The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful view of Hoher Göll, Watzmann, Kalter Untersberg,..., all day sun, a very special place. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of Music" was shot here... bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, amenities cozy and traditional. Suitable for families with children or a family with grandparents. Note: 2 beds are cribs (185 x 855), one bedroom is a passageway. Chickens, sheep, cats, bullerbü on the mountains!

It is a bright, cozy apartment in a very quiet area in a small village, just 10 minutes by car from Salzburg. The apartment is freshly renovated and lovingly furnished for life – warm, cozy, perfect for relaxing. All around there is a lot of nature and extensive forest, ideal for walks, jogging, etc. There is a bedroom with a large double bed and a cozy sofa bed in the living room. Private parking is right in front of the house.
