Windy Hill Acres Inn is a 5 room cottage built in the 1840's out of local rock. It was used for many years as a potato house. The farmers stored their sweet potatoes during the winter, and would ship them to market in winter months. That way the farmer had a cash crop until spring. The cottage was made into a residence in early 1950, and used as a home for Bob's sister and husband until 2003 .
