  • Great location central of everything, locations of interest only a short drive either way. Great little cottage exactly what we expected

  • The Croft was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay for a relaxing weekend away. Mel and Craig were great hosts, not only was the Croft perfectly clean, they provided thoughtful extras such as a packet of biscuits and a bottle of milk for our arrival. Mel was quick to answer any of my messages and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed as well as accommodating an early check in for us at the start of our stay. The cabin itself has everything you could need for a weekend away - a great cabin and great hosts. Thank you Craig and Mel!

  • Such a wonderful stay at the cabin, an all-round great experience. The cabin has lovely decor and is situated in a great location which is nice and peaceful. There are so many places you can visit during your stay as well as things to do - would recommend the bike hire in Brockenhurst. Mel was super helpful during our stay and a message away incase we ever needed anything and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco which was really thoughtful! I would love to go back!

    Charlotte2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Had a lovely stay here in Hordle. The place was very cosy - the bed was extremely comfy! It had all of the facilities that were needed to be able to cook there yourself. Complimentary prosecco was a nice added touch over the New Year!

  • Cute little cabin to stay for a weekend getaway! The place was so cute, cosy and well decorated. The cabin was well equipped and Mel provided us with lovely croissants, milk, tea and coffee. The bedding was super comfy and warm. I would say it got rather cold in the morning so i would recommend putting the heater on - otherwise, everything was great. Thank you for being super accommodating!

According to our guests - "The Coach House is the perfect base for visiting the New Forest, with its beautifully stylish decor and ideal location!" - "We loved our stay! Gorgeous setting and very spacious accommodation. Lovely touches like homemade bread & flapjacks. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tranquil countryside getaway" - "It has honestly been one of our best AirBnB experiences, because of your hospitality and the quality of the space. What a lovely coach house. It was perfect!
Double height ceiling in the living room and the dining area in the conservatory makes this space light. Lovely views across the garden, with the occasional sighting of deer as they come to try and nibble the flower beds... A few things to note: There are bees nesting in the roof of the main house. They have never been an issue but may be a concern for you. The bedroom is a loft with the bed in the apex of the roof, there are no bannisters. Have a look at the link below for a Virtual Reality tour of the space (may have to copy and paste) https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=rSgLZ3RmdAi
So much to do in the area, have a look at https://lymington.com/ and https://www.thenewforest.co.uk/
  • Gorgeous. A haven. Thank you.

Immaculate throughout, super easy check in/check out, lovely hand baked loaf of bread and flapjacks, as well as other complementary bits. This air bnb will certainly not disappoint. Excellent location, property has all the essentials and more. Highly recommend! Will be back later in the year for our third visit! Thank you so much Diana. Arron and Carly

My place is located in the heart of the New Forest, close to the sea, the Isle of Wight and the Jurassic Coast in Dorset. There is great cycling and walking with wonderful scenery, the New Forest animals, and great pubs and restaurants. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). There is a hot tub, and toys, a trampoline, a sandpit and a treehouse for children. I can provide a travel cot and high chair.
The Stables has a kitchen/living area, a bathroom (with bath/shower) and two bedrooms (double and king). There is a courtyard area outside, with hot tub, tables and chairs etc. We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard. You will be the only guests at the Stables with sole use of the hot tub. You can use any area of the garden (3 acres), which may also be used by my family.
Sway is a small village in the heart of the New Forest with good cycling and walking easily accessible. Sway village is a 5 minute walk (with pavement). There is a butcher, deli/cafe, convenience store, pubs and a train station.
  • The garden is a joy, our toddler was so happy chatting to the goats sheep and pig! Great place for children, the house was very comfy and the toys were great!

    miranda2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I stayed for two nights with our 17 month old and we all loved The Stables. Check in was nice and easy, Astrid's son greeted us and showed us round and there were a few welcome bits in the kitchen (bread, milk, eggs etc). We made use of the highchair and travel cot - both were great and saved us taking our own. The bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen were great and had everything we could need. We didn't use the hot tub as we didn't want to face getting out into the cold but we made use of the gardens and play area - which my daughter loved - she also loved the fish, sheep and goats. The location is a great place from which to explore the New Forest. We're hoping to be able to return when the weather improves to make the most of the gardens and hot tub.

    Bethony2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage where I stayed was in a corner of the host's garden (which is not so large), and there was a house where the host lived across the courtyard. The host responded quickly, and there were things that were missing, such as detergent, but they brought me as soon as I noticed. Just not friendly. I didn't stay for the purpose of socializing, so it was fine, but I felt that even with a little smile ... The hot tub was the deciding factor for staying here, but was the study in the host house? I was worried that it was close to (I wish my child was hung around and closed the curtain when he was inside ...). You can hear the sound of the car during the day because it is close to the big road. The temperature is set at 37 degrees, so it may be good in summer, but in winter, the temperature drops and it gets cold, so we recommend that you raise it to about 40 degrees first. It is a few meters from the cottage, but there is a distance so it would be nice to have sandals. By the way, on the operation screen, "The recommended replacement date for water is 7 days past." The water itself looked beautiful because of the chemicals, but it was scary considering how often the water was replaced. From an ecological point of view, it may be difficult every time a guest is replaced, but at least it should be changed every recommended day. There was a tree house and a playground for children on the trampoline, but unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough and I didn't have much opportunity to play. I think small children will be very happy! Also the animals were cute. The cottage was as pictured and warm throughout and there was no problem staying. The kitchen has all the basics. I didn't use it at home, but there were toys for pre schoolers. I was glad to have eggs, butter (in individually wrapped), bread, cereal, milk and a breakfast set, but the bread was in the freezer or the shelf life had expired. There was salt and pepper, but the inside was empty. I was also worried that the freezer was full of frost. It was good that there was an entrance dedicated to the cottage. Location does not have any problem to go around New Forest. I have seen various things like Bournemouth and Lymington in 5 days and 4 nights.

