This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential complex. It consists of a living room with a sleeping alcove, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious balcony and the covered seating area invite relaxation. A free parking space is available. In close proximity, you will find grocery stores, a pharmacy, and restaurants. Lake Constance and the Festival House are only about 800 meters away, and you can reach the train station on foot in about 15 minutes.

The apartment is located on a hillside location with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are in a hanging location, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise, hardly a car drives directly past the house as we are the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.
