200m from the coast, in a neighborhood of holiday homes. On site there's the house, accomodating 5 people, but also a caravan where 3 additional people can sleep, increasing the total capacity to 8. The kitchen and bathroom are within the house and are shared between the two units. There's also outdoor shower. In front of each unit there's a kiosk-terrace with garden furniture, ideal for a coffee or meal. The nearby beach is vast, beachbars are a 5min drive away and nighlife hotspots 30min drive

Guest access
Up to 5 people are by default expected to be accommodated in the house and any additional people in the caravan. However, even up to 5 guests may split between the house and the caravan at their own will. Such setting might prove convenient if two sub-groups travel together (e.g. Two couples or a couple and a family with children). Also the caravan offers a feeling of autonomy that teenagers might appreciate.

The closest village is Agios Mamas, 2km away,a 5min drive. The sea lies only 150m away and most of the beach bars are 500-3.500 m away, a 5-10min drive.
The seaside neighborhood consists of holiday houses of friendly people, mostly from the urban region of Thessaloniki. A few of the neighbors own dogs but stray animals might come along as well. Cats are often comfortable enough to walk up to the terrace, in the presence of people.
