There is also a barbecue area with Mediterranean-style seating. A place to feel good, artistically designed, with plenty of space and its own unique atmosphere. The Pyrenees on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other. The villa is 3 km (1.9 miles) from the beach. The town of Rosas is 3 km away and Cadaques 10 km.

Take a 5 min walk to Aigua Xelida cove, surely a delightful spot you will always recall, dive in its pristine waters while enjoying the stunning scenary around, or hike the rough path over the cliffs to feel the power of nature. Breathe the scents from the sea and the pine-trees. Discover the many attractions around: we are lucky our house is right in the middle of one of the most beautiful regions in the Mediterranean coast!

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Entire house with 2 floors spacious and bright with lots of exterior and just 7 minutes walk from the beach of the village, old town and area of bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the lovely promenade that leads to Empúries. In front of the house, we have the municipal gym, which has an indoor pool, and right next door, we have the tennis and paddle tennis club, where you can rent a court to play.
