Red kites from your window, dolphins from the beach. Plenty of off road parking. Garden to enjoy long distance views and sunsets over the sea. Walk or drive to local beaches. Dogs welcome. It’s 200 metres from a beautiful award winning beach and the Ceredigion Coastal Path. 18/12/23 Charger is broken - sorry Parking for 2 cars and a fast charge point ( 4 hours) for an EV. Lovely mature back garden. ***I will request £30 for use of the EV charger *** Up to 5 people can be accommodated. Up to 3 pets allowed but be aware the back garden is not escape proof (!) ** £20 per pet

Y Caban Pren is located within a six acre property about three miles from Cardigan. It is set in a stunning landscape with far-reaching views. The accommodation is self-contained, and is constructed to a very high standard, with thick insulation, electric heating and double glazing to all rooms. Much of the hot water is solar heated. It is comfortably fitted out with neutral colours, and the kitchen area is well equipped, with fridge. Outside, there is a decking area with table and chairs.

Located next to a farm on the main road between Cardigan and Aberporth, overlooking fields. We are just minutes drive away from many Sandy beaches and costal walks. Nearby Pembrokeshire has a national park to explore and there are many costal towns, both north and south of us. The suite is on our family site, with its own fenced off rear & side areas, plenty of free parking, a kitchen, shower room, 1 bedroom (king or twin on request) & a sofa bed in the living room.
