Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Latu lähtee, läheltä 450 m vain pieni kävelymatka ja olet ladulla. Vuosselin lasketturinteille myös lyhyt matka. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet erikseen lisähintaan 23 eur/henkilö. Lähellä on myös moottorikelkkavuokraamo. Kesäisin mahdollista uida lähistöllä olevassa järvessä.

Talvijärven Kuura

Tämä tilava ja viihtyisä, v. 2024 remontoitu huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaikkia Rukan palveluita, ollen kuitenkin omassa rauhassaan Talvijärven rannalla. Huoneisto toimii yhtä hyvin kalastusretken, ruskaretken kuin laskettelureissunkin tukikohtana. Asunnossa on kaikki mukavuudet onnistuneeseen lomaan, mm. ilmalämpöpumppu. Käytössäsi on taloyhtiön hiekkaranta ja laituri, soutuvene ja grillauspaikka. Lisäksi käytössäsi on lukittu ja tilava varastotila, jossa voit säilyttää harrastusvälineitäsi.

The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Completed in 2023, the 110-square-metre villa is located 28 km north of Kuusamo, right next to a network of cross-country skiing trails, cycling routes and paths. Distance to the ski resort is 6 km. The villa can accommodate up to ten people at once, and the needs of families with children have also been taken into account. The unique nature surrounding the villa is ideal for berry picking, mushroom picking and year-round exercise.

Kuusirinne 2B is a sweet and cozy half of a traditional northern log cabin. This approx. 63m² semi-detached apartment is located in Vuosseli (East-Ruka) surrounded by giant fir trees, near ski slopes and tracks. In a quiet area, but still close to services. The distance from the cottage to the ski slopes and tracks is only approx. 300m. The journey takes a short cut either on foot or on skis. The cottage is well suited for couples and small families.

Tervetuloa erämaan rauhaan ainutlaatuiseen hirsihuvilaan järven rannalle. Arkkitehdin suunnittelema ja vanhoista hirsistä rakennettu upea mökki sijaitsee keskellä hiljaisuutta ja metsää. Mökki on avara (150 m2) ja omaa tonttia on runsaasti. Mökki on tarkoitettu 1-4 hengelle ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutumiseen. Mökissä on kaunis puusauna, sekä portaat saunasta järvelle omalle laiturille.
