Cosy house, situated on the banks of the Seine river, in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine National Park. The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked. There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine (passing through our garden). Free parking. 2 bikes are available for you to use. 1 dog + 1 cat live on the property but won’t bother you. The lake (with nautical activities): 2km The village: 1.5km Rouen: 25km Duclair: 8km

This accommodation is close to the RN 175, 5 km from the center of Bourg Achard in the direction of Pont-Audemer. It's part of my house that has become too big. The entrance is independent. Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor, kitchenette on the ground floor. The room is upstairs. a double bed 180*200 , a pull-out bed 2* 90*190 and a baby bed. The housing is on RN175 at 5 km far from the center of Bourg Achard towards Pont- Audemer. It is the left part of our home.
