If you fancy some fresh seafood, take a trip to Mooloolaba Spit or hop on one of the many fishing charters to catch your own. From June to November, you can venture out and swim with whales or stay aboard on a whale watching cruise.

Families can swim a little safer knowing that the beaches are patrolled by the Alexandra Headland Surf Club. Watch the surfers ride the waves all day long or join them and rent a board.
