Darling cottage on flat lakefront lot. Small deck to relax on. Huge windows for views of beautiful Lake Minnetonka. Swimming area w:stairs. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master w/king sized bed, tv & full bath, 2nd bedroom w/king size bed, "Bunk room" w/2 full size beds and four twins in lofted area. Basement family room with television, full size Murphy bed, 3/4 bathroom and laundry area. *Owners may use boat & Jet Skis from dock. *Exterior is being done. No construction will occur during rental.
