Walking distance (approx.600m) the river Le Gartempe where there are enough places to take a fresh dive. The cyclist can also get his heart's content. For the mountain biker (possibly available), tour cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the landscape. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are available. For the horse riders there is a riding school a few kilometers away. For culture and relaxation nearby I recommend Ivo's guidebook.

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. very small house in the village of Thiat (10 km from Bussieres Poitevine ), on 2 floors ,a 15-minute walk from the river , kitchen / living room on the ground floor and on the floor, bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The staircase is not suitable for elderly people. there is no garden but the countryside is all around! easy parking in front of the house , bike loan possible . Quiet location.
