Situated upon the hills of Mavromati, the newly built villa has a stunning view over the sea, beaches and the beautiful landscape of south Zakynthos. The area is surrounded by charming olive groves and within 10 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and markets. By car, Airport and Zakynthos town is only 15 minutes away. Villa Polyxeni is a high standard modern villa, with a unique concept of a courtyard with a 20 meter swimming pool and large jacuzzi, lining the kitchen, dining and living areas. A shallow part of the swimming pool includes queen size sun beds facing the sea and creates a perfect place for children to play. The surrounding green trees and plants in the garden enfolds the area making the feeling of a protected, luxurious and relaxing oasis, perfect for just chilling. As a self-catering villa, everything is included that is needed for a perfect stay. Wifi, SmartTV in all bedrooms plus living room, cooling and heating system, all bathrooms equipped with electrical floor heating during colder times of the year, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine are included. BBQ area is just outside the kitchen. Outdoor shower is situated next to the swimming pool. The villa of 350 square meters includes 5 spacious bedrooms with queens beds and ensuite bathrooms. Children's cot and extra beds can be added on request. Shaded double parking next to the villa. All linen and towels for both shower and swimming pool are included and changed every 3rd day of stay. VIP Transfer included from and to airport on arrival and departure date. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking indoors. - On request for special Parties and Events - An extra security deposit of 300 euros per person for ages between 18 to 25 years old. This amount will be returned at the check-out if no damage or loss has occurred at the property.
