This quaint and unique place is close to town centre, Pittencrieff Park and a short walk to both bus and train stations for access to Edinburgh etc. Dunfermline has many historical sites including an abbey. My place is a spacious one bedroom flat on the ground floor, in a coastal town just under 40’ minutes from Edinburgh city centre by train or 45 minutes by bus. Ideal for those who enjoy walking coastal routes as the town has breathtaking views of the forth bridges. The town also has many restaurants, pubs, take away shops and supermarkets. My flat is ideal for those with a car exploring Scotland outside of the capital city or for those who like to mix the city life with the quiet countryside.

This delightful lower level of the building is completely self contained and located in the small town of Inverkeithing. It is nestled on the side of a hill with views to the East out over the town to farmland, the Firth of Forth and Edinburgh. The accommodation is adjacent to a small woodland, which is home to a family of deer! The comfortable house has a homely sitting room with open fire(winter only), a well appointed kitchen/dining room, and three bedrooms. It has a small enclosed garden.

Our lovely flat is located in a listed building on Aberdour's Main Street. There is a 5 minute walk to the station and the village centre's pubs and shops, 5 minutes to the Fife Coastal Path and 10 minutes to the beach and harbour. Edinburgh City Centre is 30 minutes by train (airport 45 minutes). We have off street parking and are next door to a corner shop. The flat has free WiFi . There is a wood burning stove in the living room and the flat has been recently decorated in neutral tones.

Detached Bungalow in excellent condition, fully furnished and equipped with Sky Internet. Enclosed garden therefore very safe for children. The neighbourhood is very quiet and local transport by bus or train is within walking distance with the M.90 motorway link a few minutes drive away.
