Equipped and independent seaside chalet, located on a property, near the seaside in the pine forest of Bourgenay. A small path connects it to the Plage de la République (150 m) and, beyond, the Plage du Veillon, the marina and the 18-hole golf course. Nearby, water activities (surfing, kite surfing, kayaking, etc.) and local shops (bakery, greengrocer, fishmonger). It enjoys, thanks to its private access and the property that surrounds it, absolute calm.

On a closed and wooded plot of 3600 m², this basement studio with an area of 40 m² is completely renovated. Northwest facing, it is bright and sunny. Ideally located in the countryside and 15 minutes from the sea, you can fully enjoy these two assets. Pets are allowed (we have a dog, a cat and a pony). A pool is located in the front part of the property, so children will be placed under parental supervision.

Distance from beaches: 10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike (cycling route along a canal). Possibility to park a car on site. Supermarket is a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.