  • Alex's hut is absolutely beautiful. This was a romantic get away for the two of us and we weren't disappointed. Alex has really thought of everything here. It's a particularly secluded location and you don't feel overlooked as you take advantage of the outside spaces. Importantly, the location also feels super safe. The hut is dainty but super stylish and squeezes the best use out of every inch. Alex as worked wonders in making everything in the hut work seamlessly. Alex has included everything you could need. We actually took stuff with us that we didn't need, such as bin liners, kitchen towel and additional loo roll. The fully stocked fridge with bacon, sausages, orange juice, ketchup and peosecco was amazing as was the hamper with some sharing size kettle chips, baked beans and a choice of granary or white loaves. I almost forgot to mention the preserve tree full of different jams, marmalades and so on! The kitchen area, hot tub, bbq were all spotless and made for an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this to anybody wishing to wind down and enjoy some down time. Would love to return some time!

  • A perfect weekend if you like dinky spaces. The location is fabulous. The hut is beautifully kitted out. Alex left all sorts of thoughtful touches from a bottle of prosecco to eggs from her hens. A great pub in walking distance, The Pig a short taxi ride away. When you throw in the amazing hot tub too, we needed for nothing more! A really lovely weekend.

    Sophie2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay! The hut is amazingly clean and well decorated, until the last little thing. It’s cozy and romantic. We loved to spend the afternoon in the hot tub with the Prosecco Alex gave us, aswell the morning walks around the area. It was absolutely a perfect weekend and we highly recommend. Thank you Alex, we will be back! :)

    Carolina2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • The perfect couples getaway. All the little touches make it that extra special. The shepherd’s hut is so lovely and cosy, Alex has thought of everything you may need. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed the hot tub by candlelight with the bottle of prosecco. It was fab! Would recommend!

    Jennie2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • We wanted to find a place to relax away for valentine's day and this was the perfect place. We thought we might have had a difficult stay given there were storms over the weekend, but the cosiness of the Shepherd's Hut couldn't be beaten!

    Matthew2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Really lovely, clean little hut with everything you might need for a secluded idyllic weekend break from it all. Great for hiking and exploring the wonderful new forest. We even had deers gently wake us up walking on the frozen ground early morning. Amazing. Alex is lovely and the breakfast hamper had some yummy thoughtful things (we're veggie) including fresh eggs from their own hens.

    Becky2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Gorgeous cozy shepherds hut with everything you could ask for, Alex is a great host and her attention to detail is fab. We really enjoyed our Christmas stay!!

    Jemma2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • This little cabin is MAGIC! It’s lovely to have the private hot tub and porch etc... but this hideaway is so much more. Alex is hugely accommodating host - she provided us with fully kitted breakfast & snack hamper, prosecco, a full fridge, firestarters & firewood, fresh / new toiletries, slippers, robes etc. We wanted for nothing, and had a wonderfully snug time in this private spot in the New Forest. Our trains to / from London were disrupted due to service strikes, so Alex even kindly collected & dropped us at the station. The cabin itself is tiny - but that is its USP. I was amazed that every possible amenity, a log fireplace, and a lush bed can all fit within a literal arm’s reach. This area of the forest is beautiful, and we had a lovely 5 hour walk through the county, to the seaside and neighbouring towns. If you want to walk through the New Forest, that too is very accessible. The cabin includes a walking guide for the area. Hoping to return in the summertime. It’s gorgeous!

The Cottage is in the centre of the village within the heart of the New Forest, next to shops, restaurants and pubs. It has a cosy open plan layout with parking for a small car outside. It is suitable for couples, families, singles and friends. Situated an 8 minute walk from the railway station, there are great walks, cycling (with hire available in the village) and horse riding near by.
  • Lovely location and cottage, ideal for exploring the new forest, local amenities very accessible. Warm and cosy space to stay, highly recommend, hope to return soon

  • What a lovely place and a great location and a good experience. We had a lovely stay. Many thanks.

    Vanessa2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • The location is amazing. Right in the heart of the village, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The parking space is very tight so if you have a large car you would need to use the carpark over the road

    Laura2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and great for visiting with babies as a travel cot and high chair are provided. Close to great walks in the New Forest and set in the heart of a lovely village. Access to the cottage is very narrow - only possible with a very small car. We had to drop off our stuff 10m or so from the property and carry it in then park in the public car park a 2 min walk away (but Sarah provides a parking clock so this didn’t cost us anything). Normally this would be no problem at all but we had 2 babies and lots of kit so a bit of logistics for us!

    Lucy2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great location to explore the area from, close to the coast yet in the heart of the forest. Sarah very kindly made the place baby friendly for arrival, with gates and a high chair waiting. Very responsive host and a lovely stay. Also very close to shops and cafes/pubs/restaurants, all that you could need on your doorstep.

    Oliver2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • An amazing property in a fantastic location. Really close to all local amenities such as shops, pubs and restaurants and perfectly situated to get out and about in the new forest. The property was clean, cozy and included everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Sarah is a fantastic host and I would recommend her place to anyone.

Hot tub was just perfect and bed very very comfortable. Ian also made us a lovely fried breakfast at the crack of dawn which was lovely added touch. Would recommend to anyone.

  • Lovely stay in this charming place over a few cold and rainy days in February. The wood-burning stove kept us warm and toasty after long days out exploring the New Forest. Wonderful location in the heart of a beautiful, wild place that Melanie has packed with thoughtful touches. Very much appreciated all the suggestions for places to eat and walk. A flawless and perfect dream of a holiday. Endless thanks to Melanie and her team!

  • Thank you so much for our recent stay! The cabin was so cute and perfectly sized, and the location is beautiful! The little touches (local cake, eggs, bacon etc.) were brilliant and our mornings spent watching the deer and horses nearby added to the true feeling of a country-side retreat! Tip for anyone going in the winter months: Bring a small plug-in radiator! It gets VERY cold overnight and it helps to take the edge off!

