It is an old farmhouse with appropriate room height. Consisting of 3 floors, of which the 1st + 2nd floor is inhabited by us as the host family. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own access and a beautiful terrace. It was completed in November 2024 after a lot of diy -work, but we are very happy with the result and you will be also. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower + washing machine and a spacious living area with kitchen, dining table and a TV corner - and with a View! You can park your car almost directly at the apartment (tarred area) or use the garage (2.30m wide, 2.10m high).

In an idyllic location, the apartment is located at 900 meters, surrounded by picturesque nature, just a 5 minute walk away from Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
