Privat fully equipped own studio in part of villa.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Central Knivsta Private Tiny House

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

Härlig, välplanerad lägenhet på 25 kvadratmeter i fristående hus på gården. Här finns alla bekvämligheter som fullt utrustat kök, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin samt sovalkov med 1st Queen-Size dubbelsäng (160cm). Egen uteplats där man på kan avnjuta eftermiddagssolen. Gratis parkering på uppfarten Med bil: 15min till Gränbystaden 15min till centrala Uppsala 7min till Storvreta, här finns Ica Supermarket samt pendeltågsstation för smidig tågpendling till Både Uppsala, Stockholm samt Gävle

Stor villa med fantastisk tomt

Modernt boende i lugnt och barnvänligt område med goda förbindelser till Uppsalas innerstad. Längst ner på återvändsgata och omgivet av ängar och skog. Tre sovrum med plats för upp till sex personer. Två vardagsrum utrustade med moderna tv-apparater och stor soffa. På tomten finns allt man kan behöva. Två terasser med grill, matplats och loungedel. Studsmatta, gungställning och fotbollsmål. 5 minuter till badläggning med tre pooler. 15 minuter till strand. Laddning för el-bil på uppfarten.

Countryside feeling close to the city

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Enjoy the beautiful courtyard, like in Spain! You also have your own exclusive seating area in the courtyard. Rooms are bright with lots of windows, where you enjoy the unique courtyard no matter you sit in your sofa, or lay in your bed. The house is newly built in 2022, everything is new and fresh. It's quite and calm here in the heart of Uppsala flatland but still convenient with a 2500-population-town around you-you are not lonely! 15 minutes drive to the city center of Uppsala.

Bekväm lägenhet i separat gästhus i en mysig by närs E4an och Uppsala. Vi rekommenderar egen bil! Gratis parkering på uppfarten. Med bil: 2 minuter till E4-påfart, 5min till Vattholma samt pendeltågsstation med förbindelser till Gävle, Uppsala och Stockholm. 15min till Gränby centrum. Närhet till vandringsled, medeltida kyrkor och Salsta slott. 20 min in till Uppsala. Dubbelsäng, bäddsoffa samt möjlighet till extra säng. Egen altan, tillgång till gemensam uteplats.