The Hayloft is a recently converted stylish barn set within the New Forest National Park yet conveniently located within walking distance of the historic coastal town of Lymington. Finished with comfort and enjoyment at its heart it provides the setting for a luxury getaway.
The Hayloft is set on the A337 into Lymington. The getaway provides sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people with a large open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. A movie/game room supplies the perfect ingredients for a cosy night in fit with board games, games consoles and a variety of movies. The converted barn comes complete with a Jacuzzi hot tub and BBQ. The hot tub is drained and re filled after every check out, therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be up to temperature on your first night. Please also note that the use of the hot-tub cannot always be guaranteed in busy periods due to routine maintenance. We recommend to bring easy slip on shoes to get to and from the hot tub!
  • If you are a clean freak like me this is the place for you. Sometimes on AirBnB superhosts have sparkling clean reviews but Annabelle truly deserves this title. Beautifully presented accommodation as Annabelle clearly has very good taste. Communication was prompt and friendly. Lots of nice touches such as sweets in the playroom.

  • Perfect for weekends away, very clean, spacious enough for 2 couples, great host.

    Alissia2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The first thing anyone needs to know is that the pictures are 100% accurate and as described, the house is really spacious and super clean. The hot tub was ready and heated on our arrival. We looked everywhere for somewhere with a private hot tub, and lots claim to be private but then you realise they are really overlooked. This one is completely different, the hot tub is fully private and has nice touches with places to hang towels (hot tub towels are provided too) From walking in, the house is full of lovely homely touches from blankets to keep you warm, to sweets in the snug. It really felt like a place you could relax. The kitchen had all we needed to cook an evening meal and brunch, which is rare for an AirBnB. Netflix was available on both TVs as well as board games, Xbox , and full TV channels. Plenty to keep you entertained if the weather is bad. Location wise we found it convenient to get to both the New Forest and the coast, we had lunch at the Haven, which was recommended in the welcome pack, lovely food but you definitely need to book in advance as it gets very busy. All in all a lovely stay, we didn’t want to leave. We are definitely going to book again later in the year. Thank you!

  • We had a fantastic stay here. Perfect for 2 couples with the 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved the games room.

  • Great property, stylishly furnished and plenty of space. Hot tub a bonus!

    Ben2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had three nights here with our two boys (aged 2 and 5). We had a lovely stay! The place is very nicely decorated and more than big enough. The boys loved the games room and it was easy access to both the New Forest and the IOW. The hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day too. It's right by a busy road but this didn't affect our enjoyment and we would definitely return again!

    Clare2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • A very stylish space and great that rooms are separated by two different stair cases - ideal for 4 friends / 2 couples or a family. Although important to note it is very close to a main road. We didn’t realise before we stayed but it didn’t change much just meant you had to drive to get into town/ nearby walks. Overall a great stay and would recommend. The hot tub is a good touch too and excellent use of the space.

Escape to the heart of the New Forest, just 5 mins from Lymington, 10 from the coast and a short walk from an award winning food pub & lovely ancient woodland. This beautifully converted oak frame barn refurbished to a very high standard in 2018 has a king size double bed, powerful walk-in shower and a galley breakfast bar in three large rooms with underfloor heating. 40m away from the house, privacy is assured with independent access and a small private secure orchard all in a rural setting.
The Barn is an oak frame well insulated timber building built in 2001 and completely refurbished to a very high standard in late 2017 / 2018. The Oak beams have been integrated into modern fresh decor and the bedroom has a vaulted ceiling again with beams. The roomy bathroom with underfloor heating has a large powerful walk-in shower and plenty of space to hang things up and put things down. The large bedroom overlooking the pool and paddock has a king size bed with a new (2018) very comfortable mattress and wall heating. You access The Barn through a private entrance directly into the large underfloor heated lounge with a dining area and galley breakfast bar with a fridge, microwave, toaster, tea and espresso coffee making facilities plus a sink, though please note there is no hob or oven. There is a separate door adjacent to the galley leading into a small private orchard where guests can sit and enjoy the privacy, peace and quiet of the New Forest.
Boldre is the ancient heart of the New Forest, a five minute drive from the maritime market town of Lymington, ten from the Solent coast with its superb walks and bird watching, twenty from Keyhaven with Hurst Spit and the Tudor Castle close by and twenty from Beaulieu with its Abbey ruins, Palace House, Motor Museum and Bucklers Hard overlooking the most beautiful river east of the Dart. Boldre is blessed with two very fine eating pubs, one reckoned to be the oldest in the Forest dating back to 1098 as well as a beautiful church going back to 1087 and before. Surrounding Boldre there are walks either from the door or a short ride away that will take guests through ancient woodland, open forest and along the Solent coastline. The area is very well served for eating establishments ranging from great pubs and fine restaurants serving a range of cuisines to five star hotels with haut cuisine dining.
  • We had a lovely stay at the Barn. It’s a really cosy, comfortable space and lots of things to do nearby. Simon was incredibly helpful and thoughtful as a host and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    James2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Had a lovely stay at the Barn, which was comfortable, clean, and full of small thoughtful touches. Simon was friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Would’ve stayed longer if I could!

    Aimée2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • The barn is perfect. Cosy and beautifully clean with everything we needed. A safe area for our dog to potter. Simon was very helpful with his local knowledge. So useful that breakfast is included. The Red Lion is a wonderful recommendation, excellent food and staff. Mabel’s too is worth a visit. We didn’t have enough time to do all the walks but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Rosie2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Nathan and I along with our dog loved our stay at The Barn. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side so we spent more time than usual inside. We had everything we needed including a bottle of wine on arrival and plenty of tea and coffee including machine coffee. Roo (Our dog) was also well catered for with dog biscuits and a towel for drying wet feet and the secure orchard area was perfect for her to stretch her legs at night. Very clean and a perfect size for 2 and a dog. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family and hope to return again soon.

    Lauren2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • The barn is lovely, comfortable and in a great location. One minute walk to an excellent dog friendly pub. The shower is fabulous

    Ralph2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely barn. Incredibly clean and tidy and a great location. Excellent walks and with some great pubs (including one two minutes walk from the barn). Hosts were also incredibly friendly, providing a lovely breakfast and a complementary bottle of wine for our stay. We would recommend.

