House for 6 people in an exceptional setting with sea view. You will live to the rhythm of the tides not far from the megalithic site of the Cairn de Barnenez. Marine decoration, 3 bedrooms including one with a remote working area, wood stove to warm up your winter evenings. Ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, friends or quiet telework breaks. On the edge of the GR 34 for beautiful walks. Numerous possibilities by bike as well. I'd be happy to share my secret spots.

For kiterers and surfers, the Dossen beach awaits you with its waves . Ile de Sieck opposite opens its arms .

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The large garden borders the coastal footpath: GR34 Freshly renovated, the interior of the house is warm: wood/white/stone. Do not hesitate to contact me for any request!

Beautiful 18th century manor house entirely renovated in 2021, in a 3000m² property with heated swimming pool April to October. Located less than 3km from the beautiful beaches of the Côte des Légendes and 700m from the village of Kerlouan, you will spend a superb family holiday here. At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, the manor was the property of the family of General de Gaulle.
