Alle Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet und haben eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Luganer See und die Berge. Privatsphäre wird hier grossgeschrieben, denn als letztes Haus in der Strasse und direkt am Wald gelegen sind Sie ungestört - und trotzdem nur 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum Luganos entfernt.

IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Casa Orchidea

Appartamento con sei gradini prima dell'ingresso. Moderno e completamente rinnovato da poco. Salone ben illuminato con Smart tv 43 pollici ( Netflix ) e WI-FI privato. Con balcone e splendida vista sul lago e montagne, possibilità di un posto letto(divano). Bagno con vasca, bidet e lavatrice. Cucina ben attrezzata con macchina del caffé , frigorifero e congelatore, forno, forno microonde, pentole, piatti e posate. Camera da letto che può ospitare anche una culla, con ampio armadio .

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due local: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

L'appartamento AMELIA si trova al 1° piano e può ospitare fino a quattro persone (camera doppia più divano letto doppio). CasAllio is situated in the heart of Dongo, a few minutes walk from the center, the lake and the cicle / pedestrian path. The “Berlinghera” is located on the ground floor and has an indipendent entrance and a private garden. We provide free parking and a shared garden with barbecue, pergola, tables and a playing ground. In the surroundings it is possible to organize numerous activities.

Der bei Naturliebhabern, Ruhesuchenden und Wanderfreunden gleichermaßen beliebte Ort befindet sich auf etwa 650 m Höhe und ist in rund 15 Minuten vom Seeufer aus erreichbar.