  • We really enjoyed this relaxing stay in the New Forest. Brilliant location, right by a fantastic pub and really peaceful. The barn was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the local information was really useful. Highly recommend.

  • Highly recommended, great location in the middle of the New Forest close to excellent cycling routes and to the sites. The host was super helpful providing recommendations, quick responses and nice little touches around the house. Would defiantly book again.

  • The only let down of our trip to New Forest was that we only booked one night at this beautiful cottage! It is such a lovely place to stay, sparkling clean, spacious, we lacked for nothing at all amenities or instructions wise. We appreciated all of the homely touches, and the welcome gift was so kind! Sophie was a wonderful host, and we highly recommend the Cottage!

We offer secure off road parking as we have a large gated drive There will be bread, butter, jams, milk and cereals for breakfast with tea & instant coffee
Brockenhurst is a lovely village with a ford at one end of the Main Street, it has a few individual shops, a Tesco Express and a small Sainsburys, Chinese and Indian takeaways, as well as some lovely tearooms, restaurants and pubs.
  • We had a really wonderful break at Val’s annexe; everything in the property is thoughtful and well considered, making it an extremely easy and pleasant stay. The lovely touches (such as tea, milk, bread!) were far more than we would have expected, and the added touch of letting us meet their dogs was the cherry on top! Overall we had a fab stand and will definitely be back for another visit!

    Cathy2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • This stay was a present for Christmas. We were so pleased with the location and the annexe. Val was very friendly but also not intrusive, the annexe was very clean and had good facilities for a short stay. We particularly loved having the private garden. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

    Scott2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Val is a brilliant host and will do her upmost to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The place is clean and tidy and there’s plenty of space for two people. It’s set in an idyllic location to explore the New Forest.

  • Really great location in the middle of the Forest and 15/20 mins walk from Brockenhurst. Annex was clean and modern and we really appreciated the breakfast touches. A great place to stay.

  • Fantastic value for money, had everything we needed, perfect for a weekend away and definitely would book again when back in The New Forest

    Amanda2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I spent a weekend here during January. Everything in the place was really clean and it's in a quiet location. We especially loved how comfortable the bed was. Although it is an annexe, it is very private and separated from the house - we didn't see Val all weekend (not a criticism at all, just a testament to the privacy of the place and the fact that our stay went so smoothly!) Val was very responsive via message before, during and after our stay and I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Thanks Val!

    Lauren2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Val's place was great! We mostly picked it as it was dog friendly and boy was it - the garden is completely secure and when asked Val lent us a dog bed and water bowl, which was super appreciated! The house was sparkling clean and the comfiest bed, plus Val and her family were super friendly and welcoming, all in all a very pleasant long weekend!

  • Obsydian Lodge was the perfect getaway for my boyfriends birthday. Plaxy and Jason were amazing hosts, especially under current circumstances. They were so easy to contact and so accommodating and helpful. The lodge is a great location, within short walking distance of the village centre. There were some lovely places to get takeaways from & lots of nice walks to go on. The hot tub was amazing and really added that extra special touch. All the extra special touches in the lodge, including a birthday message & hamper, made this stay even better. The place felt like the perfect home away from home. We would definitely come again! Thank you to Plaxy & Jason for making us feel so welcome!

Great location and close to other villages. Hot tub was great and all made up for us for our arrival so we could jump straight in. Quick replies from Plaxy and Jason when needed. Thank you so much!

Appletree house annex is perfect for a short stay in the new forest. We have secure parking, on booking you will be given the code to the electric gates at the front of the property and the key safe. There is a designated parking space beside the annex entrance. The suite consists of a spacious, light airy double bedroom with a king size bed, a small shower room, chest of drawers and tea and coffee making facilities. On request we can supply a travel cot or toddler bed.
Appletree house annex is above the triple garage. It is connected to a locked office. Should we need access to the office during your stay we have built an entrance from the garage so guests won't be disturbed. We provide fresh linen, towels, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, uht milk and biscuits. We do not provide breakfast. The annex is insulated and heated with electric heaters, in cooler months these will be turned on long before you arrive, there is also a heated mattress cover on the bed.
We are seven minutes drive from Lymington which is full of lovely places to eat and shop, more information can be given via email and there'll be a list of places to eat in the room. I am happy to make recommendations. Opposite Appletree annex, just a two minute walk away is Gordleton Mill, a five star hotel serving breakfast lunch and supper daily. There's plenty to do in the area, we are five minutes drive from the New Forest National Park where you can take a walk with the new forest ponies, cows and donkeys. Beaulieu abbey and Motor museum is a twenty minute drive as is Bucklers Hard. You can take the ferry from Lymington to the Isle of Wight and explore Yarmouth. Appletree house is situated on a bridleway, it's possible to walk from the house to Everton where there's a pub or even further to Milford on Sea one of Britain's last remaining sea side villages, about 3miles. Milford has some very nice shops and restaurants.
  • The Annex was just what I was looking for and I have to say for the price far exceeded my expectations. Everything looks to be brand new and was beautifully clean and fresh. In the current (Coronavirus) climate, to have no fewer than three toilet rolls was luxury indeed! Thank you Elize!!

The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Set over two floors and recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s also only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area and a private terrace.
The private access opens into a spacious and bright living room with a kitchen area at one end. Underfloor heating keeps the room snug in winter. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave and a large fridge. We now have a single induction hob too. Tea and coffee are provided. There is a Smart TV on the wall, WiFi, and while sitting on the terrace you might well see deer, a variety of bird life and rabbits in the garden and the meadow. The winding staircase leads to a small hallway with a door into a tiled shower room with electric shower, washbasin and wc. A second door leads into an attractive bedroom containing fitted cupboards and a very comfortable super king-sized bed which can easily be adapted into two singles.
The village has a charming and award winning pub, the Red Lion, which is only five minute’s walk away. In the adjoining village, Pilley, there is a shop and post office. On the way into Lymington is a recently refurbished garden centre with an excellent coffee shop called Mabel’s. The New Forest is a short drive away and there are wonderful coastal walks as well. Lymington is a thriving market town with good shops and restaurants and is only just over a mile away. There is a weekly market on Saturdays which runs the whole length of the High Street.
  • We spent a peaceful and relaxing weekend at Penny’s place on our ‘baby moon’. The Croft was cosy, clean and warm despite the clement weather ;-) The perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of London. We’d come back again!

