The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Entire house with 2 floors spacious and bright with lots of exterior and just 7 minutes walk from the beach of the village, old town and area of bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the lovely promenade that leads to Empúries. In front of the house, we have the municipal gym, which has an indoor pool, and right next door, we have the tennis and paddle tennis club, where you can rent a court to play. This elegant property is a shared space with CARMINA, painter and owner She and her husband André, reside in the farmhouse in front of the pool which also houses the art gallery and painting studio The pool and the surrounding grounds are common areas The large Spanish hacienda-style house with its terraced, sunny and shaded terraces has recently undergone a makeover. This 500 m2 leisure space with its 5 bedrooms is yours! All welcome!
