Our apartment is located in the middle of the village of Eichenberg, Vorarlberg, in the beautiful border triangle (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). Eichenberg is located at approx. 790m above sea level. The spacious, modern furnished apartment is for self-catering. It is on the ground floor and therefore also wheelchair accessible (shower glass partition!). Hiking and mountain biking trails start right on the doorstep and in the surroundings you can pursue various activities or take day trips.

When you sit on the balcony a drink in your hand watching the sun that sinks into the water of Lake Constanze ... than - I suppose - you can enjoy my apartment at its best. It’s a new and bright furnished 32 qm apartment with a 10qm balcony. It only takes you 5 minutes downhill to the lake and another 15 minutes to the town centre, walking along the bank watching the swans and sailing boats. Or you can take the bus, which takes you in a few minutes to the centre or the rail station.

From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a floor level shower, washbasin and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

Beautiful studio apartment in an idyllic location

The apartment with its own entrance, kitchen , living/bedroom and bathroom offers our guests a cozy, private accommodation. Recreation can be found in the private garden with seating, loungers and fire pit and on the terrace, in the jacuzzi or in the pool (summer). We live in the main house and are happy to support you if you need help. Please ring or call at the front door. Bringing a dog is allowed, €5 extra cleaning fee per day.

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a wardrobe, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large washbasin and walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. Toilet, bathroom and rooms are together and are a separate unit just for them. A large glass front with glass door opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, light and green.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.
