A small balcony overlooks partial sea views. It is located on a 2nd floor and has an elevator. Bus stop is right outside the door. - A living room with a 32 inch screen, cable tv, dvd player, sofa and coffee table.
- A spare bedroom with one double bed. No air-condition but powerful fan. Refurbished in 2017.
- A small balcony overlooking partial sea views
- All essential kitchen utensils (including dolce gusto coffee machine), toiletries, iron board, hair blower and washing machine.
- Luggage rack in each bedroom.
Entire apartment is available for rent. FREE WIFI throughout whole apartment. Linen, towels and basic toiletries provided.

The host will be happy to help the guests and provide any information needed to make the holiday a pleasant one. Able to provide airport transfers and discounted car hire. Excursion information provided on arrival with a free map. Host can help book any type of tours around Malta and Gozo.

Local ECO tax is not included in the price. This is to be paid in cash while in Malta. It amounts to €0.50c per person for each night spent payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older. The maximum amount payable per person is EUR 5.00.
Check in after 22.00hrs is possible only on a request basis.
The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture and appliances. Please pay attention to avoid marks on wall.

Kindly leave the accommodation in the same condition as found, tidy and undamaged. Apartment is cleaned after each rental however guests are kindly expected to keep a reasonable level of cleanliness.
Smoking allowed only on balcony.
One Air-condition is available in the master bedroom. It is there to make your stay more comfortable however there will be extra charges in case of excessive use. All electricity must be switched off when no one is in the apartment.
Guests must notify owner immediately if there are any water leaks or dripping faucets.
