Great for getting together with family or friends. 10 km from the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer, 4 km from the shops, Saint-Benoist-sur-Mer is located at the gates of the Poitevin marsh. (Canoeing is available.) 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 50 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour from Puy du Fou. Proximity to amusement parks: O 'fun Park, O'Gliss Park, Chateau des Aventuriers.

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door.