  • Beautifully finished conversion, amazing host and perfect location for the wedding we were attending. Penny provided us with breakfast which was a lovely and unexpected touch, great recommendations for taxis and places to eat/visit as well. The accommodation was just right for what we needed, very modern, beautifully decorated and ultra clean!

  • Had a lovely stay, the space is just as nice as advertised. The downstairs is small but the owners have made the best use of the space, and we happily spent two evenings there without any problems. Lovely bedroom, nice bathroom facilities and a good location to explore the surrounding area. Would recommend the local pub (Red Lion) for good, homely food.

Come and stay in our stylish garden lodge offering comfortable self contained accommodation for 4. Two bedrooms, shower room, open plan sitting / dining / kitchen area & private garden. In National Park, just 1 mile from Lymington.
Cute little lodge offering comfortable & well appointed family accommodation in the New Forest National Park, just outside the Georgian market town of Lymington.
We’re in a semi rural location surrounded by footpaths and within the New Forest National Park. There are two pubs within easy walking distance although there’s no pavement outside our home. You can walk into Lymington or the open forest using the footpaths (but bring walking boots or wellies and long trousers in the summer!) We are a short drive from the beach at Milford and it only takes 3 minutes to drive into Lymington - so seaside and countryside all on our doorstep.
  • Excellent location central to all of the beautiful villages the new forest has to offer! Clean and tidy accommodation with lots of thoughtful touches added to ensure you have everything you need. So lovely to meet such friendly and welcoming hosts and we look forward to staying with you again.

  • Great location, great hosts. This place was perfect for me and my dad as a base for our little trekking getaway. Simon have us tips on where to go upon check in and breakfast amenities were already provided! Only downside was that the WiFi did not work/connect so we were unable to watch movies as we had hoped in the evening but it turned out to be quite nice to plug out! Would recommend definitely and am considering returning if I come to new forest again.

  • This was a last minute booking, the hosts were really quick in getting back to us and made sure the cottage was clean and ready for our arrival, including extra touches like milk and juice in the fridge. Deceptively big accommodation, our 4 year old loved the bunk beds. It’s in a great location for Lymington and surrounding villages, we would highly recommend.

  • Skylarks was everything it was sold to be - clean, convenient and in a superb location. From key box entry to parking permit - smooth and just what I needed in between two busy business days.

  • Skylarks is a lovely little flat in a central but quiet location in Lymington. It’s very near the cobbled area of Quay Hill and the old quay, and just a few steps from the shops. It was an absolutely ideal base for my 3 day trip to Lymington. Car parking is a short walk away, but there was always space when I needed it. The flat has all the basics, and Tesco Metro is only a few doors down the road. You can log in to Netflix on the TV and there’s a DVD player and some DVDs. I would happily stay here again.

    Sarah2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing location for exploring Lymington - just a couple of minutes walk from some great pubs and cafes. Very comfy bed with a nice spacious feel in the flat. We were there over Storm Dennis so made use of the Smart TV and the suggested coastal walk that Erla told us - the New Forest being a bit flooded.

  • Hackney Park is wonderful. It’s spacious and super clean and private and is amazing value for money. The decor is pretty retro and we loved it (four girls in their early 30s). Loads of parking, great location for exploring the New Forest (you’ll need a car to make the most of it) and a stunning view. If you like horses there are a couple friendly ones who come say hi (behind a gate - they wont get near if you don’t want them to). Helen was quick to communicate when needed (we asked for cards and she kindly lent us some) but leaves you to get on with it. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to explore New Forest.

  • This is a perfect house surrounded by horseshed and ranch and the room is also very comfortable.

    Yujiang2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great location for a getaway in the New Forest. Although basic and slightly dated decor it was great value for money, warm and very comfy beds and also a lovely view. We also went for a fantastic meal at the Mill which is a half hour walk, though no pavements. We all had a lovely stay.

    Kim2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • A clean and spacious flat with everything you need for your stay. Helen is a wonderful host and all communications were helpful and prompt. The location is breathtaking and it is hard to tear yourself away from the view in the living room. We will be back. For longer.

  • Absolutely perfect. The cottage was just as described, so many homely touches, immaculately clean. Lesley and Steve put in a lot of work to make us feel at home. Close to Lymington town centre for a look around the town and a nice walk along the Key haven nature reserve for the dog. Only a 20 minute drive to Lyndhurst and good walks in the New Forest. Cannot reccomend enough! Thanks again!

  • We recently spent two nights at Lesleys cottage and had a great weekend exploring the surrounding new forest. The cottage is beautiful and so cosy with a lovely log burning fireplace. It comes equipped with everything you could need for a few nights away and Lesley even left us some homemade biscuits which were much appreciated. She even offered to post a charger back to us that my husband left at the cottage with no issues. :) thanks Lesley

  • Me and my wife had a great stay with our dog Ollie. Really feels like a home from home. Cosy, spacious and comfortable. Little touches throughout that make the stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen and bathroom are stylish and very spacious for a small cottage. The wood burning stove is a lovely feature and Steve and Lesley left plenty of firewood. The beds were also very comfortable. The location is handy for access to the coast and New Forest. Overall a wonder stay - highly recommended!!

