Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Trips to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian surrounding area can be done comfortably by car or the S-Bahn/regional train or rent bicycles.
