Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.