The historic Georgian market town of Lymington is set on the south coast in the beautiful New Forest National Park, between Southampton and Bournemouth. Famous for its sailing history, there are two large marinas filled with fishing boats and yachts, as well as two sailing clubs. The town’s narrow streets are lined with pretty period cottages and houses, as well as plenty of local pubs and restaurants. A good range of shops, supermarkets (Waitrose, M&S, Tesco’s), and a large choice of restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. ‪‬‬ ‪Lymington High Street has several independent shops and designer boutiques, as well as a local market held each Saturday, which dates back to the 13th century. At the bottom of the High Street, a cobbled road leads down to the Old Town Quay, which is still used by a number of commercial fishing boats. There is often a chance to buy fresh fish on the waterfront. ‬‬ ‪The New Forest National Park offers a huge range of leisure activities such as walking, horse riding, archery, golf, clay pigeon shooting, cycling, and water sports, including kayaking, canoeing and sailing.‬‬
  • A lovely stay. Beautiful accommodation in a great location, perfect for exploring. Such lovely touches throughout the accommodation. Appreciated the tea and coffee and dressing gowns. Much more than your average air b n b experience!

  • Anna’s place is beautiful: incredibly comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful touches (eg. a fully-stocked kitchen, fluffy robes and plenty of board games to play). The only minor issue was that the shower head was a little low for us (we’re both over 6ft), but otherwise I would highly recommend a stay.

    Leyla2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing stay at Anna’s ‘Hut’. It’s a lovely clean, stylish place with a homely feel. • This place is a little gem! It’s so modern and was sparkling clean. The bed was so comfy we slept brilliantly with that and all the fresh air. The extra touches with cereals, fruit, shower gel etc and washing of the crockery made us feel very well looked after albeit have our own privacy. It was a nice walk into Lymington or to the marina especially on a Saturday for the Market. It was excellent value for money and we would love to stay again.

  • Gabey’s place was outstanding. We had a fantastic time there. There were lots of thoughtful touches and it was extremely clean. Situated really near the train station and high street with good links to nearby attractions and walks, which was helpful as we didn’t have a car. The bathroom tiles are amazing! Thanks Gabey :)

    Nicholas2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • This is a wonderful place to stay. Gabey is a fantastic host who has created a beautiful space to relax in. The New Forest is beautiful and we loved exploring the surroundings. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

  • Super warm and cosy. Lovely decor and amazingly clean, and very quiet. Everything went very smoothly and great communication. I had no car so good location near station. For walkers... I'd say it's a 20min walk to get into nature and about 1 h to forest (or a ten minute Uber..(!)). The New forest walks/cycle app was really helpful. And the coffee at the Sett (near station) was lovely. I ended up having to do some work (and rained a lot whist I was there) so glad to have a nice base to do it from. Thanks!

    Gemma2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Such a lovely stay in Brockenhurst. Walking distance to pubs and the station (no more than 10 mins) where we hired bikes. Bed is super comfortable and the room is spacious. Perfect for the two of us. Such a lovely touch having daffodils and bread, jam and butter left in the room for us too. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay!

  • There can be nothing but good words for a stay at Gabey's wonderful property. The studio itself is exactly what the images depict and its beautiful fitting makes you feel very cosy during your stay. Gabey's gift of bread and marmalade was warmly received for our snack both mornings. The location is perfect for both visiting Brockenhurst itself and much of the surrounding New Forest. During our stay we were able to visit Lymington, Lydenhurst and Christchurch all within 20 minutes of the property. I could not recommend enough a stay with Gabey which will leave you wanting to return to the New Forest at the very next opportunity.

It's located just 10 minutes walk from the train station and you'll get to see ponies walking up the stree nearby if you take a walk in the morning. It's very cosy and clean, exactly as shown on the photos. Gabey was responsive and helped us out when we realised we'd missed an ingredient from a meal we'd planned to cook. Weather was not ideal so we ended up spending more time indoors than we originally planned which made us grateful for having chosen somewhere which was nice to hang out in.

Set in the heart of the stunning New Forest National Park our beautifully furnished, well equipped and self contained flat is the perfect home from home for walking, cycling, exploring, eating or just relaxing. Only 1 mile from the main line station and 20 minutes from the M27 there is a Pub and Farm shop within 300m and English Nature's Royden Woods and the open forest on the doorstep. Cazzy is a Saddler who runs Belt Making Classes at Oddfellows - please book via AirBnB Experiences.
A self contained flat is set within a large family house but with its own garden access and patio and off road parking available. The host family has 2 dogs and ponies so we cannot host your own pets.
Oddfellows is on small lane just off the A337, the Filly Inn is next door and there are woods, open heath and a farm shop & quirky kitchen restaurant all within a 5 minute walk.
  • The flat is lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable, cosy and with all kitchen essentials. Lovely touches on arrival provided by Cazzy, including fresh flowers, chocolate, wine and all your food essentials- fresh bread, butter. milk, eggs, tea, coffee, filtered water. The open fire was great to have in the evenings and extra wood was provided. The flat is in a great location for exploring the New Forest. There’s a lovely farm shop and pub you can walk to (pub currently closed for refurb). Cazzy met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome and during our time in the flat. Cazzy and Fred were fabulous hosts. I would highly recommend this place.

    Lysandra2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Oddfellows really is a fantastic place to stay. My wife and I had a fantastic weekend exploring the New Forest, and this was the perfect base for our trip. Cazzy & Fred are very welcoming hosts, they left us some supplies which was really nice of them and they gave us plenty of advice on where to visit locally. The flat is an amazing space, it is decorated and furnished really well and we could have happily spent longer here. Being from the city it was a nice treat to look out and see Hector the pony in his stable and the dogs occasionally running around. We would love to escape for the weekend and visit when the baby is born. Thoroughly recommend for food: - The White Buck - The Red Lion - The Monkey House - The oak Inn Other recommendation: - Setley Ridge farm shop (10 minute walk) - Blackwater Woods - Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary.

    Matthew2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Where to start? This place is wonderful in every way: a lovely and cozy apartment, amazing hospitality and nice touches by Cazzy and Fred. They left us some breakfast and some delicious chocolates and Fred very kindly picked us up from the station on arrival. The flat is a lovely 25 minute walk to Brockenhurst where there are some lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants. Another bonus were their cute dogs and ponies - it was a very unique and relaxing stay :) Thanks so much, we can't wait to come back!

