A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Full, comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent central location. Close to a bus stop and Highway 640. In a family and quiet neighborhood. You also have access to a large private courtyard at the back. The house has two separate apartments. You have access to the top accommodation as shown in the photos. For the lower accommodation, a quiet and respectful couple lives there. In addition, it is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke inside and on the balcony behind.
