Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

In winter, by car, it is only a few minutes from the varied 4-mountain ski resort Schladming Dachstein with its 232 kilometers of slopes! In summer you are in the beautiful hiking area and only 4 km from the Dachstein Tauern Golf and Country Club The chalet "Sunny Hideaway" offers rustic cottage character. Our place is good for couples and families with kids (e.g. 4 adults or a family with up to 3 kids).

Our loft is located in the town center and is ideal for your cross-country skiing or hiking vacation. In the stairwell, a ski and boot dryer is available for you and you can access the cross-country ski trail or the winter hiking trail in just a few meters. The sunny balcony also invites you to a lazy day. With a nice book from our library, you will quickly forget the stress of everyday life.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

The apartment was newly built 5 years ago. The house is located at 1050 meters above sea level with magnificent views of the roof stone and Schladming. The Appartement are allmost new.the view is great,its also close to the slops(300 m) busstop to schladming (10min)walk.
