Located on a quiet street lined by 100-year-old Deodar trees, the private space ideal for couples; features a crisp, sleek aesthetic with succulents and a cozy outdoor lounge. Open double French doors to a beautiful garden and enjoy your morning coffee as you prepare for the day OR light a fire and snuggle up on the undercover porch when it starts to cool down in the evening. Whether in town for a meeting in one of the surrounding areas or attending an event at the Rose Bowl, this home has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. This private 500 sq. ft. studio apartment is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. In addition to the living space, there is a kitchen (see appliances below), large walk in closet, undercover porch and outside fireplace. This space comfortably fits 3 people, if you are happy to use the Milliard memory foam tri-fold mattress. If needing to do washing, a coin laundromat is .3 miles away from our home. Kitchen Appliances: Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, French Press, Nespresso, Aeroccino Milk Frother, NutriBullet and Soma filtered water jug. Amenities… Hairdryer, wifi, flat screen, TV with Netflix and Directv Now, full length mirror Guest will have full access to the studio apartment, yard, porch and fireplace. I like to meet guests upon arrival to give access and a tour of the property, but sometimes this is not possible. My husband and I live in the main house and are available to offer any advice on local attractions. The den sits behind the main house In Altadena, a short drive from good coffee shops and restaurants. It's accessible enough to explore the many eclectic neighborhoods of LA. There are numerous neighborhood trails that are great for walking. Although public transportation is available, the closest bus and Gold Line stop are about 1-mile away. We highly recommend having a vehicle to drive, but if in doubt, Uber! There is a designated parking spot on our property for you, and there is plenty of street parking (no restrictions, no tickets)!

Cozy Hideaway

My Cozy Hideaway is close to Eaton Canyon. The name says it all: the studio apartment is nestled beneath a 100-year old pine tree in a quiet neighborhood. If you like succulents, you'll enjoy my gardens. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill and several eating & sitting areas. It is good for couples or business travelers. Couples with an infant or small child are also welcome to book since the daybed is an additional sleeping area. Please tell me if you need the daybed made up for sleeping.

Lovely unit in my mid-century modern home created just for you -- with your own elegant entrance. Lots of amenities including a brand new fully remodeled modern bathroom (luxurious shower and tub!). My home is set back off the street on a canyon so it's super peaceful. WiFi extender in the unit. Whole house water filtration system. Great (portable) air filter in unit. Near several great hiking trails. Convenient to Old Town Pasadena, Rose Bowl, JPL, Caltech and convenient for DTLA business.
