FeWo Schiebelhof - rural and familiar

It is an old farmhouse with appropriate room height. Consisting of 3 floors, of which the 1st + 2nd floor is inhabited by us as the host family. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own access and a beautiful terrace. It was completed in November 2024 after a lot of diy -work, but we are very happy with the result and you will be also. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower + washing machine and a spacious living area with kitchen, dining table and a TV corner - and with a View! You can park your car almost directly at the apartment (tarred area) or use the garage (2.30m wide, 2.10m high).

Moosbach - am Rottachsee

In the heart of the Allgäu on Lake Rottach, in the middle of Moosbach, lies the stylish 2-bedroom apartment with a large southeast balcony. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun, which you can get directly from the baker (Mon.- Sat 7 am to 10 am) opposite. Within a radius of 20 to 50 km are the Allgäu towns of Kempten, Memmingen, Pfronten, Füssen as well as Sonthofen and Oberstdorf. You can reach all Allgäu ski resorts in approx. 30 minutes. At Lake Rottach with kiosk you are within 10 minutes on foot.

In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.
