A basement room with a queen bed in 4/2 house. Bathrooms are shared but lean toward private. Depends on how many people in house. Kitchen is open for everyone and has most things including InstaPot, Rice cooker, Nespresso, etc. There is a private shelf in fridge per room but also community items like fruits/cheese/yogurt/snacks but please be considerate of others and don't eat everything and clean up after yourself.

The space
Our Room-A is a basement room. There are stairs to get to this room. This room is comfy and peaceful. This room can be a bit cooler than other parts of the house so we have an extra space heater if needed.

Where you’ll be

Walking around the neighborhood is safe but it is not a picture perfect historic experience. There is a park a couple of blocks away. During non winter months our backyard is a nice place to hang out, BBQ, have a fire, relax.
