A warm welcome to our beautiful grade II listed cottage in the village of Downton. We are located close to the Hampshire/Wiltshire border on the edge of the New Forest National Park and the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury. The sandy beaches of the South Coast are also easily accessible. If you're looking to slow down and unwind or explore all that the surrounding area has to offer, our cottage is a perfect place to stay. Dogs are welcome, but we do have a pet charge of £20 for their stay.

Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

A lovely Petite Self Contained Studio Annexe with own private access & courtyard Patio set in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15 minute walk into town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs etc alongside The River Avon. There is also a Pub/Restaurant within a 3 min walk. Our converted coach house offers a cosy corner in the busy village of Downton from which to visit the historic cathedral city of Salisbury and the open spaces of the New Forest. Parts of the property date back to 1475 with links to the Bishops of Winchester. There is plenty on offer in and around the village, with local shops, gardens, pubs, walks and bicycle rides along the River Avon. Bournemouth beaches are not far away. We welcome dogs for a fee of £20 for up to 2 dogs per stay.

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast.