    Andrew2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay here and it far exceeded our expectations. Cazzy was so welcoming and provided little touches like bread, eggs, milk, jam and even a little bottle of wine! The flat itself is so cosy and perfect for 2 people and also very clean. It’s in a great location and the surrounding area is very peaceful and close to a really lovely farm shop, definitely worth a visit! It’s by far the best Air bnb stay we’ve had and will hopefully return in the future!

The Cabin is next to our Railway Cottage with the open forest a moment’s walk away. The space is cosy with one on-suite bedroom and two mezzanine sleeping areas. Situated in the heart of the New Forest it is an ideal base for walking and cycling in the National Park, exploring the Coast, or playing at Brockenhurst Golf Club. Ideal for couples and families with older children. Please see safety notes regarding young children (crawling to age 8).
The cabin has been lovingly fitted out to a high standard. There is a large sitting room with a sofa, two arm chairs, bistro dinning table and 2 chairs, TV, look up and you will find two open mezzanine sleeping areas above the sitting room. The ground floor bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room, there is a further full bathroom off the sitting room. If booked for additional people then loft ladders take you up to the cosy mezzanine sleeping areas, one with a king size bed mattress and the other side with 2 single mattresses. Please note that these are open plan sleeping areas with the sitting room directly below, they are suitable for families with older children and teenagers or anyone agile! The ladders are steep and for this reason the cabin is NOT suitable for young children as these ladders cannot be sealed off. The cabin has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses, corkscrew and Nespresso machine are provided along with milk, coffee pods and a selection of teas. The cabin does not have a fitted oven or hob, however a plug in induction hot plate is provided. There is a BBQ that you are free to use but please do remember to bring coals and firelighters. The private deck has a table and chairs making it an ideal spot to have breakfast, relax with a cup of tea or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. We are here to help if you have any questions about the space.
The open forest is at the end of the road so no need to get in your car to see the countryside. The village is a 20 minute walk during which you may meet the odd new forest pony, cow or donkey, the walk to the village does not have pavements the entire route and limited street lighting at night. We would recommend hiring or bringing bikes if you are not planning to use your car. Please note that we are situated beside a railway line, you can hear the trains. This does not affect most guests and of course we don't even notice them but it is important you are aware of this before booking.
  • Thank you so much for having us Victoria, your cabin is incredible and we had the most chilled time. With the sky movies we was able to spend time on the sofa watching old favourites. The cabin is one of the nice decorated place I have ever seen, just the kind of surroundings we needed. Thanks for the Prosecco too, will be back in the summer 💗

    Stephanie2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin was a fantastic place to stay; in a fantastic location close to many popular areas and Victoria was a great host. The quality of the cabin completely exceeded expectations; from the complimentary milk bottles and nespresso machine, to the luxury feel of soft furnishings/bedding etc. Loved this stay and would highly recommend, especially in the winter for a cosy feel!

    Francesca2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Beautifully decorated, pristine cabin. Very cozy, great location and great host.

    Kaja2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The Railway Cabin was wonderful! We had a lovely weekend break for my mums surprise birthday. The cottage was beautiful fitted with an impressively stylish interior. Victoria was the perfect host. Communication was spot on and she left some lovely little touches too including a bottle of Prosecco for my mums birthday! The location of the cabin was ideal. Just outside of Brockenhurst (20 minute walk) with beautiful trails onto the forest populated with roaming ponies right on our doorstep! We will definitely be coming back for a girls weekend again! Thank you Victoria :)

    Beth2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Beautifully styled cabin, a luxury to stay in for the weekend. Warm and cosy during our February visit. Victoria is a great hosting, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It's a 20 minute walk into Brockenhurst which mostly had pavements apart from a 30 metre stretch. Once in there's plenty of pubs and restaurants as well as a place for renting bikes to head straight into the forests around.

    Rob2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin is super stylish and even better than the photos. We had a great time and Victoria was very welcoming and helpful whilst giving us privacy. It's about 25 mins walk to Brokenhurst which we were happy with but might be a bit far for some people. Lush bed and although it was really warm when we visited the cabin didn't get too hot. Would definitely recommend!

    Hannah2018-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Super modern, quaint, well maintained and clean. Wonderful little touches - breakfast items great, host does washing up for you, hair dryer, fan, good shower, super comfy bed, lovely space for such good value.

The Plywood Palace is a wooden cabin set in secluded woodland, down a track, completely private with only the deer, foxes and badgers for company. The cabin sleeps 4, in a spacious bedroom with one double bed and bunk beds. The kitchen /diner is fully equipped with a oven and fridge. There is a wood burner and a supply of logs. The shower room and toilet are off the main entrance hall. Relax on the balcony or have a bonfire under the apple trees. Camping is permitted check House Manual
The Plywood Palace is very special because of it’s decors emphasis on it’s woodland setting and is unusual because it is completely private and very rural although it is near to the market town of Lymington. If you sit quietly on the balcony in the evening you will hear the life of the woodland around you and with luck you may see deer and other creatures.
The New Forest National Park is wonderful for walking, bird watching and nature in general. The ponys, donkeys and cattle graze freely, although they are partly wild they are all owned by “Commoners”. There are books about the Forest in the Plywood Palace. Also walking maps.
  • Plywood palace was absolutely stunning! It surpassed my expectations in size, style and comfort. The local area is beautiful, quiet and calm, it is the perfect place for people looking for a private, relaxing getaway. Our host was very easy to communicate with and there was plenty of information about the local area and activities. Had a great couple of nights 10/10 would recommend.

    Sam2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • A great location to get away from everything and enjoy the New Forest. The cabin was very well-equipped and the log burner kept it warm. Comfortable beds and a good shower. We enjoyed our weekend there.

    Michael2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • A great location for getting away from it all and for exploring the forest. Wildlife all around and definitely the cosiest plywood palace in the country :-)

    Simon2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place. Great communication. Available but respectful of space. Really good find.

