Get a true oceanfront experience at Century I 2502, a beautifully updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, split-level condo located right on the beach at 99th Street in North Ocean City. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen and a cozy living room with a private balcony and panoramic ocean views that stretch north and south along the coast. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee in the sea air as the sun rises. There's also a bedroom and an adjoining full bathroom with views of the bay in the distance - just gorgeous at sunset.

Head up to the second floor for a wonderful night's sleep in the oceanfront main bedroom, which has an adjoining full bathroom. Additional highlights include free WiFi, two flatscreen TVs (in the living room and main bedroom), a stackable washer/dryer, and central AC. Parking permits must be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted.
