lovely cosy cottage, the perfect location for a romantic break away. Loved relaxing in the hot tub hearing the birds chirping away. Even had a bottle of prosecco waiting in the fridge for us. Great hosts, nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend this little gem and would love to visit again one day.

The room was comfortable and the host was very patient and friendly. The location is pretty good, there is a subway not far away, and it takes only two stops to go to Kings cross. The bathroom and kitchen supplies are very complete and can be considered as everything. There was an unknown thing on the curtains in the bedroom at the time ... There was a small footprint accidentally on the bed sheet, which was very good. I believe this is not intentional. Also, London accommodation is already expensive.

This was a amazing spot in a really cool part of London. The place is clean and cozy. The walk to the tube is not far but really nice. If you want a place that’s gonna give you a real taste of London then this is it.

Hugh was so friendly, helpful and responded to all contacts quickly. Apartment was spotless and in a great location. Loved the extra touches of toiletries, hair straighteners etc. Highly recommend

This cottage was everything we wanted for a little weekend get away. It was super clean & very homely. The bed was very comfy. We loved the bath, this was great.. we also liked that there were bathrobes provided! Would definitely stay here again.

This cottage is the perfect escape. We drove from South London which took just over 4.5 hours on lovely winding country roads through the welsh countryside and mountains. The cottage is bursting with character (we particularly liked the beams and log fire) whilst perfectly modern with every amenity under the sun. The jacuzzi bath is fabulous and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. We had a welcome note and package which was a lovely touch. The free parking right outside is a helpful touch, and the town nearby is very easy to get to, sporting a huge supermarket and then some smaller bakery’s, book shops etc. There is a huge range of information provided at the cottage and we took one of the hiking routes along Harlech beach which was wonderful. Overall would absolutely recommend a stay if you are seeking a cosy country escape.

We stayed for 3 nights and in all honesty we had a fantastic time- it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect; the pub (The Grape) with wonderful food/service only 1 minute walk down the road. 10 minute drive to the nearest village, has everything you need for a short stay (Tesco/ shops/ cafe's). During out stay one of the days it was impossible to go out due to the weather (we attempted and nearly got stuck due to flooding!) but still had a lovely day chilling in the cottage and again was super handy for The Grape to be within walking distance. The property itself was beautifully decorated/ very homely/ clean with high quality fixtures and fittings. The parking outside was an added bonus as well as the area being super quiet. All in all we would love to come back in a couple of years but we would personally choose to come around April. We could not fault our stay, it was very relaxing and enjoyable.