    Morgan2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • If you want somewhere totally secluded and away from the busy world, (just like we did) this is the perfect place! Although there’s a pub and a village shop a short walk away, we were more than happy staying in, shutting the door and cuddling up by the fire watching the birds outside. Beautiful surroundings and a cosy spot perfect for a romantic get away. Thank you to our hosts Carole and Rosa for checking in and making sure we were happy (and for our Valentines cupcakes!). A perfect Palace to celebrate our first year together.

    Ellie2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • This is a unique place. A self build that earns its name, plywood palace. The small woodland beside it was a delight even in winter and there are lovely walks and cycle rides from the door. Carole and Rosa were responsive and thoughtful in so many ways, including supplying all the basics of tea, coffee, milk, salt, pepper, olive oil and washing up cloths that are often missing in airbnb. You just need to bring the food you want to cook and if you don't want to cook, there are places to eat near at hand. I was there in a cold snap and once I learnt the ways of their wood and gas stoves (very clear instructions provided) I had no difficulty keeping warm. And the bookshelves have not only interesting fiction and guides for visitors but also some fine books about the New Forest. I plan to return soon.

The Stables offers a high quality comfortable and unique retreat in the New Forest. It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !
We first moved to Pilley in the beautiful New Forest in 2007 with the aim to offer Bed & Breakfast. After two weddings held in our grounds and five Grandchildren later we have finally found time to fulfill our ambition ! The Stables stands in a small paddock next to our cottage so there is separate access. It offers a kingsize bed, an ensuite with a luxury walk-in shower and heated towel rail. There is underfloor heating throughout. As well as a sofa there is an eating area with kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. Various fresh products like cereals, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, cheeses are left daily to enable guests to leisurely choose when to have breakfast. Coffee and choice of teas are also available.
There is a good choice of eateries in the area. You can even walk to our local pub, The Fleur de Lys which is the oldest pub in the Forest, but you will need a torch when it gets dark ! There are also plenty of places to explore nearby. The picturesque village of Beaulieu with the renown National Motor Museum and stunning walks along the Beaulieu River or during the summer take a short cruise. The New Forest open deck Bus Tour is very popular or if you feel more energetic cycling is another great way to explore. Nearby Brockenhurst offers many cycle trails as well as cycle hire. We provide a detailed folder with local information and recommendations.
  • We had a lovely weekend at the Stables, exactly what we needed.. Beautiful touches such as fresh eggs for breakfast . Shower was amazing and the place was spotless, warm and cosy. Would definitely return.

  • What a beautiful space Lyn has created in the heart of the New Forest. The Stables is a prefect base for you to enjoy New Forest and Hampshire and has so many amazing little touches and stylish features. The bed was beautifully comfortable and the space was so cosy, especially when we had some less favourable weather during our stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again should we return to the area for a stay.

The Vineyard is a great base for exploring the beautiful New Forest which is just a stones throw away and also within walking distance to Lymington via a public footpath. The New Forest is one of the largest remaining tracts of unenclosed heathland & forest where wild ponies & deer roam freely, & you can too! The nearby town of Lymington is a pretty Georgian coastal town on the southern edge of the New Forest, famous for sailing with its international marinas and its rich history.
From the lounge you can see the Isle of Wight & rows of our vines in the gorgeous Hampshire countryside. The main bedroom is a comfy double bed on a mezzanine level looking out over the living area, this has an en-suite loo. In the main living area, the sofa makes into a double bed if you are more than 2! If you have a baby, we have a travel cot and a high chair which we can put in there ready for your arrival. There is a lovely large bathroom with a bath & shower on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (no microwave I’m afraid). We have room for bikes and boats on trailers - just ask! (additional cost of £25 for boats we ask for cash on arrival for this)
We have a fantastic selection pubs and restaurant’s just walking distance along a pretty footpath. The local footpath runs around our fields, one direction takes you to Lymington the other takes you to the New Forest.
  • Great host in a great location. The place is actually a lot bigger than the pictures would have you believe. We enjoyed our weekend here and loved the personal touches to our stay. Would highly recommend.

  • Maria is probably the best airbnb host I’ve had so far. She is very hands on and accomodating and responsive but at the same time, she gives you the space you need for a private getaway. Her house is a gem in New Forest and you can truly immerse yourself in nature. We needed a weekend to relax and just enjoy the scenery and we got more than what we expected. The breakfast was a plus, and she prepared the food fresh everyday. 5 stars for this airbnb and highly recommended!

Dormouse - Hazelhurst Farm TUCKED AWAY IN THE RAFTERS Small but crafty, Dormouse fits perfectly into a quirky space. Everything you need make a lovely nest. It may be the baby of the bunch, but Dormouse is the perfect hideaway just for two. In addition to the double bedroom, lounge/kitchen and shower room, there is a cosy seating nook on the mezzanine and a small but private terrace and garden.
Country cottage meets modern creature comforts with a fully integrated Control4 touch screen system. Guests have access to free WIFI and can control lighting, heating and cooling from the device as well as providing integration with your favourite apps, allowing you to play your own media via the smart TV and sound system. Dormouse is one of six cottages we have at Hazelhurst Farm. Guests are free to explore our forty acres of pasture and woodland, taking in the sights and sounds of the countryside. We share our location with an abundance of local wildlife as well as the many horses we keep as part of our equestrian facility. Or perhaps a spot of tennis? Our tennis court, surrounded by wild flowers (and possibly a few horse spectators) is free for all guests to use.
Hazelhurst Farm is located in the village of Sway, near Lymington. There is great access to the many cycling, riding and walking trails that the New Forest has to offer as well as being just a short drive from the beautiful coastline with its many excellent beaches.

  • Terrific location for a getaway in the new forest. Everything was seamless from start to finish with plenty info from the host. The cottage is cute and has everything you need in terms of amenities and is super quiet. Also a great location to explore the nature of the new forest and plenty of cracking pubs around for a good meal and drink or two.
