Luxurious 200 m² chalet with hot tub & sauna

In probably the most luxurious rentable chalet in the Lachtal, at 1,600 meters above sea level, your dream vacation will come true. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out in winter! We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Chalet Triebenstein

Fully equipped chalet with 4 bedrooms / 10 beds. All additional charges are already included in the price (final cleaning, bed linen, local tourist tax). Towels/bath towels can be rented for €7 per set. Two baby cots, a high chair and a children's chair are available free of charge. Please note: For existing bookings made before 8 September 2026, the tourism tax must be paid separately, as stated at the time of booking (€4.80 per night for adults / €1.00 per night for children aged 6–15).

Gipfelblick Lodge 5 Pruggern

Experience the magic of the mountains in this cosy holiday apartment in Pruggern. With its 90 square metres, it offers space for up to 6 people and is the perfect retreat for your holiday.<br><br>The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a comfortable sofa bed and two double beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired and offers, in addition to a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, an induction hob, oven and coffee machine.

The chalet, built in 2018, is located on a sunny slope in the top row in Almdorf with the best panoramic view, 1,300 meters above sea level and just a "stone's throw" from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. The massive wooden construction and first-class location of the chalet offer a cozy, relaxing, in short, a healthy atmosphere. - Design follows function - Modern meets tradition - The property leaves nothing to be desired to enjoy the most beautiful time of the year.

Wirtsalm Chalet Josef

Three chalets, three places to feel at home: The Wirtsalm Chalets in Hohentauern offer nature lovers with a sense of comfort a modern hideaway. The minimalist alpine style creates a warm ambiance for your perfect nature vacation. Each chalet – Johann, Ferdinand, or Josef – pampers you with a mirrored outdoor sauna, a whirlpool, and pure wellness. A highlight for skiers: thanks to the ski-in/ski-out location, you can start your day of skiing right at your doorstep!

Speckmoser Guest House

Our house is in the middle of the countryside in a sunny location and the view of the nearby mountains from the large terrace is simply fantastic. A retreat where modernity and tradition meet and invite you to linger. Important note! On arrival, in addition to the travel price, the overnight tax (tourist tax) must be paid for the local municipality and the guest sheet must be completed in full. €2.50 per person per night from the age of 15!

Rottenmann vacation home

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping in the district capital of Liezen (12 km), numerous hikes of all levels of difficulty in summer and ski tours, snowshoeing and skiing in winter. Interesting sights: Strechau Castle, Admont Abbey, Formula 1 Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, well-known ski resorts, Gesäuse National Park. The state capital of Graz can be reached in an hour.

Chalet Gipfelleuchten with sauna Holiday estate 43

We wish you relaxing days in our chalet. In summer, you can start hiking and biking directly from the chalet. In winter, you can strap on your skis or snowboards directly and hit the slopes in the Hohentauern ski resort. We acquired the chalet in October 2023 and will gradually modernize it. We started with the large terrace outside. Our outdoor sauna, built in November 2024, is of course also available to you.

The Jörgenbauerhütte

The Jörgenbauerhütte is located at 1,400 meters on the Gammeringalm on the border of Upper Austria to Styria. In summer, the alpine cattle graze in the meadows around the hut. Since the hut can only be reached via a private forest road, you can only hear the bells of the cows grazing on the alpine pasture. In autumn you can sometimes hear the deer roaring - nothing else.

Mountain Cabin with Panoramic View

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
